비행교관의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 학생조종사의 학습동기와 학업만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Flight Instructor's Communication Styles on Student Pilot's Learning Motives and Satisfactions)

  • This study was carried out to verify how much instructor's communication skill affects the student pilot's study motivation and satisfaction. The instructor's communication styles are classified into 3 groups by pre-analysis. Three types are cooperative type, control type and professional type. Intellectual cause, performance proficiency cause, social cause and stimulation avoidance cause are extracted and analyzed for the cause of study motivation. Cooperative and control type affected all of 4 factors of student's study motivation by influence analysis. Intellectual cause affected control and cooperative type positively, especially more to cooperative type. Performance proficiency cause also had positive influence to control and cooperative type. Stimulation avoidance cause didn't appear to affect all sub-classified 4 factors of instructor's communication type. Influence analysis of student's study satisfaction from instructor's communication style showed that independent variable affected all sub factors positively. Degree of positive influence affected the control type the most, cooperative type was the 2nd, and professional type was the 3rd.

사이버대학생의 학습참여동기와 삶에 대한 만족도가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of educational participatory motivation and life satisfaction on major satisfaction among Cyber University students)

  • 본 연구는 서울소재 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 학습참여동기 유형과 삶에 대한 만족도가 전공만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 사이버대 재학생의 학과 만족도를 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구 대상자는 서울 소재 한 사이버대학에 재학 중인 20세 이상 성인학습자로 온라인 설문에 응답한 총 937명의 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버대 재학생의 학습참여동기 유형은 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여동기, 삶에 대한 만족도, 전공만족도에서 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이가 있는지를 검증해본 결과 학년을 제외한 성별, 연령, 직업유무, 결혼유무, 전공에 따른 집단 간 차이가 확인되었다. 셋째, 회귀분석 결과 삶에 대한 만족도, 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기 순서로 전공만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 전공만족도를 높이기 위해서 성인학습자의 학습참여동기에 대한 이해가 요구되며, 성인학습자가 경험하고 있는 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 연구 및 지원 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

사이버교육 효과의 영향요인에 관한 실증적 연구: 공공조직을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Critical Success Factors in Implementing the Web-Based Distance Learning System : In Case of Public Organization.)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate critical success factors for effective implementation of web-based distance learning system. First of all, four critical success factors are theoretically derived from reviewing previous research. They are: (1) learner-related factor including the variables such as teaming ability, learning attitude, and attending motivation, (2) environmental factor including the variables of physical and mental support for learners, (3) instructional design factor represented by one variable, the degree of appropriateness of learning contents, and (4) the factor concerning the level of self-directed learning readiness embracing the variables such as curiosity for learning, openness towards challenge of learning and affection for learning. Subsequently, the relationships between these four critical success factors and the degree of learning satisfaction are empirically investigated. The data for empirical analysis of the research are collected from 1,020 respondents who have already passed the web-based distance learning courses which have been implemented in Information and Communication Officials Training Institute. Out of 1,020 responded questionnaires, 875 data were available for statistical analyses. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the most important factor for successful implementation of the web-based distance learning system is shown to be the instructional design factor, and in the next place, the self-directed learning readiness factor, the environmental factor and the learner-related one in sequence. Secondly, additional analysis of the variables included in the instructional design factor shows that availability of practical information and knowledge is the most influencing variable, and next, interesting composition of contents, reasonable learning amount, optimal level of instruction, and understandable explanation are significantly important in the descending order. Lastly, among learning motivators, strong intention of acquiring business knowledges and skills is found to be the most important satisfier in the web-based distance learning. The theoretical contribution of this study is to derive a comprehensive model of critical success factors for implementing the web-based distance learning system. And, the practical implication of this study is to propose efficient and effective guidelines for developing and operating the web-based distance learning system in the various kinds of organizations.

자기주도적 학습을 위한 콘텐츠 재구성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Contents Reorganization for Self-Directed Learning)

  • 대부분의 온라인 교육 시스템들은 기존의 설정된 문항난이도를 기반으로 학습자에게 학습정보를 제공하고 있으며, 동일한 수준의 학습자는 모두 동일한 학습과정에 따라 학습을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 동일한 수준의 학습자라 할지라도 학습 내용을 이해하는 정도는 서로 다를 수 있다. 따라서 제공된 콘텐츠를 이해하기 어려움에도 불구하고 정해진 난이도와 학습과정에 따라 획일적으로 학습이 진행되는 방법은 효율적인 학습효과를 나타내기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 온라인 학습이 제공하는 획일적 학습에서 벗어나 학습자가 학습 도중 학습 콘텐츠의 난이도를 변경할 수 있도록 함으로써, 자기주도적 학습을 지원하기 위한 콘텐츠 재구성 방법을 제시하였다. 학습자는 학습 도중 제시된 콘텐츠가 이해하기 어렵거나 쉽다고 판단되는 경우, 현재 제시된 학습 콘텐츠의 수준을 변경할 수 있다. 이때 변경된 학습 콘텐츠의 수준은 콘텐츠 재구성 모듈로 전달된다. 변경된 수준을 전달받은 콘텐츠 재구성 모듈은 전달된 학습자의 수준에 적합한 콘텐츠 및 퀴즈 문항을 추출하고, 추출한 콘텐츠와 퀴즈를 기초로 학습내용을 재구성하여 학습자에게 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 이용하면 학습자는 자신의 수준에 적합한 콘텐츠를 제공받을 수 있기 때문에 학습 이해도를 높일 수 있고, 학습자의 적극적인 학습 참여를 유도함으로써 보다 높은 학습효과와 학습 만족도를 얻을 것으로 기대된다.

응급구조과 학생의 성취동기와 임상실습 만족도와의 상관성 연구 (A Correlation Study on the Relationship between Motivation for Achievement and Satisfaction on Clinical Practice in EMT students)

  • Purpose : This study examines satisfaction of students at the department of Emergency Medical Technology with clinical practice and relationship between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice and aims to provide basic materials contributing to the improvement of clinical practice education. Method : It selected 237 students in the second and third grade at the dept. of Emergency Medical and having experience in clinical practice as the subjects, collected data from Sept. 1 to 30, 2007 and analyzed 237 questionnaires collected with SPSS 12.0 program. Result : 1. Degree of motivation of achievement scored 3.46 of full marks of five points and they showed motivation of achievement over average score. Students who entered the dept. of Emergency medical after beginning social career(3.78) showed higher motivation of achievement in the period of entrance and group having will to be volunteer(3.66) showed the highest motivation of achievement in selecting this major. The better personal relationship they have, the greater hospital grade and the higher their transcript, the higher motivation of achievement they have. In the desired area of employment after graduation, first-aid staffs at the field of industry group(3.85) showed the highest motivation of achievement. 2. Degree of their satisfaction with clinical practice scored 3.53 of full marks of five and they showed satisfaction with it over average score. They showed the highest satisfaction in the contents of practice(3.64). 3. There was statistically significant positive correlation between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice(r = .165, p < .05). Conclusion : There was statistically significant positive correlation between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice. Repeated research through sampling based on probability to generalize relevance of motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice is needed and further researches on developing program to inspire motivation of achievement in theoretical learning as well as in clinical practice are required.

부모자녀간 의사소통과 관계향상을 위한 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용: 중학교 1학년 '가족구성원간의 의사소통' 단원을 중심으로 (Development of a Teaching and Learning Plan for a Communication Unit for Family Members and Its Effect on Teenagers' Functional Communications and Relational Satisfaction with Their Parents)

  • This research explored the importance of conflict resolution in communication between adolescents and their parents. A teaching and learning plan on communication using the Active listening, I-message method and no-lose conflict resolution method was developed and applied to teaching the 'Communication among Family Members' unit in the middle school home economics and technology textbook. The experimental class of 203 students using the active listening, I message and no-lose conflict resolution method in communication was compared with a comparative class of 163 students using only the active listening and I message method, investigating the amounts of communication, conflicts, functional communication and degree of satisfaction the students perceived regarding relationships with their parents via pre and post tests. Both groups showed significant increases in their amounts of communication and functional communication. However, only the experimental class showed an increase in their degree of relationship satisfaction with their parents. Both groups evaluated the lesson positively.

청소년의 여가활동과 어머니의 여가지도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leisure Activity of Young People and the Leisure Guidance of Mothers)

  • This study deals with the following problems about leisure activity of young people and leisure guidance of mothers, (1) Leisure activity of children by the independent variables, (2) Leisure guidance of mothers by the independent variables. (3) The relation between leisure guidance of mothers and leisure activity of young people. This research used the questionaire survey. The subjects were 830 couples of mother and pupil (pupils of 4, 5 and t grades in six primary school in Kwang-Ju city). The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, t, F-test, X2. The results of this study are summarized as follows; (1) Boys and girls average leisure hours: week days…2 hour, saturday…3 hours, Sunday and holiday…4.5 hours, the school vacation…6.2 hours. And leisure activity showed the significant difference in sex, age, educational level, family form (p 0.001, p 0.05, p 0.010). Generally, they had social & amusing leisure activity. And a hindrance cause of leisure activ ty is due to hard working in learning practice. (2) The necessity of leisure activity showed higher in the aged mother and high educated mother, lower in the poor family. And guidance content showed the significant difference in sex of children(p 0.001), educational level of parents(p 0.05). Actually mothers wanted intellectual leisure activity. (3) The relation between the leisure activity pattern desired by leisure activity of mothers and children pattern showed that mothers demanded the various patterns, but children wanted social & amusing leisure activities mainly. Only children's patterns agreed with mothers in the artistic, intellectual, activities on Saturday and during the vacation. And the relation between mothers satisfaction degree in the leisure activity of children and children's satisfaction degree showed the significant difference (p 0.05). Children's satisfaction degree is high, irrespective of mothers satisfaction degree.

  • 2015 개정 중학교 1학년 수학 교과서 총 10종을 대상으로 분석틀에 근거하여 교과서 체제별로 그래프의 표현과 해석에 관한 요소를 빈도 분석하고 교차분석 하였으며, 그래프 내용에 관한 학생들의 만족도를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 전반적으로 교과서에 그래프의 표현보다 해석에 관한 문항이 더 많이 수록되어 있으며, 또 학생들은 그래프 단원에 학습 효과는 보였지만 해당 학습에 관한 감동 여부에는 중립적인 반응을 보였다.

임상약학 교육에서의 문제중심학습 수업 방법 적용 평가 (Assessment of Problem Based Learning Application in Clinical Pharmacy Education)

  • Background: Colleges of Pharmacy in Korea have increased the number of years required for the degree from 4 years to 6 years in 2009. These changes are demanding revolution of education in pharmacology. The center of gravity is moving from medicine to application, theory to work. Problem-Based Learning is "learn to learn" working cooperatively in groups to seek solutions to real problems. PBL process cheers students to think critically to find optimal solution using appropriate learning resources. Method: Eighteen students in college of pharmacy are selected to participate in PBL lecture and take part in the survey about the effect of PBL in clinical pharmacy education. Results: General satisfaction score was high as four on a five-point scale, and students have improved on anxious about communication since the PBL classes compared to before of the lecture (P=0.037). Conclusion: PBL could be applied in clinical pharmacy education to progress student's participation and satisfaction. In addition this is improved communication skill in medical team during pharmacy practice.

웹기반 협력학습에서 상호작용의 중심화 정도가 팀원의 공유정신모형, 만족도, 성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of team centralization on shared mental model, satisfaction, and achievement in a web-based collaborative learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 웹기반 협력학습에서 상호작용의 패턴인 중심화가 공유정신모형, 만족도, 성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 총 68명의 학습자들이 7개의 팀에 무선할당 되어 4주간 웹기반 협력학습을 진행하였으며, 사회연결망 분석을 통해 중심화가 높은 그룹 3팀과 낮은 그룹 3팀이 선별되었다. 중심화가 높은 집단과 낮은 집단 간 공유정신모형, 만족도, 성취도의 차이를 검증한 결과, 두 집단 간 공유정신모형에는 차이가 없는 것으로 밝혀졌으나 만족도와 성취도의 경우 중심화가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 더 높은 만족도와 학업성취도를 보였다. 이는 웹기반 협력학습에서 주도적인 역할을 수행하는 학습자가 있을 때 만족도와 성취도가 높아진다는 의미이며, 협력학습의 설계에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.
