The importance of EDI has been so emphasized that we need exchange/maintain electronic documents effectively, and convert them to other formats. The traditional EDI, however, is facing on the limitation of growth because of its high expense, and the closeness of information sharing. The EDIs of next generation, like open EDI, object-oriented EDI, and Internet EDI, have appeared to solve these problems. Finally, XML/EDI, which is very effective to solve these kinds of problems, is now replacing the traditional EDI and the HTML in Internet and, is influencing on e-Business. So, we are going to suggest a solution which uses XML/EDI as a substitute for the traditional one. First, we analyzed the problems of the traditional EDI system and organized the structure of XML/EDI system, Next, we developed the prototype of Internet bookstore to show the effectiveness and strength of XML/EDI over the traditional EDI.

Productivity improvement is one of the most challenging problem facing the motor industry. This paper deals with the lot sizing and production scheduling problems of the side frame press shop in a domestic truck manufacturing company. The problems can not be solved simultaneously due to the computational complexity. Thus, we present a heuristic method which solves the two problems sequentially with the objective of maximizing the press utilization while maintaining a minimum inventory level. A micro-computer-based software is developed for easy implementation of the heuristic in the shop floor level.

Many power plants built 20-30 years ago are facing problems associated with the excitation system used for controlling generator output voltage. After years of reliable operation, generation is experiencing increased down time due to maintenance associated with the exciting excitation equipment. Reliability of the excitation system has become an issue, especially where many of these generation plants may be critical to the internal processes used for manufacturing. Wear out mechanisms such as those associated with the wire wound rheostat the electromechanical voltage regulator, insulation failures of the rotating exciter and commutator deterioration have become real problems typical of many older installations. These are some of the issues that are affecting system reliability for older power plants. This paper will address typical problems associated with the old excitation systems and the justification for a replacement static excitation system used in many Paper Mills.

This research examines, based on nursing's point of view, the current status and problems of the healthcare-related multi-cultural policy which is one of the major issues of contemporary Korea. Today, Korean society is facing a drastic increase of migrant workers and marriage for migration in Korea that leads to the transition to multiculturalism. Each field of society is providing prevalent supports to solve the problems of multicultural families and to promote adoption to Korean society. The activities and researches for multicultural families in nursing area were found and analyzed. 11 researches and 2 books were published. Among these 13 publications, 10 were on the marriage with immigrant women. 8 researches out of 11 (72.7%) were defined as the descriptive surveys, and 3 researches (27.3%) were defined as quasi-experimental studies. Although Korea Nurses Association (KNA) led various activities, more researches and activities by nurses and nursing scholars are required to contribute in improving the health of multicultural families.

The goal of junior colleges is to conduct professional education. But that purpose itself has faded for the distortion of goal. This study is geared to present solution to the problems facing tourism majors of junior colleges. What cause these problems is, first, imprudent increase of recruitments in the popular area, second, tourism companies tendency not to give them proper career opportunities, finally, lack of professional consciousness. To solve these problems, improvement of educational circumstance of junior colleges enlargement of the career opportunities of tourism companies are necessary and on the part of students, they need to receive enough education for personality and the enhancement of ability.

It is necessary for humans who have been facing environmental problems to build a sustainable society in which economic activities coexist with nature. To realize such goals, it is essential to promote and enhance environmental education, and to raise global awareness of environmental issues. As a preceding study, a board game "Ecopoly" based on the Kyoto protocol and the estate dealings game, was developed and the validity of environmental education was verified. This study further aims to develop a computer game "Ecopoly", based on the board game which enables us to learn the relationship between environmental problems and economic activities, and to learn more about environmental problems. This computer game enables to concentrate on it by automatic complicated calculations, and to get a higher visual effect compared with the board game. Experimental testing of the game was conducted with 13 college student subjects, and the validity of the game was verified.

The primary goal of any classroom is effective teaching and student learning, with an emphasis on changing negative students' behaviors into positive ones. This change can occur when students' behavior is always at the forefront of teachers' educational goals. The current study aimed to reveal the experiences of special education teachers in dealing with the behavioral problems that students with disabilities show by identifying behavioral problems among students with disabilities and investigating the efficacy of the application of behavior modification plans and strategies designed to address the behavioral problems presented by students with disabilities. The researcher used a qualitative phenomenological approach, and the study tool consisted of semi-structured interviews that consisted of (13) questions directed to (10) special education male and female teachers who work in special education centres and institutes. The data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. The findings of the study showed that the most undesirable behaviors prevalent among students with disabilities in the classroom were aggression, bullying and ADHD. The actions taken by teachers in confronting these behaviors were not systematic and were carried out randomly, as no behavior modification plans were applied. The most important strategies used by teachers in facing behavioral problems were applied behavioral analysis (ABA) strategies such as reinforcement, punishment and ignoring. The results have many important implications for future practice, including the need to conduct practical training courses for special education teachers to implement behavior modification plans and develop methods of measuring inappropriate behavior.

Among five sense organs or Gyanendriyas 'Eyes' are considered as most important sense organs. They are said to be the path to mind and seat of Tejas (Light). Now a days due to their overuse and negligence in maintenance we are facing many eye related problems like Dry Eye Syndrome, Cataract, Age related Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Computer Vision Syndrome etc. To observe the association of defective lifestyle and related eye problems with their preventive measures, different Ayurvedic procedures are reviewed from ancient literatures and some modern researches. Dinacharya (Daily regimen) explained in Ayurveda helps to prevent many derangements. Lifestyle modification in terms of proper daily regimen and dietary regimen could help to prevent eye problems. Padabhyanga (foot massage) is one of the procedures mentioned in Dinacharya, an effective therapy for healing of eye disorders.

한국교회 교회교육은 매우 심각한 위기를 맞고 있다. 이 위기는 현 사회가 바라보는 교회에 대한 부정적인 인식에서 시작된다. 교회에 대한 부정적인 인식은 어린이, 청소년들과 청년 그리고 성인에 이르기까지 교회를 떠나는 현상을 가져 왔다. 그동안 기독교 교육의 문제와 그 대안 연구는 수없이 많이 이뤄졌다. 그러나 그 문제점들은 여전히 교회교육의 문제로 남아 있다. 즉 제안된 대안들이 교회교육문제를 해결하는 대안이 되지 못하고 문제점으로 남아 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 패러다임의 변화가 요구되며, 교회의 위기를 극복하기 위해서는 대안과 그 방법적인 요인들을 연구하고 적용 점들을 찾아야 한다. 오늘의 교회교육은 포스트모더니즘과 정보화에 절대적인 영향을 받고 있다. 그러데, 교회교육은 기독교 신앙을 전수하는 기독교 정체성을 위한 교육이다. 이러한 기독교 교육이 신앙적 학문적 정체성에 대한 도전과 위기를 맞고 있다. 기독교 교육은 이러한 현실을 자각하고 교회교육이 당면해 있는 다양한 위기들을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시해야 하는 책임이 있다. 따라서 성경이 표준이 되는 삶을 살도록 표준을 세워주는 것이 교회교육의 과제이다. 즉 성경적 믿음을 갖게 하는 것이다. 그리고 그동안 미흡한 것으로 평가된 한국교회에 대한 기독교 신앙에 대한 지적과 이해가 필요하다. 또한, 기독교 세계관의 확립과 사회 안에서의 공의와 사랑을 실천하는 하나님 나라를 구현하는 일은 기독교 교육을 통해 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있는 과제들이다. 따라서 한국교회는 기독교 교육의 목표인 이상적 그리스도인 형성에 있어 교회교육뿐 아니라 기독교 교육의 실천을 지원하는 방법을 적극적으로 모색해야 한다.

Korea is facing the problems of old aging society recently. In the future the ploblems will become more serious. Specially health care services for the aged are very poor in the aspect of both systems of services and supplies of facilities. This paper aims to identify the types as well as present statistical conditions of health care facilities for the aged in Korea.
