  • In this paper, we investigate the issues on the design and implementation of tele-operation system based on the haptic interface. Here, the 3-DOF haptic device and the X-Y-Z stage are employed as master controller and slave system respectively. For this master-slave system, the force feedback algorithm, the modeling of virtual environments and the control method of X-Y-Z stage are presented. In this paper, internet network is used for data communication between master and slave.

  • The Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) is the primary, top level technical management document for the integration of all engineering activities at the project plan phase. This document defined the activities to plan, control, and perform overall engineering integration. To develop the SEMP for Railway Safety System, several standards are reviewed and analyzed. And then a common requirement for SEMP preparation is derived from the results of analysis. Also, the SEMP example available practically applies to Railway Safety System. In particular, The SEMP focused on controling technical program management has been organized so far, but in this study the detailed contents of SEMP put stress on project management is derived. And it is related to each other between project management and technical engineering management. At the end, to continuously manage the items and contents of the SEMP, a database management and an automatic document generation system is presented using Computer-Aided Systems Engineering (CASE) tool.

  • The railway industry of each country has variant technical standards and regulations unlike other industries. For this reason, it is necessary to investigate the domestic technical standards and regulations and to prepare the countermeasure of the variance for advancing the korean high-speed railroad system into foreign market. This study was designed to investigate the railway design/manufacturing, examination/inspection and safety of domestic and foreign countries subject to a world market for advancing the korean high-speed railroad system into a foreign market. Because the reliance of a railroad system is a prerequisite for the safety of railroads, it is very important to obtain the reliance data, which is based on the RMS analysis of foreign countries subject to a world market.

  • 단일 애플리케이션 송출 환경에서의 데이터방송에서는 특정 시간, 특정 채널에 대해 하나의 애플리케이션만을 서비스할 수 있었다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위하여 2005년 KBS(Korean Broadcasting System)에서는 ACAP(Advanced Common Application Platform) 규격을 따르는 범용적인 멀티 애플리케이션 구조/운용 방법을 개발하고 이를 지원하도록 데이터방송 시스템을 개선하였다. 멀티 애플리케이션 서비스가 제공되면 방송사가 특정 시간, 특정 채널에서 하나 이상의 애플리케이션을 자유롭게 편성하여 서비스하므로 사용자는 다양한 애플리케이션을 기호에 맞게 선택, 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 추후 실제 본 방송에 적용하기 위하여 개발한 실험용 멀티 애플리케이션을 중심으로 살펴보고자한다. 애플리케이션 측면에서 멀티 애플리케이션의 핵심은 일반 애플리케이션들에 대한 관리를 담당하는 매니저(혹은 루트) 애플리케이션이므로 이에 대한 기능 및 구조에 대하여 먼저 살펴 보고, 방송 송출 시스템 및 수신기에 대한 정합 실험을 위하여 개발된 멀티 애플리케이션 개발 현황에 대하여 살펴 본다.

  • This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

  • The Technical Standard Order articles are the parts and appliances for which the civil aviation authority designates as it is necessary to standardize for the expedited certification process and aviation safety. TSO articles were used on the type certified aircraft as replacement parts in the early days of TSO authorization system, but those articles are widely used on the newly developed aircraft as well in these days. In this paper, we compared the differences of the TSO authorization systems between FAA and EASA, and proposed the rulemaking items to improve Korean TSO authorization system and to contribute to growth of aviation industry.

  • 본 논문에서는 산업현장에서 특정한 물건을 인식하고 판단하여 로봇팔로 운반할 수 있는 딥러닝을 적용한 객체 인식 기반의 로봇 팔 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은 깊이 인식 카메라를 이용하여 3D 이미지를 촬영 하고 딥러닝으로 검출된 객체를 판별 및 분류 후 인식된 객체를 로봇 팔로 피킹 하도록 구현하였다. 이를 통해, 딥러닝과 깊이인식 카메라로 다양한 환경에서 객체를 정확히 분류 및 추적할 수 있도록 해서 스마트팩토리등 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다.

  • In this letter, a wireless communication system with microdiversity and macrodiversity reception in gamma-shadowed Rician fading channels is considered. Exact and rapidly converging infinite-series expressions for the average level crossing rate and average fade duration at the output of the system are provided. Numerical results are presented graphically to illustrate the proposed mathematical analysis and to examine the effects of the system's parameters on the quantities considered.

  • 본 연구는 안전불감증으로 인하여 발생되는 인명피해 재난사고를 예방하고자 증강현실(Augmented Reality)기반 BLE 비콘(Beacon)을 사용하여 영화관 내 비상대피로 안내를 수행하는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존에 GPS를 사용하여 위치기반 증강현실 서비스가 제공되었다면 Beacon 위치정보를 탐색하는 것이 실내 위치기반 증강현실 서비스에서 더 정밀한 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 영화관 내에서 발생할 수 있는 화재, 가스, 붕괴 등 다양한 사건을 그래픽처리 하여 화면에 출력시키고 그에 따른 이벤트를 발생시켜 사용자가 가장 가까운 비상구의 위치로 대피할 수 있도록 네비게이션 역할을 하도록 하며, 사전에 실제 대피로를 체험할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.
