Surveying and GIS have increasingly contributed to improve the quality of humane life through the development of its technology. While the surveying professions are now experiencing the crisis of identity. In this paper, we aim to study the concepts and presence of newly used terminologies, present state and future vision of surveying and GIS in Korea. To cope with various surveying consumers for expanding the market and their demands, enhancement of educational system, complement of laws legal system, construction of cooperative system in business are basically required.

This study comprehensively draws a conclusion using factors of economic, social, and educational value and performed a survey on librarians and users to compare and analyze the difference in perception between the two groups. The result are as follows: First, Libraries had the social value not only on research and personal learning but also on establishment and vitalization of communities, provision of opportunities to share ideas between local residents and create something new, and provision of recreation to improve the residents' capability. Second, both groups evaluated the libraries' educational role and function relatively highly. In particular, the librarians scored very high for the items that the libraries' educational role was expanding, the libraries were a part of the educational system, and the libraries' value on reading and literacy was great, and the users thought that libraries had an value because they were a part of education and the educational system. Third, economic value part also obtained relatively lower scores than other values; the mean of the librarian group was 3.46 and the user group was 3.43. Among the economic values, the librarian group scored the highest for the area of economic value for local communities, and the greatest scores were given to manpower development by the users.

Recently one level higher intelligent switching board than established one by the application of intelligent building and digital system are being constructed. Therefore facility's high efficiency, high degree satisfaction, miniaturaization, standardization through application of communication technology and monitoring and controlling by computer system utilized by web-basis power control system and electric IT are practiced. Especially network must be constructed through unified IBS server that monitors every educational institute's switching boards in real time control system. And I intend to create methods to save energy and raise electricity quality by power demand prediction and remote-controled management and operation. In this thesis I intend to suggest measures of forming unified system through researching educational institute's ways of constructing switching board and status analysis and overcoming technical difficulties in user's side and saving and maintenance expense.

World is moving towards digitization at a rapid pace, so the enterprises have developed information systems for management of their business. Empowering educational institutes with information systems are become very important and vital. Doing everything manually is very difficult for students, teachers and staff. Information system can enhance their efficiency and save a lot of time; this research proposed system will solve this issue by providing services like class room reservation, e-library facility, online submission etc. in a secured environment. Up till now limited attention has been paid to utilize robots and drones for automation inside educational institutes. Our proposed system incorporates robots and drones to fill this gap in automation being used in institutes. Through this research, the aim is to improve the efficiency of learning and services in educational institutions or universities.

본 연구는 초 중등 분야에서 교육용 디지털 콘텐츠의 질 관리 및 효율적인 콘텐츠 관리를 위하여 수명주기 체계에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 에듀넷 사례를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 에듀넷 선도교사를 대상으로 콘텐츠의 활용 주기, 업데이트 주기 등 수명주기에 대한 요구사항을 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교육용 콘텐츠의 생성 목적이 교과인지 비교과인지 여부와 주제/교육 방향과 교수 학습 등 교육 환경의 지속적인 변화를 반영하여 기존에 서비스하고 있는 콘텐츠를 재평가할 수 있는 명확한 수명주기 체제를 구축하여 교육용 콘텐츠의 품질관리가 필요함을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 초 중등 분야에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있는 기관에서 사용자 친화적인 서비스 구성을 위해 사용자의 요구사항이 무엇인지를 파악하고 수명주기 기반의 콘텐츠 관리 체계를 마련할 필요성을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 이 분야의 효과적인 공학기술교육을 위하여 능동형 교육용 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 주행조건 제어 및 모니터링 시스템, 섀시 전자제어 시스템 모니터링 및 분석시스템, 가상 시뮬레이터 및 교육용 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있다. 여기서 주행조건 제어 및 모니터링 시스템은 다시 실차 시뮬레이터와 유압장비 및 원격제어 및 모니터링 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 섀시 전자제어 시스템 모니터링 및 분석 시스템에서는 Labview 프로그램을 통하여 각종 센서와 액추에이터들의 동작상태를 모니터링 할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 가상 시뮬레이터 및 교육용 콘텐츠는 2D 플래시 및 3D 애니메이션으로 효과적인 교육의 멀티미디어 교육 자료를 제공하여 준다. 이러한 시스템은 교육용 뿐만 아니라 관련 분야 시스템의 모듈 연구 개발 시 성능 분석 장비로써의 활용도 가능할 것이다.

지능형 모바일 및 가전기기의 등장은 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 뿐 아니라 교육용 콘텐츠의 이용량을 증대시켰다. 특히 이동성을 강조한 단말 기기인 스마트폰과 스마트패드의 보급 및 지능화된 스마트 TV의 등장은 다양한 단말 환경에서 편리하게 학습할 수 있는 환경을 제공하였고, 언제 어디서나 이용자가 교육용 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있도록 했다. 그러나 현재 이용되고 있는 스마트 디바이스들은 단말 제조사 및 모바일 OS 공급자의 정책이 통일되지 않아 다양한 환경 내에서의 콘텐츠의 재사용이 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 NeS(N-Screen e-learning System)를 제안하고자 한다. NeS는 이용자 학습 관리, 교육 콘텐츠 관리의 교육 관련 시스템과 콘텐츠 변환과 양방향 처리로 이루어지는 N-Screen 대응 콘텐츠 전송 시스템으로 구성된다. NeS에서는 새로운 웹 표준으로 각광받고 있는 HTML 5 언어를 이용해 각종 기기간의 상호호환성을 보장한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 NeS를 통해 사용자가 소유하고 있는 각종 기기 및 다양한 OS의 종류에 구애받지 않고 콘텐츠의 OSMU를 실현할 수 있고, 콘텐츠의 연속성을 보장하여 보다 편리하게 교육용 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있다.

The importance of training for NC, CNC and Machining Center has been greatly increased. This paper presents implementation of a DNC system and operating software for educational purpose. This system is able to connect 8-32 CNCs to Control PC with RS232 multi-port serial card. Therefore, it allows much efficiency in training even after costs are considered. The KISCO DNC S/W for above system includes various communication function, communication parameter setting, program editor, tool management and user-friendly environment.

Open education has brought about new concept and variation in educational quality , schools have adopted open education since mid 1980s. Since then ,open education has developed in Korea, but do not fit to the Korean educational situation without some modification in educational space. In the study, some theoretical backgrounds of open education reviewed from some literature were applied, and introduced the flexibility of the open education, some results of the analysis of flexibility space and furniture system. The purpose of this study is to suggest some of direction in the open education space for more advanced Korean education situation.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyze the perception of swimming rating system. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, practitioners and leaders of Korean swimming federation were selected as the subjects of the study to institutionalize the grade of swimming. Data analysis was categorized according to word frequency after coding using the Nvivo 12.0 program, and words were visualized using the word cloud program. PASW/WIN 21.0 was employed to analyze demographic characteristics. Triangular verification and expert meetings were conducted three times to increase the validity of the study. In these meetings, the study excluded subjective interpretation and errors of the researcher. Results: First, as a result of analyzing the perception of practitioners before educational training, 16 words and the total frequency of words was 21 times. Second, as a result of analyzing the perception of practitioners after educational training, 22 words and a total of 25 frequencies were found. Third, as a result of analyzing the leader's perception before educational training, 32 words and the total frequency of words was 63 times. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the leader's perception after educational training, 41 words and a total of 72 frequencies were found. Conclusions: Findings indicated divers feelings and thoughts of practitioners and leaders of Korean swimming federations towards swimming rating system. Further implications were discussed.
