For the low-income target, people on the second-to-the bottom income bracket as well as those on basic welfare should be included as the target of low-income people for digital poverty. The age of the elder target for digital poverty should be adjusted to sixty-five or more in the era of aging population.

First, we must strive to combine informal resources into formal service systemto the system for providing of service is made up the complementary type. Second, the system for providing services of long-term care elders is required integrated care system to alining of medical and long-term care services. Third, we have to consider a measure to improve of formal service type, for the satisfaction of formal service appears low relatively. Based on research findings, this study propose that the informal-formal resources linkages models are subdivided into the dimension of quantity and quality of care for improving the effectiveness of long-term care services.

  • Purpose: Among the various surgical methods used for the effective treatment of cystic lesion in the jaws historically, decompression procedure has some of superior prognosis compare to direct enucleation. In order to propose the efficacy of decompression we performed this retrospective study to compare decompression procedure with one-stage enucleation in clinical results and prognosis. Patients and Methods: We reviewed 175 patients who had been histopathologically diagnosed cystic lesions from 1996 to 2000 in our department. Patients who had been received decompression alone or secondary enucleation after decompression were 31 cases, and enucleation alone were 144 cases. The age and sex of the patients, the area, size, and histological type of the lesions, and detailed operation and complications including recurrence were investigated. The minimal follow-up period was 2 years. Results: In 31cases of decompression, male patients were 22cases(71%) similar to male predilection(62.3%) in total 175 cases. Cystic lesions were developed evenly in all age groups totally. Decompression was mainly performed in teenagers but enucleation was used in elder decades. In decompression cases the lesions were located in mandibular posterior, maxillary posterior, mandibular anterior, and maxillary anterior in order, which had some differences in total and enucleation cases. In enucleation cases, less than 3cm in size was 77.1% but larger than 3cm was 93.5% in decompression cases. Histopathologically, dentigerous cysts(54.8%), unicystic ameloblastomas(16.1%), and odontogenic keratocysts(12.9%) were seen in decompression cases and no recurrence or metaplasia and infection was observed. On the other hand, permanent tooth loss, numbness, recurrence, and so on were accompanied after enucleation. Conclusion: Although decompression procedure has disadvantages such as many of visiting times and slow recovery of the surgical defect, decompression is the best choice of treatment for large cystic lesions of the jaws, because it prevents functional and cosmetic defect, allows bone regeneration, and makes easy secondary enucleation.

  • The main purpose of this study is to figure out the spending tendency of elderly consumers for their grandchildren. To this end, a detailed survey was carried out for two months from October 1 to November 30, 2011. The respondents consist of 461 elderly consumers over 60s who have grandchildren in elementary grades. Among the gathered data, relevant information was sorted out, coded, and then turned into statistical figures through SPSS 18.0 program. The outcome of this research is explained in the following three respects. First of all, based upon factor and cluster analysis, the role of grandparents has been divided into three categories, which are a babysitter, a friend and a visitor. Depending on their role, the surveyed elderly have been split into three groups-'Friend Group', 'Formal Visitor Group', 'Attached Group'. Second, to give you an overview of the consumption trend of the three groups, this study has reviewed the expenditure items, spending amount and consumption patterns, and made a list of products and services they purchased for the past one year for their grandchildren. Third, given the probability of wealth transfer to the next generation, there is a compelling need to figure out the purchase pattern of financial products. The elderly have been categorized into those with bank deposits only and those with a mixture of bank deposits and other financial products (insurance, fund, stocks, gold, dollar etc.).

The Koryo Hand Therapy(KHT) was conducted 3 times per week for 6 weeks. Data analyzed using ${\chi}^2$-test, One-way ANOVA and repeated measure ANOVA with SPSS Win 17.0 version. The results of this study was knee pain of the experimental group A provided with ceramic Seo Am pellet therapy(p=.000), the experimental group B provided with Seo Am moxa therapy(p=.000) would be lower than that the control group. Knee pain of the experimental group B provided with Seo Am moxa therapy would be lower than that the experimental group A provided with ceramic Seo Am pellet therapy(p=.001). Methods : The reliability and validity test of Y-DuCog (Yonsei Dual Task Cognitive Screening Test) was developed by 229 elderly people aged over 60 years from community organizations at Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do from May 2019 to August 2019. In addition, the criteria for classifying elderly with cognitive impairment were presented. Results : The correlation analysis between MMSE-K, MoCA-K and Y-DuCog were a correlation between the DTE and CRR of Y-DuCog. As a result of internal consistency, Cronbach's-α values of DTE and CRR showed .848 (p<.01) and .916 (p<.01), respectively. The test-retest reliability was high. The screening point showed 88.7% sensitivity and 83.5% specificity at 31.76 seconds in total DTE, and 84.5% sensitivity and 76.6% specificity at 0.38 in total dual-task CRR. Conclusion : This study verified the reliability and validity of Y-DuCog. It was found that the level of education was not a barrier to the undertaking of this test. Furthermore, the test could be performed easily and quickly. It is also expected to be used to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive function assessment and intervention methods in the elderly.
