The Effects of Job Vocational Calling on Job Behavior and Mediating Effect of Job Attitude of Child Care Teachers (보육교사의 직무소명의식과 직무행동 간 영향관계에서 직무태도의 매개효과 분석)

  • This study was conducted to obtain meaningful information about job management of child care center teachers, who take charge of child care policy at the front line, social meaning of which is being greatly highlighted these days. Especially, the research was designed with causal relationships in mind, in which certain job-related thoughts or consciousness forms attitudes, thus leading to behavior. In this light, the present study selected the following variables for analysis: job attitudes including job calling, job engagement, and job burnout; and job behavior such as creative behavior, active behavior, and ethical behavior. Data collected from 209 child care center teachers' response to structured questionnaires was analyzed, using t-test, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), and hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicate that job burnout increased at a statistically significant level as extra workhours increased, and that only job engagement, among job attitude variables, and creative behavior and active behaviors, among job behavior variables, had significant effects. Moreover, job engagement was the only variable that was found to work as a mediator in relationships between job calling and active behavior.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore physical education majors' subjective perception on sports ideologies using Q-methodology. This study found four types of subjective perception on sports thoughts. Type I is named 'the type of fair victory and defeat.' The subjects of type I emphasize the items of victory and defeat, fair judgement, a drama without a scrip, etc. Type II is named 'the type of sport philosophy.' The subjects of type II emphasize the items of sport philosophy, theory of one of mind & body, great spirit, hwarangdo spirit, sport logic, self-improving, etc. Type III is named 'the type of communication & social activity.' The subjects of type III emphasize the place for communication, social activity, consideration, improvement of the quality of life, etc. Type III is named 'the type of communication & social activity.' The subjects of type IV emphasize welfare, security for the aged, leisure, entertainment(game), healthy, etc.

The Effects of Self-Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention in Beauty Salon Employees (뷰티살롱 종사자의 셀프 리더십이 조직시민행동과 이직의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to investigate the effects of self-leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention among beauty salon employees and analyze the moderating effects of job satisfaction. For this purpose, data were collected for 330 people working in beauty salons and analyzed using SPSS v. 21.0. According to multiple regression analysis, self-leadership revealed a statistically significant positive effect on the OCB and urnover intention Therefore, it was shown that self-leadership is a critical factor. To determine if self-leadership having an influence on the OCB and turnover intention is moderated by job satisfaction, variables were applied to the following models, and hierarchical regression was performed: self-leadershipto model I, job satisfaction to model II, self-leadership and job satisfaction to model III. The results found a statistically significant positive influence in all three models. Therefore, this shows that job satisfaction has a moderating effect on self-leadership, OCB and turnover intention. Self-development education as well as technical training should be strengthened to enhance self-leadership, which leads beauty salon employees' thoughts and behavior in the right direction.

Mediation effect of career self-regulation on the relation between family strength and career decision-making difficulties (대학생의 가족건강성과 진로결정 어려움 간의 관계에서 진로자기조절의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between family strength and career decision-making difficulties and the mediating effect or career self-regulation. The results of the present study suggested the significance of family strength and career self-regulation in understanding career decision-making difficulties. With 172 Korean college students, there were both significant direct and indirect effects from family strength to career decision-making difficulties. Specifically, the mediation roles of career self-regulation was confirmed. Comparing the partial mediation model with full mediation model, the partial mediation model fits better with the data. These results have significant clinical implication that counseling practitioners need to address the possible influence of family strength on college student's perceived difficulties in career decision-making process and to assist students develop appropriate level of competencies of regulating one's emotion, thoughts, and behavior related to career problems.

Subjectivity Study for Digital Game Players: Based on Game Classification Factors (디지털 게임 플레이어의 주관성 연구: 게임 분류 속성을 중심으로)

  • As game players have been more diverse and new features of digital games have been emerged in recent days, it is important to find out and understand how recent game players recognize and classify digital games. Thirty game players conducted Q-analysis of twenty-nine Q-statements extracted from previous studies on game typology. By using a QUANL program, three different types were revealed. For game classification, 'Physical Environment Centric Players' type highly values external game elements from the outside perspectives. 'Contents Centric Players' type considers internal game elements as the most important criterion. 'Emotional Experience Centric Players' type values his/her subjective feeling and thoughts. Based on this study, it is expected to make a contribution in developing a framework of game players with their perspectives on game classification.

A Study on the 「Zhenmairushijie」 by Zhang Yuansu in 『Chandobangronmaekkyulgipseong』 (『찬도방론맥결집성』의 장원소 「진맥입식해」 연구)

  • Objectives : By studying the contents of Zhang Yuansu's "Zhenmairushijie", which are introductory remarks of "Chandobangronmaekkyulgipseong", this study attempts to clarify the academic meaning expressed in it and consider his real significance. Methods : First, based on previous studies on Zhang Yuansu and "Wangshuhemaijue", this study divides the contents of "Zhenmairushijie" into 4 chapters and read out the original text. Next, based on Zhang Yuansu's notes and other writings on the original text, this study examines contents in detail. Finally, based on the discussion, this study examines the current significance of academic thoughts expressed in Zhang Yuansu's "Zhenmairushijie". Results & Conclusions : "Zhenmairushijie" emphasizes the combination of nervation and Byeonggi in the process of feeling the pulse for diagnosis, the combination of Byeonggi and Yongyak to declare that the feeling of the pulse for diagnosis is the principle of differential diagnosis. The combination principle of nervation-Byeonggi can be found in comprehensive pulse methods of "Nanjing", and the combination of Byeonggi-Yongyak should follow Ohaeng's Bubuheoshilsajeongbosa principle. Pulse methods of "Wangshuhemaijue" integrated Byeonggi expressed in Uigyeong and Byeonggi in Gyeongbang in the process of the feeling of the pulse for diagnosis to present the principle of diagnosis to perform Byeongjeungronchi. Therefore, "feeling the pulse for diagnosis ipsik" is not only an introductory remark of feeling the pulse for diagnosis, but an comprehensive remark of whole diagnosis as well. It is an introductory remark of the entire medical field due to the nature of oriental medicine which emphasizes diagnosis.

A case study on student's thoughts and expressions on various types of geometric series tasks (다양한 형태의 등비급수 과제들에 대한 학생들의 생각과 표현에 관한 사례연구)

  • This study started with the following questions. Suppose that students do not accept various forms of geometric series tasks as the same task. Also, let's say that the approach was different for each task. Then, when they realize that they are the same task, how will students connect the different approaches? This study is a process of pro-actively confirming whether or not such a question can be made. For this purpose, three students in the second grade of high school participated in the teaching experiment. The results of this study are as follows. It also confirmed how the students think about the various types of tasks in the geometric series. For example, students have stated that the value is 1 in a series type of task. However, in the case of the 0.999... type of task, the value is expressed as less than 1. At this time, we examined only mathematical expressions of students approaching each task. The problem of reachability was not encountered because the task represented by the series symbol approaches the problem solved by procedural calculation. However, in the 0.999... type of task, a variety of expressions were observed that revealed problems with reachability. The analysis of students' expressions related to geometric series can provide important information for infinite concepts and limit conceptual research. The problems of this study may be discussed through related studies. Perhaps more advanced research may be based on the results of this study. Through these discussions, I expect that the contents of infinity in the school field will not be forced unilaterally because there is no mathematical error, but it will be an opportunity for students to think about the learning method in a natural way.

Recognition of the 4th Industrial Revolution of Science and Technician and Women's University Students

  • In this study, it is analyzed that keywords of the interest in the 4th industrial revolution for science and Technician K women's university students, areas to prioritize in the strategy of 4th industry revolution, to research compare analyze the recognition of science technology such as the most necessary education, human resource development of universities and companies in Korea and abroad according to the technology trend required in the 4th Industrial revolution era and which area to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution. The survey result shows different thoughts of science and Technician(KOFST) and the women university students. In the 1) 4th industrial revolution, the 96% of former are interested, while 60% of latter are interested. And in the most used keywords, the former group used AI(24%), Fusion new industry(21%) the most, while the latter group used AI(34%), Robot(18%). And, 3) in the strategic priority, the science technology experts are interested in education, R&D system innovation(27%), IoT, Information and Communication(26%) and the university students are interested in IoT, Information and Communication(31%), AI(28%). Finally, 4) the science technology experts thought of Autonomous Vehicle(20%), 3D Printer(7%), AI(16%) important, while the women university students thought of AI(27%), VR/Augmented Reality(17%), and Autonomous Vehicle(16%) the most necessary education. In the 4th industrial revolution, we need people with ability to solve complicated problems with creativity based on understanding and absorbing new knowledge and thinking of converged idea.

  • Nowadays, the knowledge of modern society through education has become more and more complicated. The education system and the educational philosophy have created various education systems and methods for each country due to the difference of history and culture. In Korea, there are various teaching methods in recent years. However, if the traditional teaching method in Korea is based on educating teachers with a good understanding of the contents taught, some foreign countries such as USA and Germany can express their thoughts of the total population. In this situation, this study researches cases of other countries that have different educational systems from ours. It compares the differences of social background, educational program, and educational space in Germany, Singapore and the United States. As a result of this study, the following contents can be derived. The educational program is based on the social background of each country and plans an educational space suitable for the education program. In Germany, the emphasis is on the students' experience and community consciousness rather than on the amount of knowledge, so a home base space is planned between the classrooms to solve the problem of lack of solidarity and belonging among the students who are lacking in the curriculum. Some practical courses are run in the community. In Singapore, educational programs are elite-oriented compared to the other country, and because of the typical tropical climate, educational facilities are characterized by a lot of common space in semi-exterior space. Many schools in the United States have IMC in the central part of their schools that adopt self-directed learning and discussion.
