조립형 비계 및 동바리 부재 기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Standards for Components for Tied Post System Scaffolding and Shoring)

  • System scaffolding and shoring are temporary structures in which vertical members, horizontal members, bracing members and trusses are assembled and installed. In order to ensure quality and safety, the quality test shall be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for Quality Management of Construction Works (MOLIT Notice No. 2020-750). The quality test method (national standard) for Components for tied post system scaffolding and shoring is based on the Korean standards (KS F 8021) and the Safety certification standards (MOEL Notice No. 2021-22). However, the two standards differ in some aspects such as performance standards and etc, so cause confusion when applying them on-site. In addition, the standard for truss are applied only to trusses for shoring and cannot be applied to trusses for scaffolding. Therefore, this study aims to unify the two national standards and establish realistic standards.

저장 탱크용 임시전력설비의 보호계전기 정정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correction of Protection Relay of Temporary Electric Power Installations for Storage Tank)

  • 본 논문은 저장 탱크용 임시전력설비를 보호하기 위한 목적으로 특히 변압기를 감시하고 절연파괴 등과 같은 고장을 차단하고 보호하기 위한 보호계전기 정정에 관한 연구이다. 전력계통에 단락 또는 지락고장 등과 같은 이상이 발생하였을 때 이를 검출하여 고장이 발생한 기기 및 설비를 신속하게 차단하고 전력계통으로부터 분리하여 전력공급에 지장이 없도록 하여야 한다. 전력계통의 이상 상태를 빠르고 정확하게 감지할 수 있는 보호계전기의 정정이 중요하다. 또한 보호협조를 위해 고장종류와 고장의 원인을 정확히 적용한 고장전류 계산이 보호계전기 정정에 가장 중요한 요소이다. 저장 탱크용 임시전력설비 보호를 위해 적용하는 과전류계전기, 지락과전류계전기, 부족전압계전기, 지락과전압계전기 등이 보호협조가 가능하도록 보호계전기 정정 방법에 대해 연구하였다.

  • Recently, there are increasing social needs for safe operation of trains and comforting for passengers. But lightning surges are responsible for serious disturbances such as damage, permanent degradation or temporary erratic operation of sensitive electronics circuits and systems. The purpose of this paper is to identify the requirements for Surge Protective Devices(SPDs) used in protecting railway signalling system. In this paper, we describes tests and requirements which establish methods for testing SPDs and determining their performance.

The Flexible Application of Real Options for Subcontractor in the Soft Drink Manufacturing Industry

  • In the soft drink industry, especially small and medium enterprises in Japan, there is a possibility of conversion from a labor-intensive industry to a capital-intensive. The demand for soft drinks may not be satisfied in the summer because the supply is too low to meet the demand. To address this situation, this paper proposes optimal investment that integrates demand uncertainty, based on real options approach (ROA) and seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average. Two alternative options are compared and evaluated. One is the Bermudan option: to employ additional workers to elevate efficiency in summer and laying off in winter, this attitude is repeated each year. The other is the American option: to replace equipment to increase machine ability throughout the year. Results in ROA show that the highest improvement is gained if the two options are in a symbiotic relationship. Soft drink producers should search for replacing equipment, using the employees repeatedly. A temporary decision is not equal to an infinite decision.

부산측후소(釜山測候所)를 중심으로 본 근대기 측후소 건축의 설치과정과 공간적 특성에 관한 고찰 (Study on the Installation process and Spatial characteristics of Modern Meteorological Observatory Construction, Centering on the Busan Meteorological Observatory)

  • This study researched changes over time regarding the location and spatial characteristics of modern meteorological stations, and examined the characteristics of modern meteorological station construction using the location and spatial characteristics of the Busan Meteorological Station. First, meteorological stations were located in port areas, and then moved to high altitude areas for stable meteorological observation beginning in the transition phase. Here, office buildings and residences were joined, but were separated due to the increase in functions from the stabilization phase. Second, as for spatial composition, in the establishment phase, existing buildings were used, and the scale of newly constructed buildings differed according to time and area. However, after the Japan-Korea Annexation, with increased funds and increased observation equipment, floor plans subdivided by function started to appear. In the stabilization phase, space was subdivided with redundancy due to the increase in functions. In the wartime transition phase, '一' shaped floor plans with redundancy became the norm. Meanwhile, the location of the maritime customs where the first meteorological observations took place after the opening of the ports, and the location and construction of the Busan Temporary Observatory built in the meteorological observation transition phase (1905) were investigated. Also, through the investigation of the Busan Meteorological Observatory, newly constructed before 1934, the location and spatial characteristics of modern era meteorological observatories were studied.

Impact on Retrievability by Cement Variety for Implant Restorations Equipped with a Lingual Slot

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure and compare the removal torques of different cements applied in attachments of zirconia restorations on titanium (Ti) abutments fitted with retrievable cement-type slot (RCS) on the lingual side for the better retrievablity by use of a slot driver. Materials and Methods: Three types of cements were used in the experiment: two permanent cements in $RelyX^{TM}$ U200 (RU) (3M ESPE) which is a resin cement and $FujiCem^{TM}$ (FC) (GC) which is a resin-modified glass ionomer cement, and a temporary cement in $Freegenol^{TM}$ temporary cement (TC) (GC). Measurements of removal torques were conducted as follows; an attached sample was fixed on the equipment customized for the experiment; a slot driver was connected to a MGT12 (Mark-10 Corp.), a torque measurement instrument; the sample had the driver fitted to its RCS and then was rotated until the it was removed; and finally, the maximum torque value was recorded. Result: As for the removal torque measurement results, the average values were $47.9{\pm}2.6Ncm$ for RU, $43.4{\pm}1.5Ncm$ for FC, and $20.9{\pm}1.0Ncm$ for TC. The statistical analysis using Kruskal-Wallis test yielded the significance probability of P<0.05 (P=0.002), which confirmed the presence of significant differences between the three groups. Conclusion: All three cements exhibit clinically acceptable levels of removal torque when applied to an upper zirconia implant restoration fitted with a lingual slot, with RU and FC, the two permanent cements, having the significantly higher values than that of TC, the temporary cement.

재사용 가설기자재로 조립된 시스템 동바리의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of System Support Assembled with Reused Members)

  • 시스템 동바리는 건설공사 및 토목공사 현장에서 수직하중을 지지하기 위해 임시로 설치되는 가시설물로, 재사용되는 개별 가설기자재를 조립하여 설치된다는 특징이 있다. 이러한 특징은 설치가 완료된 시스템 동바리의 성능저하로 연결될 가능성이 있으며, 실제로 일정 규모 이상의 시스템 동바리를 설치할 경우 설계단계에서 구조적인 안전성을 점검받도록 제도적으로 규정하고 있음에도 시스템 동바리의 붕괴로 인한 사고가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 제도적 방법을 통해 시스템 동바리에 대한 안전관리를 시행하고 있으나 현재 제도에서는 개별 가설기자재의 재사용에 따른 가시설물의 성능저하를 고려하지 않는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 시스템 동바리의 조립에 사용되는 자재를 신재와 재사용 자재로 구분하여, 정의된 모델로 각각 조립했을 때의 압축성능을 종합적으로 평가하고 그 성능의 차이를 비교·분석함으로써 시스템 동바리의 구조설계 및 구조검토 시 그 결과를 고려할 수 있도록 하는 정량적 기초 데이터를 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존 가시설물의 성능을 대상으로 하는 안전제도 및 기준에 대한 정량적인 평가가 가능하며 추후 가시설물의 안전관리 제도 개선을 위한 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 연구사례로써 그 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

건설기계·장비의 안전재해 네트워크 및 위험도 분석 (An Analysis on the Safety Accident Network and Risk Level of Construction Machine and Equipment)

  • In order to seek out methods to reduce safety accidents caused by construction machinery and equipment, this study collects data about safety accidents and draws main risk factors by construction from the data, through SNA. It aimed to suggest safety management points to be used in future construction fields, by analyzing risk index of such factors. The finding can be summarized: First, Backhoe Bucket is the risk factor for crash accidents of average workers in earth works; boring machines-maintenance is the risk factor for fall accidents of construction machinery operators in foundation works; bending machine-reinforcing rod processing is the risk factor for jamming accidents of reinforcing rod engineers in frame works; and mobile crane-hook is the risk factor for crash accidents of average workers in lifting works. Second, works can be arranged in turn, according to the risk index: earth, lifting, frame and foundation works. Risk factors can be also arranged according to the risk index: Backhoe in earth works, pile drivers in foundation works, bending machines in frame works and mobile cranes in lifting works. This study has some limits, in that it only analyzed main machinery/equipment, among various kinds of them, for earth, foundation, frame and temporary works (lifting works) and used data collected over three years. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an analysis using big data, by collecting additional data about a lot of machinery/equipment in future construction fields.

Consequently craving augmentation, in order to be adapted with the handling kind transfer whose specialty and is appropriate and present time of rapid increase and the citizen of emergency demand by fire fighting helicopter simplicity transfer compared to it is a condition where the countermeasure preparation is earnest. Must expand emergency care equipment first even in fire fighting helicopter and 1st EMT's which it follows in him become arrangement and quickly the execution and specialty temporary disposal(ALS) must be enforced a temporary disposal and must buy the life which is. Also it gets by experience a helicopter induction outline, a radio communication method and the patient helicopter on-board hour attention point back various attention fact back with the body and when where it stands but accurately there must be it will be able to induce the helicopter. Also every manuals anger it does a helicopter transfer method and the emergency care method back and that all processes must do fixed form anger, it becomes feed. Also it related with a helicopter transfer even from the relationship agency many research to lead, difference of the advanced foreign nation and the maximum it is the actual condition where the medical emergency system construction which it reduces is earnestly demanded. Also with emergency structure(crane) it confronts to an aviation transfer even from the establishment college and education it leads intensively and 1st EMT's of the good quality which relates with an aviation structure expects is cultivate at all.

Analysis on operation characteristics and power burdens of the double quench trigger type SFCLs

  • To protect the power systems from fault current, the rated protective equipment should be installed. However growth of power system scale and concentration of loads caused the large fault current in power transmission system and distribution system. The capacities of installed protective equipment have been exceeded the due to increase of fault current. This increase is not temporary phenomenon but will be steadily as long as the industry develops. The power system operator need a counter-measurement for safety, so superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) has been received attention as effective solutions to reduce the fault current. For the above reasons various type SFCLs have been studied recently. In this paper, operation characteristics and power burden of trigger type SFCL is studied. The trigger type SFCL has been used for real system research in many countries. Another trigger type SFCL (double quench trigger type SFCL) is also studied. For this paper, short circuit test is performed.
