Fast developments of broadcasting technologies since 1990s enabled not only High Definition Television service providing high quality audiovisual contents at home but also mobile broadcasting service providing audiovisual contents to high speed moving vehicle. Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (T-DMB) is one of the technologies developed for mobile broadcasting service, which has been successfully commercialized. One of the major technical breakthroughs achieved by T-DMB in addition to robust vehicular reception is an adoption of framework based on MPEG-4 System. It naturally enables integrated interactive data services by using Binary Format for Scene (BIFS) technology for scene description and representation of graphics object and Object Descriptor Framework representing multimedia service components as objects. T-DMB interactive data service has two fundamental limitations. Firstly, graphic data for interactive service should be always overlaid on top of a video not to be rendered out of it. Secondly, data for interactive service is only received by broadcasting channel. These limitations were considered as general in broadcasting systems. However, they are being considered as hard limitations for personalized data services using location information and user characteristics which are becoming widely used for data services of smart devices in these days. In this paper, the architecture of T-DMB hybrid data service is proposed which is utilizing broadcasting network, wireless internet and local storage for delivering BIFS data to overcome these limitations. This paper also presents hybrid BIFS technology to implement T-DMB hybrid data service while maintaining backward compatibility with legacy T-DMB players.
Wearable computers can be defined as next generation clothing integrated with various digital functions and devices. Unlike existing computers, they are viewed as human-centric computers customized for information utilization and other specific human needs. This study is intended to discover how consumers are accepting wearable computers, which are different from existing computers, based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and to extend the model by adding variable regarding acceptance of wearable computers. A total of 683 copies of questionnaires, distributed to those aged 19 and older, both male and female, were collected online. The data was statistically analyzed for this study using the extended TAM. In order to test hypotheses, the structural equation model using the Lisrel 8.30 version was performed. For analyzing constructs(or traits) of research model, exploratory factor was conducted and the measurement model was assessed from the result. Reliability was assessed through confirmatory factor analysis and the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Overall, model fit was assessed by statistical indexes: Chi-square value, GFI, AGFI, and RMR. This study analyzed the process of acceptance of wearable computers with the extended TAM that includes a variable, perceived value, on the basis of previous studies. The results of the analysis revealed that attitude toward wearable computer was directly influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived value but indirectly influenced by perceived ease of use. Acceptance intention of the wearable computer was directly influenced by perceived value and attitude toward wearable computer. To be more specific, perceived usefulness was significantly correlated with both attitude toward wearable computer and acceptance intention of the wearable computer. Perceived value was also significantly correlated with both attitude toward wearable computer and acceptance intention of the wearable computer. The results of this study also suggested that perceived ease of use was actually a causal antecedent to perceived usefulness and perceived value. This research revealed that extended TAM to investigate the acceptance of wearable computer was appropriate. This study is intended to provide a theoretical framework for adoption of wearable computer and suggest empirical analysis that can serve as a guide for wearable computer.

Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) uses large quantities of steel fiber, silica fume, filler and superplasticizer for a low water-to-binder ratio (W/B). Despite of exceptional mechanical performances, UHPC exhibits increased viscosity due to the adoption of silica fume and its fabrication cost is costlier than ordinary concrete because of the use of large quantities of expensive materials. Following, this study evaluates the mechanical properties of 180MPa-UHPC using zirconium silica fume (Zr) instead of silica fume with respect to the quantity and type of superplasticizer (SP) and the size of filler. The results reveal that the Zr-UHPC using W/B of 20%, 100% of Zr, amount of SP-L of 2 to 3% and $4{\mu}m$-filler with steel fiber in 1.5 vol.% can develop better fluidity than the traditional mix composition using silica fume and secure a compressive strength higher than 180 MPa. In addition, the proposed mix composition is shown to enable a reduction of the fabrication cost by 33% compared to traditional UHPC.
In this study, we synthesized biocatalyst consisting of glucose oxidase (GOx), polyethyleneimine (PEI) and carbon nanotube (CNT) with addition of p-benzoquinone (BQ) that was considered anodic catalysts of enzymatic biofuel cell (EBC). For doing this, PEI/CNT supporter was bonded with BQ by physical entrapping method stemmed from electrostatic attractive force ([BQ/PEI]/CNT). In turn, GOx moiety was further immobilized on the [BQ/PEI]/CNT to form GOx/[BQ/PEI]/CNT catalyst. This catalyst has a special advantage in that the BQ that has been usually dissolved into electrolyte was immobilized on supporter. According to the electrochemical analysis, maximum current density of the GOx/[BQ/PEI]/CNT catalyst was 1.9 fold better than that of the catalyst that did not entrap BQ with the value of $34.16{\mu}A/cm^2$, verifying that catalytic activity of the catalyst was enhanced by adoption of BQ. Also, when it was used as anodic catalyst of the EBC, its maximum power density was 1.2 fold better than that of EBC using the catalyst that did not entrap BQ with the value of $0.91mW/cm^2$. Based on such results, it turned out that the GOx/[BQ/PEI]/CNT catalyst was promising and viable as anodic catalyst of EBC.

Recently, patent information related to building information modeling (BIM) has been increasing owing to BIM adoption within the construction sector. However, only a few research studies have focused on identifying trends in the domestic and foreign BIM technology based on comprehensive and objective data. Therefore, this study aims to analyze technical competitiveness in the global BIM market using patent information. The patent information is compiled from WIPSON and consists of 73 South Korea, 59 USA, 206 China, and 31 Japan applications. Based on patent information, this study objectively observes domestic and foreign technological BIM trends. As a result of the technology entry analysis by the year, starting from physics (G section) to electricity (H section), the performing operations (B section), and the fixed structure (E section) has been expanded gradually. According to the portfolio analysis, the BIM patent is currently in its early stage of development. Through this research, utilizing patents as a basis for future development will be expected to consult with the differentiation of strategy and setting of direction.
The advancement of the information technology provides a wide range of corporate to cope with new business environments that are different in size, life and operation conditions. The Research methodology used in this study is Technology Acceptance Model. The Study Method are mainly survey and questionnaire. The major result of article can be summarized. Its are as the follows: This paper ware investigated the determinants of 'port service quality', 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', 'utilization intention', 'practice use'. There are 400 sended samples and 150 returns, 173 of them are analyzed on a port utilization using TAM model. 1. The Port service quality are found to have a positive effect to 'perceived usefulness', 'perceived ease of use', 'utilization intention' 2. The perceived ease of use are found to have a positive effect to 'perceived usefulness', 'utilization intention' 3. The perceived usefulness is found to be positively related to 'utilization intention' 4. The utilization intention is found to have a positive effect to ''practice use' we hove to provide useful contribution to increase the Korea ports' competitiveness in introduction of port information system. In addition, in order to port development offer some insight in further research.
Image-based traffic information collection systems have entered widespread adoption and use in many countries since these systems are not only capable of replacing existing loop-based detectors which have limitations in management and administration, but are also capable of providing and managing a wide variety of traffic related information. In addition, these systems are expanding rapidly in terms of purpose and scope of use. Currently, the utilization of image processing technology in the field of traffic accident management is limited to installing surveillance cameras on locations where traffic accidents are expected to occur and digitalizing of recorded data. Accurately recording the sequence of situations around a traffic accident in a signal intersection and then objectively and clearly analyzing how such accident occurred is more urgent and important than anything else in resolving a traffic accident. Therefore, in this research, we intend to present a technology capable of overcoming problems in which advanced existing technologies exhibited limitations in handling real-time due to large data capacity such as object separation of vehicles and tracking, which pose difficulties due to environmental diversities and changes at a signal intersection with complex traffic situations, as pointed out by many past researches while presenting and implementing an active and environmentally adaptive methodology capable of effectively reducing false detection situations which frequently occur even with the Gaussian complex model analytical method which has been considered the best among well-known environmental obstacle reduction methods. To prove that the technology developed by this research has performance advantage over existing automatic traffic accident recording systems, a test was performed by entering image data from an actually operating crossroad online in real-time. The test results were compared with the performance of other existing technologies.

Block-chain enjoys technical advantages such as "robust security," owing to the structural characteristic that forgery is impossible, decentralization through sharing the ledger between participants, and the hyper-connectivity connecting Internet of Things, robots, and Artificial Intelligence. As a result, public organizations have highly positive attitudes toward the adoption of technology using block-chain, and the design of university information services is no exception. Universities are also considering the application of block-chain technology to foundations that implement various information services within a university. Through case studies of block-chain applications across various industries, this study designs an empirical model of an integrated information service platform that integrates information systems in a university. A basic road map of university information services is constructed based on block-chain technology, from planning to the actual service design stage. Furthermore, an actual empirical model of an integrated information service in a university is designed based on block-chain by applying this framework.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology has recently been spotlighted to preemptively respond to the 4th industrial revolution without spending a lot of time and money to improve various existing business and IT processes. In this study, variables affecting intention to use RPA technology were representatively identified into three positive factors and three negative factors, and the causal relationship between the effects of these variables on actual RPA acceptance intention was examined. After conducting an email survey for general office workers, structural equation analysis (SEM) was performed using SPSS 27.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.5. The second order factor of a positive perception consisting of security, accuracy, and efficiency, and the second order factor of a negative perception consisting of job security, execution error, and fear of introduction failure. The positive perception affected the intention to use RPA through perceived usefulness and perceived ease. It was confirmed that the negative perception has a mediating effect on the intention to use RPA through acceptance conflict. In addition, it was confirmed that the presence or absence of experience in using RPA interacts with perceived ease and has a moderating effect on intention to use RPA. It can be said that there is practical and theoretical implications from the point of view of knowledge management in that it allows companies to recognize and respond to which factors are important from the point of view of companies that want to use RPA.
Purposes: The convenience of smartphones have lead to people's overdependence on devices, which may cause obstacles in daily life. It is useful to manage smartphone overdependence by using mobile health applications. We aimed to investigate the acceptance of mobile health applications designed to help in the management of smartphone overdependence. Methodology/Approach: We developed the extended model based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2. The modified model had six hypotheses with six variables: result demonstrability, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, perceived risk, and behavioral intention to use. We randomly included 425 smartphone users in an online survey in 2020. A structural equation model was used to estimate the significance of the path coefficients. Findings: Performance expectancy and social influence had a very strong direct positive association with behavioral intention to use. Result demonstrability had a direct positive association with performance expectancy. Perceived risk had a strong direct negative association with performance expectancy. Performance expectancy and social influence were the main factors directly influencing the acceptance of mobile health applications for the management of smartphone overdependence. Practical Implications: We demonstrated smartphone users' acceptance of mobile health applications for smartphone overdependence management. Based on these results, we could develop mobile health applications more effectively.
