The purpose of the present study was to investigate the factors influencing the extent of satisfaction/dissatisfaction for the internet fashion shopping malls. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey from 503 netizen through internet by using the server of ECMiner Research Company. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. Regarding the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with internet shopping mall, 5 factors were found. Netizens wee divided into 3 groups based on purchase experiences: the less-purchased(1-6 times) the more-purchased(above 7 times) and the not-purchased. The respondents tended to be dissatisfied with the 5 factors. The more they purchased experiences through internet, the more satisfied they were with convenience of shopping and after-sales service factors. Gender and age were the factors influencing the most on the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the internet shopping malls for the not-purchased. However, for the groups with purchase experiences, experiences, evaluative criteria for selecting shopping malls, the number of hours using internet per week, and the extent of experiences of using internet were the main variables.

Low job expectation scores influenced the decision to resign. 3. The major reason for resigning were personal problems such as marriage, childbirth, and relocation of family. 4. The length of employment and the number of different service areas of the nurses who resigned were associated with the job satisfaction level. 5. The nurses who had have an intention to resign while in active service had lower scores for job satisfaction and the job expectation score was a greater influence on the decision to resign. In conclusion, the factors influencing the decisions of nurse to resign were job satisfaction, job expectations and intention to resign while still in active service.
In the real world, the user's preference for a particular product is determined by many factors besides the quality of the product. The reflection of these external factors was very difficult because of various fundamental problems including lack of data. However, access to external factors has become easier as the infrastructure for public data is opened and the availability of evaluation platforms with diverse and vast amounts of data. In accordance with these changes, this paper proposes a recommendation system structure that can reflect the collectable factors that affect user's preference, and we try to observe the influence of actual influencing factors on preference by applying case. The structure of the proposed system can be divided into a process of selecting and extracting influencing factors, a process of supplementing insufficient data using sentence analysis, and finally a process of combining and merging user's evaluation data and influencing factors. We also propose a validation process that can determine the appropriateness of the setting of the structural variables such as the selection of the influence factors through comparison between the result group of the proposed system and the actual user preference group.
Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing the well-being of middle-aged non-shift female workers using health-determinant models. Methods: This study analyzed data from the fifth Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS), involving 5,449 participants. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was employed to examine the relationships between various factors and well-being. Results: The analysis identified key factors affecting well-being in middle-aged female non-shift workers, including supervisor support, presenteeism, satisfaction with the working environment, autonomy in working hours, support from coworkers, workplace discrimination, occupation, work-life balance, sleep problems, workplace size, weekly work hours, and sickness absence. This study confirms that the well-being of middle-aged non-shift female workers is influenced by factors at the individual, social, and community levels as well as by conditions related to love. Conclusion: To enhance the well-being of middle-aged female non-shift workers, it is essential to reinforce positive factors such as support from coworkers and superiors. Additionally, addressing and mitigating negatively influencing factors such as workplace discrimination and sleep problems is crucial in promoting well-being. By implementing measures to improve these aspects, organizations and policymakers can contribute to a healthier and more supportive work environment for middle-aged, non-shift female workers.
This study investigated the effects of critical thinking and empathy on the cultural competence of dental hygienists and students. A total of 529 dental hygiene students were randomly sampled and included as subjects. PASW Statistics for Windows ver. 18.0 was used to obtain the following results. Among the critical thinking sub-domains, cognitive integration was the highest and the lowest. Empathic ability had the highest acceptance factor among the sub-domains. Cultural competence was the highest among the sub-domains, while cultural knowledge was the lowest. According to their general characteristics, subject age, grade, religion, and economic level influenced the cultural capacity. Cultural awareness and sensitivity were high when there were foreign visiting experiences. Cultural awareness, sensitivity, skills, and knowledge were high when subjects had experienced multicultural education (p<0.05). Cultural awareness, sensitivity, skill, experience, and knowledge were correlated with critical thinking and cultural competence, among which cultural sensitivity showed the highest correlation (p<0.001). There was a correlation between cultural awareness and sensitivity, skill, and experience among the empathy and cultural competency sub-domains (p<0.001). The factors influencing cultural awareness included intellectual integration, openness, prudence, and perspective-taking (p<0.001). The factors influencing cultural sensitivity included intellectual integration, openness, and empathic concern (p<0.001). The factors influencing cultural skill included intellectual integration, creativity, and conductivity (p<0.001). The factors influencing cultural experience included prudence, objectivity, perspective-taking, and personal distress (p<0.001). Finally, the factors influencing cultural knowledge included creativity and conductivity (p<0.001). The results indicate that dental hygiene students should be equipped with cultural competence to enhance critical thinking and empathy required by the modern society and optimized dental hygiene courses should be provided for multicultural subjects.
Purpose: The study aimed to identify influencing factors associated with the organizational commitment (OC) among hospital nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was utilized. The subjects of this study were 447 female nurses working for over 6 months in Seoul. The study was based on the data from a self-reported survey using structured questionnaires. The data were collected from September 10 to 30, 2009 and analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score of the OC was 2.45, slightly higher than the intermediate level. The mean score of the three-dimensional domain among the OC, affective commitment (AC) was 2.50, continuance commitment (CC) was 2.59, and normative commitment (NC) was 2.29. The influencing factors of nurses' AC were perceived organizational support (POS) (${\beta}$=.31, p<.001), supervisory trust, job burnout, nursing professionalism, and age, which accounted for 49.7%. The influencing factors of the CC were supervisory trust (${\beta}$=.20, p<.001), POS, and job burnout whereas the influencing factors of the NC were POS (${\beta}$=.40, p<.001), supervisory trust, nursing professionalism, and job burnout. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop supportive strategies that increase OC, which also improve the POS, nursing professionalism, and supervisory trust, and alleviate job burnout in hospital nurses.

This study investigates the importance of flood-influencing factors on the accuracy of flood risk mapping using the integration of remote sensing-based and machine learning techniques. Here, the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms integrated with GIS-based techniques were considered to develop and generate flood risk maps. For the study area of NAPA County in the United States, rainfall data from the 12 stations, Sentinel-1 SAR, and Sentinel-2 optical images were applied to extract 13 flood-influencing factors including altitude, aspect, slope, topographic wetness index, normalized difference vegetation index, stream power index, sediment transport index, land use/land cover, terrain roughness index, distance from the river, soil, rainfall, and geology. These 13 raster maps were used as input data for the XGBoost and RF algorithms for modeling flood-prone areas using ArcGIS, Python, and R. As results, it indicates that XGBoost showed better performance than RF in modeling flood-prone areas with an ROC of 97.45%, Kappa of 93.65%, and accuracy score of 96.83% compared to RF's 82.21%, 70.54%, and 88%, respectively. In conclusion, XGBoost is more efficient than RF for flood risk mapping and can be potentially utilized for flood mitigation strategies. It should be noted that all flood influencing factors had a positive effect, but altitude, slope, and rainfall were the most influential features in modeling flood risk maps using XGBoost.
Purpose: This study was done to identify factors influencing cell phone addiction in adolescents. Methods: The participants were 548 adolescents in two middle schools and four high schools. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires which were constructed to include a cell phone addiction scale, an impulsiveness scale, media specific factors, and cell phone use. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: Of the adolescents, 88.7% reported being average users, 8.4%, heavy users, and 2.9%, cell phone addicted. Cell phone addiction was significantly correlated with impulsiveness and media specific factors. Significant factors influencing cell phone addiction were gender, sending and receiving text messages on weekends, monthly call charges, impulsiveness, recreational reasons, and cultural reasons. Conclusion: The above findings indicate that cell phone addiction in adolescents is influenced by gender, text message use, call charges, impulsiveness and media specific factors. Therefore the development of prevention and management programs for cell phone addiction in adolescents should be based on these factors which influence cell phone addiction.
Investigations related with factors influencing root and crown rot are rare and mainly related to farming practice and soil management. The main objective of this study was to examine broader range of factors influencing stem-base infestation of winter wheat in the field conditions. The effect of spatial distribution of infected plants on disease index (DIs) assessments was also investigated. Analysis of factors influencing DIs of crown rot of wheat demonstrated significant influence of the growing seasons (P < 0.001) and extreme fluctuations in winter temperatures (P < 0.001). In addition to that, localities together with their interaction with the growing season also significantly influenced DIs (P < 0.001). Aggregation of infected plants influenced variability of DI estimations, and it was pointed out that more extensive investigation should be conducted on broad range of DI in order to establish sampling method giving uniform sampling precision. Fusarium graminearum was shown to be predominant Fusarium species in Serbia (72.6%) using sequence-characterized amplified region analysis. Interestingly F. oxysporum was isolated in higher frequencies (27.4%) than it was reported in the literature. Given that there were no reports on the diversity of Fusarium species causing crown rot of wheat in Serbia, this study presents first report on this important subject. It also indicated that more attention should be focused on combined effects of abiotic and biotic factors influencing stem-base infestation of winter wheat. This knowledge will contribute to better understanding of factors influencing root and crown rot of wheat which would ensure sustainable disease management in the future.
This study was conducted to identify factors influencing mental health of one-person household members.
