This paper investigates the challenges and outlook of textbook teaching and learning material industry. 1. The challenges of teaching and learning material industry. First, classification criteria are needed. Second, Evaluation Standard are needed. Third, quality control is needed. Fourth, ready-made products are insufficient. Fifth, economic policy for teaching and learning material industry is required. Sixth, manage system for teaching and learning material is necessary. Seventh, distribution system for teaching and learning material should be reformed. 2. The outlook of teaching and learning material industry. First, accreditation system will be introduced. Second, teaching and learning material industry will develop continually. Third, eco-friendly and sustainable system will be built. Fourth, multimedia industry will be extended. Fifth, managing system to enhance usage rate will be settled.

The teaching and learning environment in medical schools is significantly different from that of other academic fields. An educational information system specifically designed for medical education could be an important solution for the unique context of medical education. In this study, the concept of the educational information system has been reviewed, and how such a system can be utilized effectively for medical education has also been explored. This paper also addresses how learning management systems for online learning could be made more effective through educational information systems. The application of flipped learning, which has been developing rapidly to improve teaching and learning, for medical education was also investigated. In conclusion, it was found that educational information systems could be a solution to various teaching and learning issues in medical schools. In particular, given that high performing students tend to enter medical schools, using educational information systems to improve the teaching and learning environment in medical school should be investigated further.

Recently building up of u-learning oriented teaching and learning system has been expanded rapidly, However domestic junior college's challenging for adapting it might be slower than other educational body's doing, and in that result it might be paid more or be taken longer time to improve their old system effectively. Now, it is very time for them to develop and implement u-learning oriented teaching and learning system quickly. Although the understanding of English tense system is a crucial factor for communicative English learning and teaching for EFL students, it has been neglected over the years. As with other areas of the grammar, difficulties may arise from the nature of the system itself or from differences between time, tense and aspect. Consequently, many learners face a considerable difficulty with the English tense system as they are more often unable to grasp the basic conceptual differences of present/present continuous, past/present perfect, will/be going to along with many others. More concerning fact is that lots of instructors or so-called native English teachers seem not to be aware of the importance of teaching English tense system. The purpose of this study is to review and examine various theories and practical usages of tense in order to establish and/or present better methods for teaching tenses. This paper is focused on comparatively exact distinction of time, physical notion from tense, grammatical category as well as sequences of tenses in view of school grammar and communicative function. At the end or middle of each chapter, efficient teaching and learning techniques or strategies on tenses are suggested to help instructors or learners who relentlessly face confusions in understanding tense and its usage for communicative English learning and teaching. This study attempts to influence learners' ability to recognize and write tense in authentic contexts not to mention spoken English.

If we followed to be based on the result of survey for researching on the actual condition about e-Learning of the MOE(2004), the critical problem has been suggested managing the quality of teaching and learning materials(37.68%(1775/4717)). If we also reviewed the research of the KICE(2002), the superior material's rate of 70,000 teaching and learning materials of the web site, the educational organization, and teachers was 8.7%. There was some suggestions about the quality problem of the teaching and learning material, but there wasn't the alternative policy: there wasn't the systemic program for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The purpose of this study was to develop the alternative system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The alternative system of this study's result will be the basic to build the system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. I expect that my system will be the useful tool for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials.

The world has witnessed a phenomenal growth in information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of new broadband communication services convergence of telecommunication with computers and recent developments in the field of communication protocol have fostered challenges as well as offerings in the wide-ranging use of ICT to support the creation of dynamic and interactive teaching and learning environment. By emergence of ICT, most of education and training institutions are struggling to integrate ICT and education and training systems. It is so important to apply proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms. It will be a preliminary activity for building open and flexible distance teaching and learning systems in developing countries. In this paper, we would like to suggest and recommend the proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms for education sector reform in developing countries.

Supporting of the user-wanted teaching&learning functions is an important factor to improve the learning effects in a e-learning system. However, most methods are not enough to refer a model for supporting a teaching&learning function in a planning, development, operation, and evaluation. Accordingly, we propose the specified reference model for supporting a teaching&learning function in the web-based e-learning system. To verify the validity of the proposed system, we consulted the students experienced in e-learning system. As a results, The proposed specified reference model can be expected more $11%{\sim}23%$ effectiveness improvement than that of their experienced in the previous system. Also, as the pre-evaluated results using the teaching&learning services supporting degree by the proposed reference model, those measurements are very similar to the services requirement degree of their experienced in e-learning system.

The teaching plan is an important material for teaching and learning, and it goes through many hardships to make out it. Although these materials have been shared through web and referenced for making their teaching plan by other teachers, it has been little utilized yet in learning. In this paper, we proposed a strategy for utilizing the teaching plan as a useful material in learning and had developed the web-based system for managing and utilizing the teaching plan based on the strategy.

The advent of e-Learning paradigm requires a various type of e-Learning models and systems which are appropriate to support effective teaching-learning process. Accordingly, the teaching-learning system using the Internet and the intelligent tutoring system(ITS) in e-Learning environment has attracted a fair amount of critical attention. However there is a wide gap between infrastructure of a present educational site and the u-learning environment. Therefore, in this paper, an ITS teaching-learning model is proposed and system is developed for a school environment, which is based on a learner's cognitive structure and applies a concept of u-Learning, and then is verified for validity. X-Neuronet, the developed system, offers a method of representing a learner's cognitive structure so as to apply the method for the efficient individualized learning.

The purpose of this study was threefold: to design and develop a smart teaching and learning system based on flipped learning for elementary subject matter education; to apply the system to the elementary classroom; and to examine the effects of the system on students' achievement and satisfaction levels. The system was composed of a video part, a date part, and a learning line part. Presentations, preinstructional videos, and spreadsheets were created for the flipped classroom. The results of the analyses indicated that the teaching and learning system positively influenced students' achievement and satisfaction levels. The study concluded with the implications of the study and suggestions for the future study.
