고대 이스라엘 식품 재료에 관한 고찰 (Food Materials of Ancient Israel)

  • This study was conducted to research the differences in food ingredients in the ancient Israelite period in the books of Moses, including the books of Geneses through Deuteronomy, in the Old Testament written during B.C $1446{\sim}1406$. The books introduced various foods in daily life, such as seven kinds of fruits and nuts, thirteen kinds of vegetables and grains, twelve kinds of meats, six kinds of breads and cookies, five kinds of drinks, thirteen kinds of spices, and five kinds of processed foods like butter and oil. The foods were sharply distinguished between the clean (able to eat) and the unclean (unable to eat) in the aspect of food culture. For example, foods with blood were not allowed to be eaten. At that time, bread was a staple food in Israel. There were already standard recipes for baking cookies, and appliances such as frying pans and ovens to bake bread were available. Most of the recipes in the books were the same as modern recipes, especially for wine, grape juice and raisins. Also it seems there were various spices already in use at that time, as well as processed foods made from milk.

  • This paper analyzes how a social status is symbolized by clothing in Charles Dickens' novel 「The Tale of Two Cities」. The result shows that clothing symbols of he upper class people are splendid, perfect, good material, beautiful, younger looking, and fashionable. Meanwhile, those on the middle class people are neat, unpretentious, simple, practical, following fashion, and graceful. Finally, those on the lower class people are unfitted, disordered, careless, worn and shabby, unclean, disharmonious, coarse, and uniform.

유해환경에 노출되기 쉬운 공장근로자의 건강관련 행동과 돼지고기 급여에 의한 영양소섭취 상태의 변화 (Health-Related Behaviors of Industry Workers Exposed to Unclean Work Environments and Changes in Nutritional Status in Response to Usual Pork Consumption)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the health status, life style, dietary habits and nutritional status of 44 industry workers that were routinely exposed to unclean environments while consuming 3 major pork dishes 2 times a week for 6 weeks. The health status, life style and dietary habits of the workers were investigated by a survey questionnaire, and the nutritional status was evaluated using the 24-hour recall method. Overall, the subjects reported that their health status was fairly good throughout the year, but that they felt dizziness and fatigue often. In general, the subjects did not exercise regularly and drank alcohol very often. The average daily energy intake increased from 1,708.3 kcal to 1,859.5 kcal without a change in the BMI or WHR when the respondents were fed pork dishes. However, the mineral intake did not differ significantly in response to the consumption of pork, although the Zn intake tended to increase. Moreover, the vitamin $B_1$, niacin, and E intakes increased after consuming pork(p<0.05), while the cholesterol intake decreased from 425.2 mg to 356.7 mg after eating pork(p<0.05). Additionally, both the fat intake and the PUFA intake increased after the consumption of pork with the intake of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids increasing significantly(p<0.001). Finally, the intake of essential amino acids also increased significantly in response to the consumption of pork(p<0.01). Based on the results, regular consumption of pork dishes improved the nutritional status of industry workers without any adverse effect in terms of the intake of relative fat and cholesterol.

고대 이스라엘의 음식문화에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Ancient Israelite Food Culture)

  • 본 연구는 약 3440년 전인 B.C 1446-1406년에 기록 되었을 것으로 보고 있는 구약성경의 Pentateuch시대의 음식문화를 통해 사라졌던 나라가 2천 년 만에 어떻게 다시 살아날 수 있었는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 모세5경 시대의 음식문화의 특징은 식품재료에 있어 먹을 수 있는 정한 음식과 먹을 수 없는 부정한 음식으로 엄격하게 구분하며 피는 절대 먹어서는 안 되는 음식으로 분류하여 오늘날까지 강력한 영향력을 미치고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 제사에 있어서는 burnt offering, grain offering, peace offering, sin offering, guilt offering 5가지, 절기에 있어서는 Passover, Festival of Unleavened bread, Festival of First-fruits, Festival of Harvest, Festival of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Festival of Shelters 7절기가 각각 의의와 제사 방법까지 엄격하게 구분 되어 있었다. 관습과 전통으로만 이어지는 일반적인 음식문화와 달리 음식문화가 율법에 의해 식품위생법처럼 이미 오래 전부터 문자로 규정 하고 있는 특징을 지니고 있었다. 이러한 율법은 지켰을 때 얻을 수 있는 결과와 지키지 않았을 때 처하게 될 결과까지 명확하고 엄격하게 구분하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

전압, 전류 및 부하 불평형율에 대한 비교 연구 (The Comparison Study for Voltage, Current and Load Unbalance Factor)

  • Most of the LV customer have been applied the distribution system of 3-phase four wire system because of its advantage of supplying both of 1-phase & 3-phase loads simultaneously. Due to its structural simplicity, it is more convenient for use rather than the conventional separated scheme. But uneven load distribution or unclean voltage quality has occurred various problems such as de-rating, losses increase and vibration, etc. In this paper, voltage, current and power waveform in the actual fields have measured and analyzed in relation with internationally allowable voltage unbalance limits and compared the current unbalance factor with the load unbalance factor.

In this system, the composition of the power apparatus system is simple rather than conventional separation mode of the 1-phase & 3-phase, But due to uneven load unbalance or unclean power quality, various kinds such as derating or power losses become an issue.   • DSME has developed Sub-assembly Welding Robot System(SWRS) in order to increase the productivity of arc welding and to improve hazard and unclean environments in shipbuilding. DSME's SWRS includes a number of equipments such as four overhanging 6-axis articulated robot manipulators(10kg pay-load), gantry system, vision system detecting the workpiece automatically, and OLP system using the CAD data and a central control system integrating an anti-collision module. The SWRS was installed in CAS(Component Assembly Shop) of DSME's OKPO shipyard in August 2006, and now SWRS is running well in site.

  • Screen-printing metal contact is typically applied to the solar cells for mass production. And metal paste is used widely for rear contact formation of silicon solar cells. However, Screen-printing solar cell metal paste contact has low aspect ratio, low accuracy, high resistivity, hard control of unclean process. In this paper is to develop resistivity of rear contact for silicon solar cells applications. 4-point prove result, This resistivity of rear contact by Al evaporation was measured about $3.56{\times}10^6{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ less than screen printed solar cell about $52.6{\times}10^6{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$.
