본 연구에서는 현재 사업을 운영하고 있는 사업자와 사업을 운영하지 않고 있는 잠재창업자인 20세 이상 남녀를 조사대상으로 사업에 대한 태도 및 위험인지가 여러 특성에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 그리고 어떤 변수들에 의해 영향 받는지를 조사하였다. 또한, 태도 행동 모델과 소비자의사결정 모델을 응용하여 사업태도와 위험인지 변수가 창업 및 사업유지의사에 미치는 영향력을 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과를 정리 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성, 비전문직 종사자, 부모가 창업경험을 가진 경우 사업에 대한 태도가 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 취업하지 않은 경우, 연령이 40대 이상인 경우, 과거 사업경험이 있는 경우 사업에 대한 위험인지 수준이 높은 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 남성, 부모가 창업한 경험이 있는 경우, 자아실현의 창업동기를 갖는 경우 창업의사가 강한 것으로 드러났다. 한편, 사업실패경험이 없는 경우, 101억부터 1천억 사이의 매출액을 갖고 있는 사업체 운영자, 긍정적인 사업태도를 가진 경우 사업유지의사가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 개발도상국의 안전한 식수와 관련된 물 빈곤의 해결책으로 사회적 기업의 다양한 진출가능성을 탐색하고자 한다. 7.8억 이상의 사람들이 안전한 식수를 공급받지 못해 여러 질병으로 인해 고통 받고 있을 뿐만 아니라 대규모 사망에까지 이르고 있다. UN, UNICEF, WHO와 같은 국제기구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다양한 활동을 펼치고 있다. 최근 빈곤과 같은 사회적 문제들을 경제성의 개념을 도입하여 해결하려는 BOP 비즈니스가 주목을 받고 있으며, 대다수 BOP 비즈니스들은 사회적 기업의 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 깨끗하고 안전한 식수를 공급받지 못해 발생하고 있는 문제점들에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 저개발국가의 물 시장에 진출해 있는 사회적 기업의 다양한 사례를 종합 검토하고, BOP 비즈니스 모델의 적용 확산가능성에 대해 논하고자 한다. 또한 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 한국정부의 지원과 더불어 한국 기업들이 세계의 물 빈곤 퇴치를 위해 사회공헌도 하면서 수익을 창출할 수 있는 신규시장으로 의 참여를 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose: In this study we aim to identify factors affecting successful inter-firm collaboration. We tried to find out whether government subsidies to small-business owners should be made to experienced and competent cooperatives or to cooperatives with potential even if inexperienced. Research design, data and methodology: Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we examine if evaluation criteria for the Small Business Collaboration Grant (SBCG) reflect the potential of successful collaboration of applicant cooperatives. Results: We found that experts tend to think that applicant cooperatives without any experience as a recipient for the SBSG need to be evaluated by their growth potential and their preparation of the application rather than by their business performance or achievement history. The weight of the evaluation must be different between the growth potential and the achievements already achieved. By means of an expert survey, we confirmed that Rookies should weigh evaluation indicators that can reflect their growth potential, and experienced groups should give weight to evaluation indicators that can reflect their achievements. Conclusions: For SBCG applicants with experiences, experts tend to weigh more on SBCG business performances and feasible sharing systems. The screening procedure for the first applicant cooperatives need to focus more on "partner selection" stage, whereas elements related to "realization" apply to experienced applicant cooperatives.

본 연구에서는 "기업 공고 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램"에 참여하고 있는 공고와 중소기업의 담당자의 설문 조사를 통하여 프로그램 운영 실태와 문제점 등을 조사 분석 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "기업 공고 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램"의 목적에 대하여 교사들은 '산 학 연계를 통한 직업교육의 활성화'를 목적으로 인식하였고, 산업체 담당자들은 '중소기업에 전문 인력공급'이라는 목적으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 교사들은 프로그램 운영이 학생들의 직무수행능력 향상 정도에 대하여는 대체로 긍정적으로 응답하고 있었으나, '우수학생 유치'에 있어서는 도움이 되지 못하고 있다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 산업체 담당자들은 프로그램을 통해 중소기업의 인력 확보, 수익 창출, 취업생의 직무수행능력의 향성 정도, 현장 적응력 및 학교와의 연계 및 상호 협력 관계를 유지하는데 긍정적이라고 인식하고 있었으나, 졸업생들의 기능 숙련도, 문제파악과 해결능력, 설비유지 보수 능력에 대해서는 부족한 면이 있다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 일반적으로, 참여 학교 교사들과 산업체 담당자들은 "기업 공고 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램" 운영의 효율성과 발전 가능성에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security. For the successful operation of enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership and field of activity, in order to carry out effective activities, they turn to innovative methods related to the formation of the potential of the workforce, and increasing the level of education and qualifications of staff and establishing their potential ability to make independent decisions. Based on the results of the study, the key features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security are characterized.

Korea goes on speedily an information-oriented world in the whole filed of society by diffusing the information-oriented education for the whole nation and the utilization of information. Consequently foodservice enterprise which is establishing their homepage in the web site for marketing purpose and direct application of restaurant management had been increased at recently for the restaurant's publicity, raising their image. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibilities of internet application in the foodservice industry. Now the generation who most use the internet went into gear the generation of main consumers out of foodservice industry. Also teenagers who occupied the most portions of using internet are able to be the most important potential customer at present or in the near future. Therefore if marketing activity is recognized for this potential customer, it will be more effective than any other way to promotion.

Though electricity consumption amount in industry has been increased gradually, corresponding power supply show symptoms of marginal point. Importance of demand-side management from large-industries has also been raised. This paper deals with induction motor, which is one of representative examples of heavy electricity consumption utilities, to analyze potential technical capability, economic feasibility from consumers' viewpoint and demand-side management feasibility from nation-wide perspective. Nation-wide economic feasibility analysis was done through California test, which has been used as demand-side management evaluation model. This paper also describes limitation of existing high efficiency induction motor in terms of contribution to demand-side management and utilizes premium motor to calculate demand-side management contribution level and economic feasibility evaluation. Likewise, this paper emphasizes the efficiency improvement of induction motor and analyzes how much premium motor related technologies can contribute to demand-side management.

최근 몇 년간 악의적 내부자에 의해 기업의 기밀정보가 유출된 사례들이 급속도로 증가하고 있으며, 이는 기업의 경쟁력 약화와 심지어 기업의 생존을 좌우하고 있음에도 불구하고 내부자에 의한 기밀정보 유출을 대비한 보안대책과 보안기술은 미비한 실정이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 현재 구축 운영 중인 기업 내부 지향적인 보안 기술들에 대한 특징과 한계들을 분석하여 기업정보 유출 사고 발생 시 그 피해를 최소화하기 위한 통합 로그분석 시스템을 제안한다. 통합 로그분석 시스템은 사전에 분석된 위협 룰에 근거하여 내부 구성원의 기밀정보 유출 가능 행위들을 사전에 탐지하는 시스템으로, 보안 및 업무단위 시스템을 연동하여 사용자의 모든 행위 로그를 수집하는 로그수집 모듈, 룰에 의해 비정상 유출행위를 탐지하며 보안지수를 생성하는 로그분석 모듈, 탐지 결과 보고서를 생성하는 모듈로 구성된다.

Shipping companies are key components of the logistics industry, which is extremely significant in enhancing the country's comprehensive national power and promoting global trade development. In the context of the implementation of the new development pattern strategy in China and the impact of the global novel coronavirus (COVID-19), this paper takes 22 Chinese shipping listed companies as the research object and analyses the operational efficiency of them from 2011 to 2020 based on the Super-SBM DEA Model and Window DEA Model. Factors affecting the efficiency are further analyzed with the Tobit model. The research conclude that the operational efficiency of Chinese shipping companies as a whole shows a steady increase from 2011 to 2020. Although most of them are in a relatively ef ective operation state, fewer are absolutely effective companies. Besides efficiency among companies differs obviously, which indicates the potential of further improvement and promotion. What's more, factors such as current economic development level, enterprise size, human resources quality and enterprise turnover speed have significant positive correlation to the operation efficiency of Chinese shipping listed companies, which is significant to improve the operation efficiency of Chinese shipping companies.

This study, not only investigates the important role of lifelong learning in shaping young people's knowledge and in maximizing their potential, but also aims to shed light on the influencing factors of lifelong learning of young people in Vietnam. The author applied STATA and SPSS to analyze quantitative data collected from questionnaires with 332 respondents aged between 19 years old and 24 years old. Based on a holistic review of literature, this study concludes that four driver factors affect young people's lifelong learning ability, comprising: organizational culture, motivation, human resource development, and domestic private type of enterprise. The results emphasize the positivity of organizational culture, human resource development, and the nature of work, especially organizational culture and human resource development, which are dominant reasons for young people to maintain lifelong learning. The relationship between demographics and lifelong learning was tested and it indicated that male has a stronger interest in learning than female. The result of the study also shows the impact of different types of business sectors on employees' learning intentions. It points out that the domestic private type of enterprise is the most effective factor that has a positive relationship with the lifelong learning of the individual.
