Low Temperature a-Si:H TFT on stainless steel substrate has been developed for the flexible electrophoretic display. Stability of low temperature a-Si:H TFT is more important point than its initial device characteristics. Thus, we have studied device characteristics of low temperature a-Si:H TFT in terms of stability for driving electrophoretic display.

Difference in the structure of AC PDP cells makes the cells have various discharge characteristics. Therefore, a ramp-reset must be adjusted for the stable driving of AC PDP. If any ramp-reset can reduce the difference in discharge characteristics between cells, the conditions of the address discharge could become almost the same. It is very important to understand these to design a good driving waveform. In this paper, we proved the mentioned facts with the change of barrier rib heights.

Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

Many corporations are accepting various kinds of business reform techniques to be adapted and overcome in this e-Business period. Among these techniques, team-organization is selected most in person/organization field. The introduction of team-organization is more needed and spread, so many corporations actually constructed team-organization formation form. But the result has not been active. Therefore after team-organization is introduced to improve the performance evaluation of team management, the result of team management performance should be correctly measured to find out and settle the problems of team-organization. The purpose of this research presents the development of the model of team-management performance evaluation and the method of the proper measurement based on BSC.

We have investigated the effect of the device structure on the performance of polycrystalline ZnO TFT and amorphous AZTO TFT with top gate and bottom gate structure. While the mobility of both TFTs showed relatively similar value in a top and bottom gate structure, bias stability was quite different depending on the device structure. Top gate TFT showed much less Vth shift under positive bias stress compared to that of bottom gate TFT. We attributed this different behavior to the defects formation on the gate insulator induced by energetic bombardment during the active layer deposition in a bottom gate TFT. We suggest the top gate oxide TFT would show more stable behavior under the Vgs bias.

The Improved stability of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) containing lithium-quinolate (Liq) as the ETL doping material is investigated. The lifetime could be improved by threefold using the Liq-doped ETL structure. The improvement was attributed to the Liq-doped ETL, which improved hole-electron balance and has a good electrical stability. Additionally, when the Liq doped device was combined with an Mg/Al cathode, the OLED produced a longer lifetime than other device.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of air traffic controller's leadership characteristics and hazardous attitudes on the team effectiveness. The effectiveness make use of team efficacy and team commitment. Leadership characteristics and hazardous attitudes make use of the contents of a CRM manual. The study showed following results. 1) Leadership characteristics has a positive influence on the team effectiveness. 2) Hazardous attitudes has a partially bad influence on the team effectiveness. This study was conducted under the auspice of civil and military ATC facilies and by participation of devoting ATC controller's.
