This research was practiced to comparative investigate the distribution of sensory and motor neuron linkaged with Yangji(TE4) by using neural-tracer technology. A total 16 S-D rats were used in the present research. After anesthesia, the rats received micro-injection of $6{\mu}{\ell}$ of cholera toxin B subunit(CTB) into the relation positions of the Yangji(TE4), in the human body for observing the distribution of the linkaged sensory neurons in dorsal root ganglia(DRGs) and motor neurons in the spinal cord(C3~T4) and sympathetic ganglia. 3 days after the micro injection, the rats were anesthetized and transcardially perfused saline and 4% paraformaldehyde, followed by routine section of the DRGs, sympathetic chain ganglia(SCGs) and spinal cord. Marked neurons and nerve fibers were detected by immunohistochemical method and observed by light microscope. The marked neurons were recorded and counted. From this study the distribution of primary sensory and motor neurons linkaged with Yangji(TE4) were concluded as follows. Yangji(TE4) dominated by spinal segments of C5~T1, C6~T4, individually.
This study was performed to comparative investigate the distribution of primary sensory and motor neurons associated with Cheonji(PC1) acupoint by using neural tracing technique. A total 4 SD rats were used in the present study. After anesthesia, the rats received microinjection of $6{\mu}l$ of cholera toxin B subunit(CTB) into the corresponding sites of the acupoints Cheonji(PC1) in the human body for observing the distribution of the related primary sensory neurons in dorsal root ganglia(DRGs) and motor neurons in the spinal cord(C3~T4) and sympathetic ganglia. Three days after the microinjection, the rats were anesthetized and transcardially perfused saline and 4% paraformaldehyde, followed by routine section of the DRGs, sympathetic chain ganglia(SCGs) and spinal cord. Labeled neurons and nerve fibers were detected by immunohistochemical method and observed by light microscope equipped with a digital camera. The labeled neurons were recorded and counted. From this research, the distribution of primary sensory and motor neurons associated with Cheonji(PC1) acupoints were concluded as follows. Muscle meridian related Cheonji(PC1) are controlled by spinal segments of C5~T1, C6~T4, respectively.
Butyltin and phenyltin residues were quantified in seawater and biota of the Chinhae Bay System, Korea in 1995. Butyltin compounds were detected in all seawater and biota samples, whereas phenyltin compounds were found only in the biota samples. Tributyltin (TBT) concentrations in seawater ranged from < 8-35 ng Sn/l. Tributyltin concentrations in Crassostyea gigas and Thais clavigera ranged from 95-885 and 23-414 ng Sn/g, respectively, Triphenyltin(TPhT) concentrations in each species ranged 155-678 and 46-785 ng Sn/g, respectively. Spatial distribution of TBT was closely related to boating and dry-docking activities. However, spatial distribution of TPhT was not consistent with that of TBT. The biological concentration factor for TBT in C. gigas was about 25000 that is four times greater than that of T. clavigera. Butyl- to phenyltin concentration ratio was greater than one in C. gigas, but that in T. clavigera was less than one. Major tissues of C. gigas also showed different accumulation patterns for butyl- and phenyltin compounds. Furthermore, 19 and 28% of total body burdens of TBT and TPhT were found in gonadal mass of C. gigas just prior to spawning.

IoT can be connected through a single network not only objects which can be connected to existing internet but also objects which has communication capability. This IoT environment will be a huge change to the existing communication paradigm. However, the big security problem must be solved in order to develop further IoT. Security mechanisms reflecting these characteristics should be applied because devices participating in the IoT have low processing ability and low power. In addition, devices which perform abnormal behaviors between objects should be also detected. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed D-IDS technique for efficient detection of malicious attack nodes between devices participating in the IoT. The proposed technique performs the central detection and distribution detection to improve the performance of attack detection. The central detection monitors the entire network traffic at the boundary router using SVM technique and detects abnormal behavior. And the distribution detection combines RSSI value and reliability of node and detects Sybil attack node. The performance of attack detection against malicious nodes is improved through the attack detection process. The superiority of the proposed technique can be verified by experiments.

There is a consensus in the field of vehicular network security that public key cryptography should be used to secure communications. A certificate revocation list (CRL) should be distributed quickly to all the vehicles in the network to protect them from malicious users and malfunctioning equipment as well as to increase the overall security and safety of vehicular networks. Thus, a major challenge in vehicular networks is how to efficiently distribute CRLs. This paper proposes a CRL distribution method aided by terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting (T-DMB). By using T-DMB data broadcasting channels as alternative communication channels, the proposed method can broaden the network coverage, achieve real-time delivery, and enhance transmission reliability. Even if roadside units are not deployed or only sparsely deployed, vehicles can obtain recent CRLs from the T-DMB infrastructure. A new transport protocol expert group (TPEG) CRL application was also designed for the purpose of broadcasting CRLs over the T-DMB infrastructure.
Butyltin compounds (BTs) in seawater, sediments and organisms (Thais clavigera, Liolophura japonica and Cellana nigrolineata), were quantitatively determined to evaluate their distribution inside Songsan Harbor of Cheju Island. In addition, imposex in T. clavigera was used to assess the effect on organisms of BTs. Analysis of the samples collected in seawater, sediments (March, June and August) and organisms (May, July and August) in 1998, confirmed the contamination of BTs in the aquatic environment inside Songsan Harbor. The main BTs species in seawater and sediments was monobutyltin (MBT), tributyltin (TBT), respectively, irrespective of survey time. In oranisms, TBT and dibutyltin (DBT) were detected in similar concentrations for T. clavigera and L. japonica, but for C nigrolineata, DBt concentration was the highest. TBT, the most toxic to aquatic organisms among BTs, was found at concentrations which were sufficient to have a serious effect on the sensitive organisms upon chronic exposure, The relatively high correlations (r>0.83) between BTs indicated that DBT and MBT were mainly degraded from TBT based on antifouling paint and their sources were negligible. The sedimentary organic matters did not have influence on the distribution of BTs in marine environment, and lipid content in T. clavigera did not show a correlation with TBT concentrations. The rate of occurrence of imposex in T. clavigera was 100%, and the relative penis length index (RPLI) and the relative penis size index (RPSI) which represent the degree of imposex were 79.7%, 58.1%, respectively. Measurement of imposex in T. clavigera was expected to be a very helpful tool for preliminary survey of BTs prior to trace analysis of BTs.
Mean densities of two-spotted spider mite (TSM), Tetranichus urticae Koch adults from January to April in 2014 to investigate the occurrence and dispersion pattern of T. urticae on purpose of developing a monitoring method in the strawberry PVC house. Difference of density of T. urticae adult on middle and both side of leaf wasn't significantly. Density of T. urticae in investigation at different furrows and investigating points was the highest at the right and left sides of a furrow in strawberry PVC house. In results of comparing the dispersion incides of Taylor's power law (TPL) with Iwao's patchiness regression (IPR), TPL described better mean-relationship for the dispersion indieces compared to IPR. Slopes and intercepts of TPL from leaf samples did not differ among surveyed regions. Also, Distribution of T. urticae in a strawberry PVC house was the gravitation of the distribution because b and ${\beta}$ values of TPL and IPR was bigger than 1.
The primary objective of the paper is to review the development of approximations of the null distribution of a scan statistic and to show how these approximations were improved. Let $X_1, \cdots, X_N$ be a sequence of independent uniform random variables on an interval (0, t]. A can statistic is defined to be the maximum number of observations in a subinterval of length t $\leq$ T, when we continuously (or discretely) move the subinterval from 0 to T. A scan statistic is used to test whether certain events occur in a cluster aganist a null hypothesis of the uniformity. It is difficult to calculate the exact null distribution of a scan statistic. Several authors have suggested approximations of the null distribution of a scan statistic since Naus(1966). We conceive that a scan statistic can be used for detecting a "hot region" is defined to be a region at which the frequencies of mutations are relatively high. A "hot region" may be regarded as a generalized version of a hot spot. We leave it for a further study the concrete formulation of deteciton a "hot region" in a mutational spectrum.uot; in a mutational spectrum.
This study employs Bayesian regression analysis for fitting discharge rating curves. The parameter estimates using the Bayesian regression analysis were compared to ordinary least square method using the t-distribution. In these comparisons, the mean values from the t-distribution and the Bayesian regression are not significantly different. However, the difference between upper and lower limits are remarkably reduced with the Bayesian regression. Therefore, from the point of view of uncertainty analysis, the Bayesian regression is more attractive than the conventional method based on a t-distribution because the data size at the site of interest is typically insufficient to estimate the parameters in rating curve. The merits and demerits of the two types of estimation methods are analyzed through the statistical simulation considering heteroscedasticity. The validation of the Bayesian regression is also performed using real stage-discharge data which were observed at 5 gauges on the Anyangcheon basin. Because the true parameters at 5 gauges are unknown, the quantitative accuracy of the Bayesian regression can not be assessed. However, it can be suggested that the uncertainty in rating curves at 5 gauges be reduced by Bayesian regression.
