In principle, R&D of general weapons systems are led by companies or government-funded organizations. In terms of project execution, the defense R&D planning system was reorganized to conduct SE-based project management by integrating the naval ship project execution procedure into the general weapon system R&D procedure. The development progress was confirmed according to the guide for SE application of DAPA, and a technical review meeting was proposed to enter into the each next phase in the R&D process. This paper focuses on improvement for technical review in terms of technical management based on system engineering for R&D mounted weapon systems and the naval surface ship project in preliminary design and detailed design. So, the improvement direction for reviewing the entry criteria for the R&D weapons systems of the naval ship and mounted weapons is proposed.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 위치 센서를 기반으로 경기도 긴급재난지원금의 사용처에 대한 정보를 사용자들에게 제공하는 '가치살림' 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 간소화 된 회원가입과 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 제공하여 접근성이 높인다. 또한 남녀노소 편리한 사용을 위하여 단순한 화면구현과 사용처 위치, 길 안내, 사용처 정보 제공, 내 위치 등의 필수 정보를 제공한다. 사용자는 즐겨 찾는 지역 또는 본인의 거주 지역, 현재 위치를 기반으로 긴급재난지원금 사용처의 정보를 알 수 있다. 경기도 각 시군의 지역화폐 가맹점 현황 정보는 경기도 데이터 드림의 지역화폐 가맹점 현황 Open API를 통해 가져온다. 또한, 긴급 재난 지원금의 사용처의 위치 정보와 사용자의 위치는 경기도 데이터 드림의 지역화폐 가맹점 현황 Open API에서 각 사용처별 위도와 경도 값과 Google Map을 통해 구현한다.

The need of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Sup-ply) system is dramatically increasing with the increased use of computers, telecommunica-tion system, building automation system, and office automation system in office buildings. The consequence of the power failure is very disas trous in intelligent office buil-dings. Thus, the nucessity of large scale UPS system with generations of large scale UPS system with generator is increasing. In this study, the configurations of large scale UPS system are reviewed and analyzed. The design guide and technical considerations of high reliability system are presented.

NMR-based metabolomics needs various knowledge to elucidate metabolic perturbation such as NMR experiments, NMR spectrum processing, raw data processing, metabolite identification, statistical analysis, and metabolic pathway analysis regarding technical aspects. Among them, some concepts of raw data processing and multivariate analysis are not easy to understand but are important to correctly interpret metabolic profile. This article introduces NMR spectrum processing, raw data processing, and multivariate analysis.

The purpose of this study was to development a model of problem solving instruction for improving practical skill-competence in technical high school. For the study, various literature researches were reviewed intensively about problem solving process, laboratory instruction's approaches and learning principals. The problem solving instruction process was composed with identifying problems, generating alternative solutions, investigation and research, choosing a solution, acting on a plan, modeling of problem solving, testing and evaluating, redesigning and improving. The skills schema combines a four domain of skilled activity, that is, cognitive skills, psychomotor skills, reactive skills and interactive skills. The problem solving instruction was composed with five major learning systems-emotional, social, cognitive, physical, and reflective-that can be used extensively as generic lesson plashing. The teacher serves as a coach or guide for student learning. As a facilitator, the teacher challenges, questions, and stimulates the students in their thinking, problem solving and self-directed study. In this process, students represent problem with think aloud, assume responsibility for their learning and move from teacher-centered to student-centered education.

Artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm has attracted significant interests recently for solving the multivariate optimization problem. However, it still faces insufficiency of slow convergence speed and poor local search ability. Therefore, in this paper, a modified ABC algorithm with bees' number reallocation and new search equation is proposed to tackle this drawback. In particular, to enhance solution accuracy, more bees in the population are assigned to execute local searches around food sources. Moreover, elite vectors are adopted to guide the bees, with which the algorithm could converge to the potential global optimal position rapidly. A series of classical benchmark functions for frequency-modulated sound waves are adopted to validate the performance of the modified ABC algorithm. Experimental results are provided to show the significant performance improvement of our proposed algorithm over the traditional version.

Metabolomics is one of latest '-omics', which is to analyze metabolome in cells, tissues and biofluids and to study metabolisms. It has become increasingly popular since 1990. The first goal of metabolomics is to analyze metabolites in a technical aspect. The major two analytical platforms in metabolomics are NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (MS). MS is superior to NMR for detecting many more metabolites. That is one of the most important factors in metabolomics. However, NMR also has several advantages over MS. In this review, I firstly introduced metabolomics by comparing NMR-based metabolomics and MS-based metabolomics. Second, I explored technical issues on sample preparation and NMR experiments for metabolite identification and quantification.

Horizontal bone defect in the anterior maxilla makes it difficult to place dental implant. The golden standard for bone augmentation is autogenous block bone graft. Tight contact with recipient site and rigid fixation are two key factors for successful block bone graft. Ramal bone graft has been the most reliable methods for dental implant field. However, the curvature of the alveolar ridge is different from ramal bone shape. Intraoperative trimming of ramal bone is cumbersome for surgeon. In this technical note, a simple way to design the ramal bone harvest using bone wax stent is reviewed.
