As seen in recent cases of hacking in financial services, attackers are attempting to hacking trustee with poor security management, rather than directly hacking a financial company. As a result, the consignor is strengthening the security check and control of the trustee, but small trustee has difficulties to invest in information security with the lack of computer facilities and the excessive cost of security equipment. In this paper I investigate the vulnerability of personal information processing life cycle standards in order to enhance the security of small consignee that receive personal information form the credit card company. To solve the vulnerability the company should use litigation management system constructed on cloud computing service and install VPN to secure confidentiality and intergrity in data transfer section. Also, to enhance the security of users, it is suggested to protect personal credit information by installing PC firewall and output security on user PC.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of internet information about childhood fever and fever management. A total of 48 web sites with information about childhood fever and fever management in Korea were analyzed. Each web site was evaluated in terms of degree of the latest, creator, source, disclosure, and the accuracy of information. Accuracy of information was checked by comparison with published childhood fever management guidelines and current best evidences. The quality of internet information about fever and fever management was generally poor and not consistent. Moreover, it did not reflected current scientific evidences. It is important that parents should aware of these deficiencies and internet information can not substitute for consultation with health care professionals. Moreover, there was an urgent need to improve evidence-based fever management information on the internet.

Although the web is becoming a widely accepted medium, it provides relatively poor performance and low availability. A cluster consists of a collection of interconnected stand-alone computers working together and provides a high-availability solution in application area such as web services or information systems. In this paper, we propose a load balancer architecture under the web server cluster that provides high-availability, high performance and scalability. In addtion, we propose an efficient load balancing algorithm that considers access rate and size of documents. Specially, our algorithm does not require the nodes running under similar configurations and the same operating system. Also, server cache can be utilized more efficiently.

A living environment of filming and fishing village is on the serious conditions because of the situation of rural exodus, import of farm products from advanced nations and various other factors. This study devised an improvement project of a group village and computerized related data connected with one in order to promote poor living conditions of farmers and fishermen to the urban level. In this study, we show that we can give necessary information when we build up integration system as well as we can expect quickness and correctness of a work management with computer for related data about an production project of a group village at farming and fishing village. In addition it is show that is possible to guide management data when we undertake revision and repair of facilities rapidly and can support an intensive decision among alternative plans.

In information retrieval, different surface forms of the same object can cause poor performance of systems. In this paper, we propose the method extracting alternative words using translation words as features of each word extracted from parallel corpus, korean/english title pair of patent information. Also, we propose an association word filtering method to remove association words from an alternative word list. Evaluation results show that the proposed method outperforms other alternative word extraction methods.

In recent crime scene, there is the captured crime scene video at least one. So video files recorded on storage media often provide important evidence. Criminals often attempt to destroy storage saved crime scene video. For this reason recovery of a damaged or deleted video file is important to resolve criminal cases in aspects of digital forensic. In the recent, there is a study to recover video file based on video frames, but it is very poor time efficiency when the connecting video frames. This paper proposed advanced frame-based recovery technique of a damaged video files using time information. We suggest a new connecting algorithm to connect video frames using recorded time information in front of video frame. We also evaluate performance in aspects of time and experiment result shows that proposed method improves performance.

It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

The study investigated the Integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to the Library and Information Science Curriculum: The Practicum in Library Schools in Rivers State. Descriptive survey design was used with a population 374 comprising 21 LIS educators and 353 Four Hundred Level Library and Information Science Students from University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, and Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Port Harcourt. Census sampling technique was used to select the LIS educators and purposive sampling technique was used to the select the Four Hundred Level LIS students. Questionnaire and checklist were used for data collection. 90% and 97% responses were found valid for analysis for LIS Educators and LIS students respectively. The study was analyzed using mean rating, standard deviation and simple percentage. The study revealed that ICT courses were integrated into LIS curriculum in Library schools in Rivers State but LIS educators lacked the ICT skills to teach ICT practicum consequently, the students were not properly taught ICT practicum. However, students had positive perception of ICT practicum. Notwithstanding, lack of ICT skills, poor policy implementation, lack of state-of-the-art infrastructure and nonchalant attitudes of staff towards the adoption of ICT constituted the challenges faced in the implementation of ICT practicum. The study therefore, recommended that the management of library schools in Rivers State should implement ICT practicum by hiring competent staff maybe from computers science department to teach the practicum for the interim. Subsequently, recruitment of librarians should include strictly ICT compliant.

With the advent of the information society, image restoration technology has aroused considerable interest. Guided image filtering is more effective in suppressing noise in homogeneous regions, but its edge-preserving property is poor. As such, the critical part of guided filtering lies in the selection of the guided image. The result of the Expected Patch Log Likelihood (EPLL) method maintains a good structure, but it is easy to produce the ladder effect in homogeneous areas. According to the complementarity of EPLL with guided filtering, we propose a method of coupling EPLL and guided filtering for image de-noising. The EPLL model is adopted to construct the guided image for the guided filtering, which can provide better structural information for the guided filtering. Meanwhile, with the secondary smoothing of guided image filtering in image homogenization areas, we can improve the noise suppression effect in those areas while reducing the ladder effect brought about by the EPLL. The experimental results show that it not only retains the excellent performance of EPLL, but also produces better visual effects and a higher peak signal-to-noise ratio by adopting the proposed method.

In this paper, we propose a linear interpolation method based on patch information generated from a low - resolution image for generating a super resolution image in a single image. Using the regression model of the global space, which is a conventional super resolution generation method, results in poor quality in general because of lack of information to be referred to a specific region. In order to compensate for these results, we propose a method to extract meaningful information by dividing the region into patches in the process of super resolution image generation, analyze the constituents of the image matrix region extended for super resolution image generation, We propose a method of linear interpolation based on optimal patch information that is searched by correlating patch information based on the information gathered before the interpolation process. For the experiment, the original image was compared with the reconstructed image with PSNR and SSIM.
