이 연구의 목적은 (1) 독서치료를 '치료적 독자상담'의 관점에서 접근하기 위해 문헌정보학 분야의 관련 이론들을 검토하고, (2) 그러한 이론적 근거를 토대로 하여 '치료적' 독자상담의 개념적 모형을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 이론적 근거에 대한 논의에서는 구성주의적 관점의 정보행태 이론, 특히, 더빈이 제시한 '의미형성이론'과 컬다우가 활용한 '불확실성 이론'이 치료적 독자상담을 위한 이론적 근거로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지에 대해 논의하였다. 나아가 '치료적' 독자상담의 과정을 세부 단계로 구체화해 독자상담 업무에 적용하기 위한 개념적 모형으로 제시하였다.

This is a humanistic study to trace phenomena logically the comprehensive therapeutic mechanism of the human body which is coded by the smart emotion of the rated signal conveyed by the Rated Sijo. The Gestalt, which is structured in the form of therapeutic metastasis conveyed by sentences, is intended to embody the principle of human response. So, this researcher explored the metastatic structure toward Gestalt of original human being through the passage of foreground and background by ergonomic and chemical structure. In the meantime, this researcher focused on revealing the structure of the field of existence by the symbol system in which the therapeutic mechanism of the human body is embodied. As a result, the basic framework of Gestalt literary therapy, which contributes to the improvement of the Quality of Life metaphorized as a mechanism of the symbol system by the metastasis of literary therapy or the electrical operation of the human body. As a result, the human body as a conductor through literature has turned out to be an original Gestalt structure pursued by literature. In addition, it was analyzed that the human body would accept signals such as emotions and Rated Emotions planted in the sentence, and synapse them into the human physiological psycho analytical symbol system. Therefore, it has been confirmed possibility that human existent environment and trauma are separated from the whole universe can push fully implement therapeutic techniques toward totalization by a combination of literary devices, especially appropriate electric signal combination of the Rated Sijo.

Objectives : Contents regarding Qiuzimen as found in Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang were studied for their potentialities to be applied to infertility clinics. Methods : The contents on Qiuzimen in Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang are pondered upon after dividing into two categories of medical theory and therapeutic principle, and other related texts and dissertations are further studied to discover a potential subject matter in being applied to today's modern clinics. Results : 1. In medical theory, Sunsimiao picked five overexertions and seven damages as the main medical cause of infertility. For remedy, he established four common formula, which are: chinjasan, bakchotangpotang, suppository, and haseog(cheon)moondongwhan. 2. There are total of thirteen types of formula described in the Qiuzimen in Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang, and five acupuncture points are used in the moxibustion method. After analyzing the herbs that were used six or more times, it was discovered that medicines were used to tonify the viscera of heart and kidney that are damaged through five overexertions and seven damages. In moxibustion method, different points such as CV4, LR14, pomoon, cheonmoon, and KI2, which is the point for kidney meridian were used in order to tonify the uterus through lower abdomen area and reproductive organs. 3. Qiuzimen has not only had a great impact on the infertility treatment as found in Furendaquanliangfang, which is the first gynecology text in Song dynasty, but it also had a continuous impact on medical texts in Ming and Qing dynasty. 4. The infertility therapeutic principle and approach method as found in the Qiuzimen are still relevant in today's modern infetility treatment. Conclusions : In the Qiuzimen of Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang, the problem of infertility is viewed as the whole body's problem, namely a type of defective disease caused by five overexertions and seven damages, the view of which should be applied to today's modern clinics.

Impulse of ki refers to palpitation around the navel, it is mostly caused by impairment of yang due to erroneous sweating, deficiency of the spleen yang. Behcet's syndrome caused by prolonged damp-heat and pathogenic germs. Its symptoms are characterized by conjunctival congestion, blue canthus and ulceration of the oral cavity, restlessness all the time, etc. It is advisable to follow the therapeutic principles of clearing away heat and drying damp, detoxicating and sterilizing. Lily disease is one of the emotional disease. It caused by yin deficiency of the heart and lung, found in mental depression or convalescence after a critical disease. Its symptoms are characterized by restlessness, reticence, insomnia, failure to walk, poor appetite, a subjective hot or cold, bitter taste and dark urine. It is advisable to follow the therapeutic principle of nourishing yin to clear away heat. Cholera refers to the disease marked by sudden severe vomiting and diarrhea, and colic of the heart and the abdomen. It is mostly caused by deficiency of the ki in the middle-energizer, emotional stress, etc. It is characterized by such symptoms as sudden severe vomiting and diarrhea, restlessness, etc. It is advisable to follow the therapeutic principles of warming yang and removing toxic substances, and strengthening the spleen and stomach. Heat invasion of blood chamber due to affection of the exterior pathogens, pathogenic heat invading the blood in deficiency and fighting with the blood. Its symptoms are marked by fever, feeling of the fullness, etc. There are deficiency of blood, hot blood and stasis of blood. The different therapeutic treatment should be taken according to different types thereof.

This report describes 48 studies related to the use of Bulbus Fritillariae main blended prescriptions from Donguibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Bulbus Fritillariae as a key ingredient. All kinds of infection in a cough and the malignant tumor recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Bulbus Fritillariae was taken as a principle medicine. The Prescriptions are compounded with Bulbus Fritillariae as a principle medicine can aplly to respiratory disease, eye disease, nose and ear disease, throat disease, a boil. Various pathogenic factors such as consumptive disease, phlegm, phlegm-fire, invasion by wind, affective by cold, fire, dyspepsia-fire are put to practical use. The dosage of Bulbus Fritillariae is 5 bun (about 1.88g) to 1 lyang(about 37.5g), however 1 jeon(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. With examination the formulae of presciptions containing Bulbus Fritillariae, I found the basic prescriptions as well as the medicines are in conjunction with Bulbus Fritillariae and the theoretic grounds of formula in combining Bulbus Fritillariae as a group of medicine for presciption through this reseach.

Objectives : Through the analyze of formative factor of time sense and the vital movement temporal rhythm in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經). Methods : We find out the principle and methods of Chronomedicine and Health Preserving in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經), and this finding will direct the life nurturing for later generations. We find that time sense had been established in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經), which had yin-yang and five elements characteristic. Results : There have temporal rhythm of functions of zang-fu viscera, meridian and collateral, qi and blood. Based on the theory of correspondence between human body and natural environment, established principle of health maintenance about based on yin and yang, temporal rhythm of visceral qi. Conclusions : Established health maintenance methods based on time such as adjusting-spirit according to time, regular daily life, dietary regimen according to time, needling and moxibustion according to time. These methods will guide syndrome differentiation and therapeutic method and Medication which based on suitable time.

Purpose: This study was conducted to ascertain the effectiveness of forest healing therapy by analyzing researches on forest healing therapy applied to Korean adults and to confirm that forest healing therapy can be used as a therapeutic intervention program for elderly nursing or rehabilitation nursing. Methods: We searched 972 research papers on forest therapy applied to Korean adults. We reviewed appropriate 25 research papers with experimental design among them in the final analysis. Results: Forest healing therapy had physiological and psychosocial effects. First of all, it showed physiological effects to reduce stress index such as heart rate variation. Forest therapy also improved melatonin level in blood of middle-aged women with menopause and increased alpha wave in electroencephalogram and decreased lipid level and superoxide dismutase in blood. Second, forest healing therapy showed psychosocial effects to reduce depression and to improve mental health. But the effects appeared differently depending on the implementing type, period of forest healing therapy, and the professionalism of therapists. Therefore, if forest healing therapy would be applied to nursing, it should be based on its key principle, in other words, its principle of action-interaction-response of forest healing therapy. Conclusion: The results of this study could be used to develop a forest healing program as an intervention of nursing.

In proton therapy, a highly conformal proton dose can be delivered to the tumor by means of the steep distal dose penumbra at the end of the beam range. The proton beam range, however, is highly sensitive to range uncertainty, which makes accurately locating the proton range in the patient difficult. In-vivo range verification is a method to manage range uncertainty, one of the promising techniques being prompt gamma imaging (PGI). In earlier studies, we proposed gamma electron vertex imaging (GEVI), and constructed a proof-of-principle system. The system successfully demonstrated the GEVI imaging principle for therapeutic proton pencil beams without scanning, but showed some limitations under clinical conditions, particularly for pencil beam scanning proton therapy. In the present study, we upgraded the GEVI system in several aspects and tested the performance improvements such as for range-shift verification in the context of line scanning proton treatment. Specifically, the system showed better performance in obtaining accurate prompt gamma (PG) distributions in the clinical environment. Furthermore, high shift-detection sensitivity and accuracy were shown under various range-shift conditions using line scanning proton beams.

Objectives : Contents on causes of male infertility, reproductive health improvement, sexual tips were studied in classical texts of Korean Medicine, followed by representative formulas for male infertility treatment. Methods : Related texts from the Qiusimen chapters of the Yixuerumen, Yixuexinwu, Donguibogam, Nukejinglun, Jiaozhufurenliangfang, Jiyingandmu were collected, and their medical meaning discussed. Results : As immoderate libido and excessive mental consumption leads to sexual dysfunction causing male infertility, 'moderating sexual desire and accumulating Jing' should be the principle for improving reproductive health. Also, sufficient foreplay is recommended. In terms of formula, the Wuziyanzongwan with sufficient therapeutic evidence in both classical texts and contemporary Korean Medicine can be applied in cases of male infertility. Conclusions : Excessive sensual stimulation and immoderate sexual desire consumes the mind and results in decline in male reproductive health. While moderating sexual desire and accumulating Jing through controlling desire, not overworking, moderating anger, drinking in moderation, balanced eating should be the principle for improving reproductive health, having sexual intercourse 2~3 times per week rather than long-term abstinence is recommended. To improve the success rate in pregnancy, sufficient foreplay and time should be done and taken for intercourse. Wuziyanzongwan should be taken for at least three months or longer.

Gene therapy has emerged as a new concept of therapeutic strategies to treat diseases which do not respond to the conventional therapies. The principle of gene therapy is to Introduce genetic materials into patient cells to produce therapeutic proteins in these cells. Gene therapy is now at the stage where a number of clinical trials have been carried out to patients with gene-deficiency disease or cancer. Genetic materials for gene therapy are generally composed of gene expression system and gene delivery system. For the clinical application of gene therapy in a way which conventional drugs are used, researches have been focused on the design of gene delivery system which can offer high transfection efficiency with minimal toxicity. Currently, viral delivery systems generally provide higher transfection efficiency compared with non-viral delivery systems while non-viral delivery systems are less toxic, less immunogenic and manufacturable in large scale compared with viral systems. Recently, novel strategies towards the design of new non-viral delivery system, combination of viral and non-viral delivery systems and targeted delivery system have been extensively studied. The continued effort in this area will lead us to develop gene medicine as "gene as a drug" in the near future.
