This paper presents a design method for PID controller using optimal control theory. The procedures of the applied method consist of (1) sampling the system response to the test signal, (2) processing the sampled data using RPE method to identify the parameters of the plant, (3) calculating the optimal value of the PID controller parameters using LQ theory. This controller is implemented on the digital computer and applied to real servomechanism, yielding satisfactory result.

This paper presents a new state feedback control approach for communication networks based control systems in which control input and output observation time-delay natures are generally occurred in practice. We first establish a generic state feedback control framework based on well-known linear system theory. A maximum time-delay value which allows critical stability of whole control system are defined to make a positive definite Lyapunov function which is mathematically composed of controlled system states. We analytically derive its control parameters by using a steepest descent optimization method in order to guarantee a stability condition through Lyapunov theory. Computer simulation is numerically carried out for demonstrating reliability of the proposed NCS algorithm and a comparative study is accomplished to prove its superiority for which the traditional control approach for NCS is made use of under same simulation scenarios.

The theory of stock option pricing has, recently, attracted attention of many researchers interested not only in finance but also in statistics and control theory. In this field, the problem of estimating stock return volatility is, above all, of great importance in calculating actual stock option value. In this paper, we assume that the stock market is represented by the stochastic volatility model which is the same as that of Hull and White. Then, we propose an approximation function of option value. It is a type of Black-Sholes option formula in which the first and the second order moments of logarithmic stock value are modified in a special form from the original model. Finally, an algorithm of estimating the parameters of the stochastic volatility model is given, and parameters are estimated by using Nikkei 225 index option data.

Purpose - This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and aims to explore the decision-making mechanisms of consumers participating in value co-creation activities within virtual brand communities. Methodology - The research involved a comprehensive survey of 405 participants from various virtual brand communities. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis, applying SPSS and AMOS to test the hypotheses. The study focused on community rules and regulations, community experience and community trust. Results - The research found that community rules and regulations significantly impact subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, but not directly influence consumer attitudes. Community experience positively affected consumer attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Community trust was found to positively influence these aspects of consumer decision-making. However, a gap was identified in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior. Implications - The findings of this study contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of factors affecting consumer behavior in virtual brand communities. It underscores the necessity for community managers to develop strategies that consider these internal decision-making mechanisms, facilitating more effective community engagement. The study also identifies a potential area for future research in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior.

A study on the robust control of a composite beam with a distributed PVDF sensor and piezo-ceramic actuator is presented in this paper. $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ natural frequencies are considered in the modeling, because robust control theory which has robustness to structured uncertainty is adopted to suppress the vibration. If the controllers designed by $H_{\infty}$ theory do not satisfy control performance, it is improved by $\mu$-synthesis method with D-K iteration so that the $\mu$-controller based on the structured singular value satisfies the nominal performance and robust performance. Simulation and experiment were carried out with the designed controller and the verification of the robust control properties was presented by results.

Cyberloafing is a term used to describe the actions of employees who use their Internet access at work for personal use while pretending to do legitimate work. This research that this puts the foundation on the general deterrence theory, social control theory, and Triandis model compares the individual characteristic including the group norm, self-control, perceived value among many factors having an effect on the personal ethical decision-making besides the general principles of ethics and stipulated regulation like the severity of sanction together. It was exposed to have the effect that the severity of punishment, self control, and perceived value notes to the internet abuse action. Therefore, the education and rules of punishment which is consistent along with the theoretical thesis supporting the groping of the preparation plan that is active in the various ethic problems has to be built. It is necessary that the company devises the internet application in the appropriate range, that is the partial the affirmation feeling which and it can allow officially. According to the cognitive dissonance, since this will have to allow with the positive direction can move to the misuse action with the intention differently, it can draw a conclusion.

In this paper we are concerned with optimal control problems whose costs am quadratic and whose states are governed by linear delay equations and general boundary conditions. The basic new idea of this paper is to Introduce a new class of linear operators in such a way that the state equation subject to a starting function can be viewed as an inhomogeneous boundary value problem in the new linear operator equation. In this way we avoid the usual semigroup theory treatment to the problem and use only linear operator theory.

Nursing have been caught between the paradigm of medical science with a body part view of a person and the paradigm of medical science with an emphasis on unsurpassable control, rigor, objectivism, and neutrality of value. But it is inappropriate to apply impersonal, objective model of science for the personal unique and gestalt experiences of nursing phenomena. Jean Watson proposed a theory of human caring based on human science paradigm to explain human phenomena. This study reviewed the theory of nursing by Jean Watson and the researches based on Waton's theory. In this study the researcher examined the philosophical back ground, value system and key concepts of Watson's theory Watson's perspective of person and human existence includes humanistic and phenomenological characteristics. She also emphasized nurse-patient relationship as an intersubjective(transpersonal) caring relationship. Examination of the studies based on Watson's theory consistantly revealed Watson's theory of human caring based on the human science paradigm is more appropriate than traditional medical science paradigm for explaining nursing phenomena. For the purpose of refining the theory and promoting usefulness of the theory, it would be desirable to test the theory to the nursing phenomena and to apply the theory to practice and education.

본 연구에서는 인공지능 기술을 이용하는 사용자를 이해하는 계획된 행동이론에 집중하여 다양한 방면에 적용되고 있는 가상개인비서 이용을 살펴보았다. 먼저, 사용자의 신념과 태도, 지각된 가치 및 위험성이 가상개인비서 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, (1) 가상개인비서 이용에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동 통제, 그리고 지각된 가치는 지속사용의도에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 다음으로 (2) 사용자의 신념 및 태도와 지각된 가치 및 위험성이 가상개인비서에 대한 구전의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아본 결과, 지각된 위험성을 제외한 모든 변수들(사용자 태도와 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동 통제, 그리고 지각된 가치)이 구전의도에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용자의 신념 및 태도에서 나아가 사용자가 지각하는 가치와 위험성이 가상개인비서 이용에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 인공지능 시장에 다양한 실무적 및 이론적 함의를 제공할 것이라 기대한다.

In this paper, we develop a numerical method to solving an optimal control problem, which is governed by a parabolic partial differential equations(PDEs). Our approach is to approximate the PDE problem to initial value problem(IVP) in $\mathbb{R}$. Then, the homogeneous part of IVP is solved using semigroup theory. In the next step, the convergence of this approach is verified by properties of one-parameter semigroup theory. In the rest of paper, the original optimal control problem is solved by utilizing the solution of homogeneous part. Finally one numerical example is given.
