To examine the influence of senior sports instructors' transformation leadership on organizational performance, job engagement, and innovative behavior, this study conducted a survey on 236 senior sports instructors at 6 sports centers and senior sports centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon regions. The results were as follows. First, transformational leadership of senior sports instructors had a significant influence on all sub-factors of organizational performance. Second, transformational leadership of senior sports instructors had a significant influence on all sub-factors of job engagement. Third, transformational leadership had a significant influence on the innovative behavior. This study holds significance in verifying the senior sports instructors' transformation leadership as an important variable for enhancing organizational performance, job engagement, and innovative behavior of group members and proving transformational leadership's positive influence on the work environment of group members.

The purpose of this study is to derive a UX that can help the use of fintech applications by senior users in their 60s or older, which has naturally increased with the increase in the elderly population. The study extracted five factors commonly considered important in fintech applications and was conducted based on a survey of general users and in-depth interviews with senior users. The research factors were extracted through a literature review into three general user experience research factors and two senior user experience research factors. After a survey targeting general users, in-depth interviews were conducted with senior users. As a result, we found notable differences in concerns about responsiveness and perceived usefulness between general and senior users. Based on the characteristics derived from the results of this study, we designed UX to help senior users use fintech applications.

In order to get the practical suggestions concerning the development of the domestic senior facilities in the rural area, a survey was made in the Philippines and Thailand to grip the policies and programs for senior, by visiting the government institute and senior village facilities. As for the Philippines, Philippine Retirement Authority was attracting investment of foreigners and individuals having Philippine citizenship, by issuing SRRV(the Special Resident Retiree's Visa), and as for Thailand, the Thai Longstay Management Company Limited was providing membership system for the abode of foreigners. In case of the domestic residence for seniors, it is suggested that the development of the senior housing community be designed in accordance with the diversified purposes of residence; that is, the prime concern of the community should be reflected on the characteristics of the retiree group (such as the lifestyle, health situation, etc), and at the same time, special concern also be showed on managing the community club house facilities, and keeping the amicable relations between the retiree residents and the local villagers.

The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental materials for architectural planning of the Multipurpose Senior Center according to regional characteristics, and to analyze the Multipurpose Senior Center at the view of the program and utilization. For the analysis of the actual condition are surveyed 164 respondents und programs in four facilities in Deajeon. The results of this study are as follows; 1. the characteristics, problems and demands of the section of social education, the counseling, the medical rehabilitation, the sports education, etc. 2. the consideration factors for the planning of the program and volume of the Multipurpose Senior Center on the basic of the rate of increase in population of the Elderly in regions.

This research aims at the provision for all of the basic data upon the arrangement of organization and allocation which include the details of required spaces and adequate area in the design of Multipurpose Senior Centers. This analyzed research is to be proposed for Multipurpose Senior Center in various local areas in the city, it aims to clarify the existing condition in the operation of each organizational required space. Further more this research examines their relationship between the facilities available and the population use of the local elderly age. Consequently, the Daejeon Multipurpose Senior Center, including participation in the program and the very high frequency of use of the room entails a smooth progress of the program, improves the quality of space and based on the initial design is fully reflected in the step.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to investigate nursing students' attitudes toward the elderly and to explore the effects of senior simulation on nursing students' attitudes. Method: For the purpose of the study, the program was performed on 223 nursing students in Gyung-gi. An Aging Semantic Differential Scale was utilized to evaluate attitudes toward the elderly. The senior simulation equipment consisted of a special spacesuit, glasses, gloves, and sand bag. Before and after the experiment subjects filled out questionnaires. Result: The attitude score before the experiment was 4.13, which indicates a neutral attitude, Nursing students' attitudes toward the elderly related significantly to religion, living with grandparents, volunteer work for the elderly, and acquired knowledge. The Senior simulation enabled nursing students' attitudes to turn positive toward the elderly. Conclusion: Senior simulation can affect nursing students' attitude toward the elderly. There is a need to develop routine education programs to maintain the positive attitude.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of future users for services at senior congregate housing and to look into the development directions of the service standards for senior congregate housing. A survey was conducted among middle-aged people in their fifties, who lived in Seoul, using the systematic random sampling method. The final sample included 498 respondents. The survey was conducted from November 3, 2003 to November 14, 2003. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, as the need for housing services were high, it was quite clear that various services at senior congregate housing should be provided. Secondly, a service differentiation strategy should be proposed to meet the characteristics of the users. Thirdly, it was hereby suggested that service standards should be established in the following manner considering the relationship between the needs for services and the income level directly influencing the provision of services: 'Basic services' to be provided regardless of income, 'Optional services' to be selectable among the preferable services per income level, and 'Supportive services' to be provided for low-income people.

The purpose of this study was to classify the middle aged corresponding to their Life Styles and analyze the senior housing types and services. the specific objectives of this study are as follows : First, analyze the specific of demography. Second classify the Life Style of the middle aged. Third, analyze the housing types and services that are classified. In analyzing the collected data, the frequency, factor analysis, cronbach's a, cluster analysis(K-means), X$^2$ ANOVA conducted within the SPSS 12.0. The Life Style were segmented four group : Actively outgoing group, self-confidence familial group, self-uncertainty responsible group, unsociable negative group. This study shows that the segmentation group's preference of senior housing types and services is different by the Life Style.

Due to the vast increase in the elderly population and the changes in traditional filial duties, the importance of the elderly living arrangement is being greatly emphasized. The purpose of this study was to analyse the determinant factor of intention to move into senior congregate housing. The survey was conducted among middle-aged people in their fifties, who lived in Seoul, using the systematic random sampling method. The final sample included 498 respondents. The results were as follows. 1) It was revealed that many respondents thought positively about senior congregate housing. Both of having children and income were proved as an important variables which had an impact factor to move into senior congregate housing. 2) It was found that residential environment was the more important factor than housing level itself or personal social environment.

Isothermal (vapor + liquid) equilibrium data measurements were undertaken for the binary mixtures of (propylene oxide + 1-pentanol) system at three different temperatures (303.15, 318.15, and 333.15) K. The Peng-Robinson-Stryjek-Vera equation of state (PRSV EOS) was used to correlate the experimental data. The van der Waals one-fluid mixing rule was used for the vapor phase and the Wong-Sandler mixing rule, which incorporates the non-random two liquid (NRTL) model, the universal quasi-chemical (UNIQUAC) model and the Wilson model, was used for the liquid phase. The experimental data were in good agreement with the correlation results.
