Purpose - With the rapid development of information technology, the digital economy has become an important grip of the new development pattern, and the digital transformation of enterprises is a major trend. As SMEs are the mainstay of the economy and employment, it is important to study the digital transformation of SMEs to promote the development of the digital economy. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on a resource-based view, this report analyses the current situation and issues of digital transformation of SMEs from the perspective of digital orientation as well as the breadth and depth of technological capabilities of enterprises, using data from a survey of 200 manufacturing enterprises in China. Result - The results show that SMEs generally have a digital transformation mindset, but a weak digital foundation. In order to execute a digital strategy, companies need digital transformation capabilities. These behavioral capabilities are guided by the strategic direction of the business, and companies with strong capabilities are always trying to tap into the full digital potential. Conclusion - In order to effectively promote the digital transformation of SMEs, we suggest that SMEs pay attention to digital capability building, make good use of digital platforms and network resources, and lay a solid foundation for digital transformation; meanwhile, we suggest that government departments play a guiding and supporting role to build a cross-industry and cross-sector digital synergy system to help promote the development of SMEs' digital transformation. This paper presents some suggestions from both the internal and external environment of the enterprise, with the expectation of contributing to the digital transformation practices of SMEs.

Among the changes of the management environments surrounding enterprises, one of the most important reasons that affect the organization management in the future would be the rapid development in the field of information technology(IT). And every company takes the speed to be important to maintain the competitive superiority of its own especially. To meet this kind of circumstances, the expectations to reorganize the business processes using the IT become higher. The IT is worth when the companies manifest their own potential powers by taking advantage of the it and when they evolve and apply the novel ways to the business as well. Even though they, therefore, introduce the information system to realize their strategic superiorities, it is difficult to achieve their initial aims. Moreover, in the phase of IT introduction, it is necessary to include the property of alignment between the IT and the conventional management fields containing the management strategy and the organization planning. In the case the company revolution by IT is carried out, the two facts we should note to maintain the alignment between the management strategy and the target of organization are as follows. First. it is required to share the common and underlying recognition on the IT between the chief executive officers(CEOs) and the system part. Second. it is important to exchange information with other companies by utilizing the IT.

The shared economy began with the concept of sharing the physical and intellectual assets of individuals with others. Nowadays, the concept of shared economy is becoming one of the industries as an enterprise type. Especially, with the development of the Internet and smart devices, various forms of shared economy have been developed in accordance with the need of sharing of individual income. Digital content is also a shareable commodity and it is seeking to utilize it as an item of shared economy. Accordingly, when digital contents are used as a shared economy, there are various possible threats -security threats that may arise in the course of transactions, potential for theft, alteration and hacking of contents. In this paper, we propose transaction method and content protection method using block chain-ethereum technology to reduce security threats and transparent transactions that can occur in digital contents transactions. Through the proposed method, the trust of the consumer and the supplier can be measured and the encryption can be performed considering the characteristics of the data to be traded. Through this paper, it is possible to increase the transparency of smart transaction of digital contents and to reduce the risk of content distortion, hacking, etc.

Following the global financial crisis, the global value chain contracted, and characteristics of "reverse globalization" of the economy and trade gradually emerged. This is due to the term "reverse globalization" referring to a shift away from globalization. Within a short period of time, the phenomenon known as "reverse globalization" developed as an inescapable obstacle, coinciding with the development and dissemination of the COVID-19 virus. At some time in the distant future, the "reverse globalization" of economic trade and the "globalization" of the digital economy will co-dominate the shifting trend of the global economic landscape. This will happen gradually over time. The goal of this research is to look at the minor changes that happened in the methods and techniques used by the economic mechanism known as "globalization against the flow." It employs Chinese smart manufacturing companies as a model and proposes a digital drive model to investigate the prospects and constraints of smart manufacturing technology enterprise innovation development under "reverse globalization," with the goal of establishing a digital innovation development path. The theoretical insights given in this study have the potential to serve as a reference for China as it attempts to build a new growth pattern based on a double-cycle and promote a new type of globalization.

Many aspects of the behavior of sands are affected by the content of non-plastic fine particles and these various aspects should be included in a constitutive model for the soil behavior. The fines content affects maximum and minimum void ratios, compressibility, shear strength, and static liquefaction under undrained conditions. Twenty-eight undrained triaxial compression tests were performed on mixtures of sand and fine particles with fines contents of 0, 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, and 100% to study the effects of fines on void ratio, compressibility, and the occurrence of static liquefaction. The experiments were performed at low consolidation pressures at which liquefaction may occur in near-surface, natural deposits. The presence of fines creates a particle structure in the soil that is highly compressible, enhancing the potential for liquefaction, and the fines also alter the basic stress-strain and volume change behavior, which should be modeled to predict the occurrence of static liquefaction in the field. The void ratio at which liquefaction occurs for each sand/fines mixture was determined, and the variation of compressibility with void ratio was determined for each mixture. This allowed a relation to be determined between fines content, void ratio, compressibility, and the occurrence of static liquefaction. Such relations may vary from sand to sand, but the present results are believed to indicate the trend in such relations.

Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

The Internet is flourishing and the World Wide Web is growing at an exponential rate. In recent years, information has become the critical commodity needed for success in the changing global economic order. Accordingly, business organizations have come to the conclusion that they require an extensive data repository in order to acquire a competitive advantage in a dynamically change market. This rich assortment of data must further be delivered and deliverable enterprise-wide in a secure and cost-efficient manner. Information technology(IT) has created the E-business as a vitally important mechanism for the storage, dissemination, and even the analysis data. The E-business has become increasingly important to a growing number of organizations in Korea in relatively short order. The present study is an attempt to develop a more through understanding of the potential and actual impact of the B-business on organizational functions and activities. Expecially, it also consists of an effort to assess the impact of the E-business on profitability. The research also addresses the issue of how the E-business affects profitability and shapes or modifies business activities. The results of literature review and study revealed that middle managers believe that the extent of the I-business use is significantly related to improvements in overall organizational functions and activities. While communication, decision-making, productivity, work collaboration, and business activities are all enhanced by E-business use, profitability appears to be most dramatically improved by Intranet use.
