Purpose: Global shortages in nursing and strong demand for nursing services provided Korean nurses with more overseas employment opportunities, especially in the developed countries such as the United States and Canada. The purpose of this study was to explore the ageing experiences of the Korean nurses dispatched to Germany in the 1960s and 1970s. Methods: The researcher interviewed 10 Korean nurses living in four cities in Germany. Interviews were performed twice in January and July, 2010, and the data, in the form of field notes and interview transcripts, were analyzed using the Agar's (1980) ethnographic method. Results: The ageing experiences of the participants can be summarized into three theme stages: coming upon old age, reluctantly realizing getting old, and finally accepting being old. The first stage is characterized by 'wiring money to homeland all throughout youth', second 'still feeling like a stranger anywhere', and finally 'burying homeland in heart'. Conclusion: The research findings not only suggest crucial materials for training prospective nurses overseas for their successful settlement, but also shed lights on related problems and solutions with ageing experience in overseas employment.

Recently, the proportion of single-person households is on the increase in Korea, expected to reach 34.6% in 2035. Among the single-person households, Young single family households are facing greater difficulties due to high house prices in Korea. The government is expanding its support to Young single family, executing various policies such as public lease housings, private lease housings for youth, youth dormitory, etc. The purpose of this study is to understand the exact housing requirement of Young single family households who have different lifestyles with other age groups and provide base line data for youth house planning which will be in use later on. Study methods are shown below. First, this research studied the status and characteristics of Young single family households by looking into literature. Second, by studying previous studies concerned with life style and housing preferences of youth, the tool for investigating preferences and needs of housing environment by Young single family households was composed. Third, survey on characterstics of space usage, preferences and needs on flat composition, and preferences of interior design were conducted based on lifestyle of Young single family-households. The survey was conducted as an online survey using SNS for 150 Young single family holds from the age of 20 and 39, including students and office workers from December 2018 to January 2019. The results are as following. (1) Looking into the space usage characteristics, considering that various activities other than basic functions take place in bedroom and living room of small-sized Young single family households, we need to consider this additionally when planning the housing. (2) Looking into the preferences and composite needs of flat composition, the subjects demand separate bed room and more living room space, and also demand expansion of living room space where various activities take place and additional storage such as dress room in bed room (3) The preferences toward interior design show preferences toward modern style and achromatic color, a representative color. The subjects also prefer floor finishing materials normally used for living spaces, and indirect, soft lighting that uses wall. Also, there are differences between interior design preferences between students (20's) and office workers(30's) due to their different lifestyles. Research is needed to propose practical residential environment requirements and plans through a case study of actual public rental housing and a wider range of users.

This study reviews the current status of entrepreneurship education programs in elementary and secondary schools, and analyzes the following educational needs among teachers. We have made the following conclusions from the study. First, career development teachers shared a strong need for entrepreneurship education programs. Second, the programs provided by these teachers were substandard despite the strong need expressed. In particular, insufficient training period and incentives were provided to teachers involved in the programs, and the teachers exhibited low standards in job specialization and class evaluation abilities. Third, the awareness of people involved in the education scheme was most critical in the cultivation and activation of entrepreneurship educations-according to the Borich educational demand calculations comparing the required and actual entrepreneurship education standards. In summary, the general educational conditions, such as the teachers' job specialization, educational support and environment, and partakers' awareness, were lacking in entrepreneurship education programs aimed at the youth. To stimulate the programs' effectiveness, teachers must be better trained; the programs should be better advertised; and specialization should be cultivated during training. Furthermore, the government's support towards program development and diversification through appropriate policies should aim to help the education's recipients in their proactive career development during the current 4th industrial revolution.

What are the implications for us through the discussion on the effect of Germany's dual system of vocational education on the youth unemployment rate? You can find out what kind of evaluation Germany is receiving on the dual system vocational education system implemented based on the 'Vocational Education and Training Act' (Berufsbildungsgesetz), and the specific system establishment form for the industry-academic-government cooperation system. It was possible to present the crises and problems of these systems. Responsibility for the dual system of vocational education in Germany rests with the national and state ministries of education, and private enterprises and chambers of commerce are responsible for business practices. Practical work in a company is conducted through skill-oriented education, and in vocational schools, competency-oriented theoretical education is received. In addition, the necessity and demand for digital vocational and education training in accordance with German Idustrie 4.0 and higher vocational education degree acquisition through dual-degree courses were identified. It can be seen that the youth unemployment rate is the lowest in Europe due to the successful development and utilization of human resources to improve the competitiveness of companies, such as dual vocational education and training (VET) at all levels, higher vocational education at universities, and continuing vocational education programs. Vocational education in Korea will also be able to improve the unemployment rate by establishing a system that allows schools and businesses to conduct vocational education and training simultaneously. In particular, it was possible to judge the necessity of 'close consultation between labor, management, and government', which we consider the most important and should lead to in-depth discussion and cooperation for dual education between vocational schools and companies.

This study aims to examine the type of residents' participation in village making including the case of "Making Happiness Village" -in the Jeollanam-do province and "Village Making" -in Haenam-gun. The study examines the potential and effects of these projects, draws conclusions and suggests the future direction of village making projects. The results of this study are summarized below. "Making Happiness Village" should be evaluated in detail as it has contributed to the successful and development of traditional Korean residential culture, and has helped to activate and develop agricultural and fishing villages through the improvement of the residential environment and attraction of urban people into the rural area. It also showed the possibility of a project to be settled as a representative of Namdo satisfying the demand for sustainable development. In order to enhance the integrity of a village making project, its master plan must be established and utilized by considering the current status and characteristics of a village, improving its physical environment and seeking a method for economic activation. Policy and economic support from central government and local governments are also required for such a project. The residents' autonomous organization,necessary for unifying the residents' capacity, must organize their own group, such as "Residents' Conference for Village Making (tentative name)" to integrate the existing organizations (women's association, youth group, etc) and establish a conference system to discuss and solve the current issues of the village.

The purpose of this study is to employ a method called 'conflict impact assessment' to analyze the progress, background, cause and relevant issues of conflicts related with affordable housing for youth (Happiness Housing Project), a project that has been implemented since last May 2013, thereby identifying the relevant problems and draw out objectives for improvement. The researchers expect that this study will contribute to solving the current issues regarding Happiness Housing, and contribute to improving the quality of the government's policies. For the above purpose, literatures on Happiness Housing produced from August to November 2013 were reviewed, in-depth telephone or face-to-face interviews were conducted with personnel associated with project implementation in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation and LH, etc., and major interested parties including Yangcheon-gu residents. Key issues identified regarding Happiness Housing construction include: the way that the project was implemented, living quality of residents, impact on educational environment, inconsistence with existing plans, relatively high construction cost, insolvency of public corporations, land use fee issue with Korail, need of preliminary feasibility survey, securing sufficient amount for supply and issue of additional designation, likelihood of finishing construction in time and issues related with actual source of demand, etc. Through analysis of conflict development and positions of interested parties, the main causes of the conflicts were identified as follows: lack of deliberation on pledges during election, lack of viability review on pledges, lack of conflict management plans, one-way implementation without consent of interested parties, project plans established with no regard to local circumstances, frequent project revision, underwehlming level of conflict management. In order to address issues above, the following measures need to be taken: selecting election pledges based on actual effectiveness, thorough assessment on pledges by relevant departments, gradual implementation based on consideration of the actual circumstances, participation of key interested parties, consistent policy and adopting conflict management techniques that reflect the reality.

Recent economic depression aggravates the difficulty in employment, and it has been expanded to a social issue. Even worse, low wage structure in the textile and fashion industry, and inferior working environment make it difficult for fashion design graduates to stably settle down in society. To tackle all these problems, the demand of a new educational model is on the rise. In responding to such economic and educational environment changes, we can actively cope with structural problems in the textile and fashion field, and a social problem of youth unemployment by vigorously using the Internet as a tool for practice. In other words, Startups are reinvigorated through hands-on education, focused on information by introducing the factor of supply chain management (SCM), which efficiently manages resources within the supply chain, and a business to customer (B2C) model, and by utilizing these for startup education.

This study points out the problems of absence of the legislation for standard regulation on Video on Demand(VoD) advertisement which grows so fast lately, for this it recommends making legal references, which have the definition of non-linear broadcasting & VoD advertisement and VoD advertisement standard regulation in the merged Broadcasting Act, and adopting co-regulation system. Pay TV operators providing VoD service have the opportunities to make money as subscribers uses it increasingly. In case of linear service, the Broadcasting Act regulates the advertisement strictly, but not the VoD ads. The reason why is that Korean legislation including the Broadcasting Act does not have legal reference to regulate it, instead of that, it rely on the self-regulation system which is operated by pay-tv players who provide the VoD ads. So, there is the limitation to protect the minors such as children and youth from the harmful VoD ads, to be invulnerable for advertisers to influence to advertising agents, and to ensure the regulatory effectiveness under player-centric self-regulatory regime. In this context, this study analyses the how to regulate VoD ads standard with a three-pronged approach. First, it analyses the VoD ads regulation system in overseas countries, UK, Canada, EU and Ireland. Each country has the legal reference to regulate it in the Broadcasting Act or lower statures and adopts the co-regulatory regime the NRA and the 3rd entity operate together. Second, it reviews the objectives and scope of VoD ads standard. This study recommends that the objective of it is users protection and the scope of it is standard regulation not commercial practice. Third, this study researches how to legislate for regulation of VoD ads standard. Considering VoD service's characteristics(non-linear service) and legal position of Ads agency(i.e. pay tv operators), it suggest that legal reference will be in the integrated Broadcasting bill, which is the general law, not individual. If it is available to regulate VoD ads standard with co-regulatory regime, it expects the enhancement of user protection from the harmful VoD ads and make up sustainability of the pay-tv players' self-regulation.

Recently, Korea's economy is facing a difficult economic situation due to sluggish domestic demand, low corporate investment and a cliff in youth employment. In order to overcome this problem and turn the economy into a virtuous circle, the government has introduced and implemented various economic policies. In this study, the effects of the corporate accumulated earnings tax system included in the 2014 tax code revision were to be verified. The validity of the business income was verified and analyzed using the financial data of the entity as to whether the income of the entity was being circulated to household income. First, validating the validity of whether the income tax on non-current income affects the level of an entity's investment, the results showed significant negative effects at a significant level of 5 per cent. Second, the analysis of whether the return tax on corporate income is affecting management decisions that increase the level of dividends for an entity has identified a metaphorical positive relationship. Third, it was confirmed that the income tax on uncurrency income does not have a significant effect on the increase in wages for workers. The result is presumed to be the main reason for the increased uncertainty in the economy and business environment.

As for comics and animation, the specific gravity came to become still larger in all the art fields together with the importance in various image media now which is useful and goes the time of the 21st century new media. Especially the demand of users to the vision culture which develops day by day, Sensitivity Engineering Department is trying to realize the necessity for a sensitivity design acutely together. The influence of the comics which have toxicity most also in Japanese culture in a geographical position like South Korea on it, and animation is the actual condition in the reason which has reached from youth universally to the layer for years, to be inquired systematic to a Korean comics language. This reserch was conducted as we thought sufficient study on various situations are required, and among them, for the reserch of expressions of cartoons's characters, we've divided the expressions of characters that comes out in Japanese cartoons into catagories of "happiness, anger, sadness, pleasure" and "fear, astonishment and dislike" and based on these catagories, we've drawn out the minimum elements to express emotions in cartoon and prepared image-map by relating them with languages that express emotions of people and based on this, we've made a calculating tools on how our readers would read the expression languages. Samples of Japanese cartoons of which we've chosen for the purpose of drawing out the elements of expressions were limited to only published cartoons and we've made a foot steps for expression analysis of animation characters in the future.
