An image reconstruction algorithm is vital for the image quality of a photonic integrated interferometric imaging (PIII) system. However, image reconstruction algorithms have limitations that always lead to degraded image reconstruction. In this paper, a novel image reconstruction algorithm based on deep learning is proposed. Firstly, the principle of optical signal transmission through the PIII system is investigated. A dataset suitable for image reconstruction of the PIII system is constructed. Key aspects such as model and loss functions are compared and constructed to solve the problem of image blurring and noise influence. By comparing it with other algorithms, the proposed algorithm is verified to have good reconstruction results not only qualitatively but also quantitatively.

There are many existing trees are to be damaged by reconstruction of large housing estates. The purpose of this study was to find out sustainable conversion methods of Greenbank system by UR Agency. Greenbank system is divided 3 parts as Preserving, Replanting, Recycling of Existing trees. Literature and institutional review and site survey of 5 reconstruction housing estate were the methods for the following findings. The results are follows. Firstly, Because of feasibility of reconstruction, existing trees are preserving at boundary space of reconstruction housing estates. Secondly, existing trees are preserving at inner space for remember of resettlement as symbolic trees. It is conformed by residents participation with UR Agency and city official. Thirdly, Preserving and replanting trees are recorded signboard in the reconstruction housing estates, and preserving of trees are developed as Green workshop by residents. Fourthly, Besides Preserving and Replanting trees, the other trees are recycling as bench, play equipment, planter, etc. And it is remained symbol of reconstruction housing estates. Fifthly, District planning as a institutional, Guidelines as a noninstitutional method are very efficiently for preserving trees. But a part of this study can be adapt reconstruction housing estates in Korea. The results of this study are expected to serve some clue for dealing with the practice of sustainable conversion in housing estates.
This paper presents a new non-constraining online optical handwritten signature reconstruction system that, in the main, makes use of a transparent glass pad placed in front of a color camera. The reconstruction approach allows efficient exploitation of hand activity during a signing process; thus, the system as a whole can be seen as a viable alternative to other similar acquisition tools. This proposed system allows people with physical or emotional problems to carry out their own signatures without having to use a pen or sophisticated acquisition system. Moreover, the developed reconstruction signature algorithms have low computational complexity and are therefore well suited for a hardware implementation on a dedicated smart system.
A factorization-based 3D reconstruction system is realized to recover 3D scene from an image sequence. The image sequence is captured from uncalibrated perspective camera from several views. Many matched feature points over all images are obtained by feature tracking method. Then, these data are supplied to the 3D reconstruction module to obtain the projective reconstruction. Projective reconstruction is converted to Euclidean reconstruction by enforcing several metric constraints. After many triangular meshes are obtained, realistic reconstruction of 3D models are finished by texture mapping. The developed system is implemented in C++, and Qt library is used to implement the system user interface. OpenGL graphics library is used to realize the texture mapping routine and the model visualization program. Experimental results using synthetic and real image data are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed system.

The latissimus dorsi (LD) flap is a reliable option for breast reconstruction. This is particularly true in patients with contraindications to abdominally based autologous breast reconstruction. A systematic review of patient satisfaction and health related quality of life following LD breast reconstruction using the BREAST-Q survey was conducted. The scope of the review was to determine the degree of patient satisfaction following the procedure and to examine how patient satisfaction from the pedicled LD flap compares to other breast reconstructive procedures. A literature search on BREAST-Q in LD flap reconstruction was performed. Only articles written in English and in published peer-reviewed journals were included. Studies with less than 20 patients in their sample and those with a follow-up period of less than 1 year were excluded. Five articles representing 331 patients were reviewed, including one case-control study and four retrospective cohort studies. Level of evidence was either III (4) or IV (1). The average age was 53 with average body mass index of 25. Most reconstructions were delayed (67%) and unilateral (88%), and most patients required radiation (79%). The average length of follow-up was 36 months, and the response rate was 75%. Overall, patients who underwent LD flap reconstruction reported favorable outcomes in satisfaction domains and quality of life domains with few complications. A meta-analysis also demonstrated higher satisfaction in LD flap without implants compared with LD flap with implants. Patient-reported outcomes following LD breast reconstruction compare favorably with other techniques of breast reconstruction.

Objective : Acne is very common disease, it can leave permanent scars. However, there are few reports about it in oriental medicine academia. This study performed to evaluate the effect of reconstruction of skin scars and auto microneedle therapy system on acne scars. Methods : Six patients were treated by using reconstruction of skin scars and auto microneedle therapy system. We compared the degree of treatment of acne scars on pre and post case photos and Qualitative Global Acne Scarring Grading System(QGASC). Satisfaction degree were asked from the patients. Results & Conclusion : After comparing case photos and QGASC, observing patients satisfaction, it can be considered that reconstruction of skin scars and auto microneedle therapy system to be valid acne scars treatment.
This study applies an on-line system, which employes an adaptive reconstruction technique to monitor and forecast ocean surface changes. The system adaptively generates an appropriate synthetic time series with recovering missing measurements for sequential images. The reconstruction method incorporates temporal variation according to physical properties of targets and anisotropic spatial optical properties into image processing techniques. This adaptive approach allows successive refinement of the structure of objects that are barely detectable in the observed series. The system sequentially collects the estimated results from the adaptive reconstruction and then statistically analyzes them to monitor and forecast the change in surface characteristics.
Segmented planar imaging detector for electro-optical reconnaissance (SPIDER) is an emerging technology for optical imaging. However, this novel detection approach is faced with degraded imaging quality. In this study, a 6 × 6 planar waveguide is used after each lenslet to expand the field of view. The imaging principles of field-plane waveguide structures are described in detail. The local multiple-sampling simulation mode is adopted to process the simulation of the improved imaging system. A novel image-reconstruction algorithm based on deep learning is proposed, which can effectively address the defects in imaging quality that arise during image reconstruction. The proposed algorithm is compared to a conventional algorithm to verify its better reconstruction results. The comparison of different scenarios confirms the suitability of the algorithm to the system in this paper.
We present a method for improving the accuracy of the modal wavefront reconstruction in the radial shearing interferometers (RSIs). Our approach involves expanding the reduced radial terms of Zernike polynomials to high-order, which enables more precise reconstruction of the wavefront aberrations with high-spatial frequency. We expanded the reduced polynomials up to infinite order with symbolic variables of the radius, shearing amount, and transformation matrix elements. For the simulation of the modal wavefront reconstruction, we generated a target wavefront subsequently, magnified and measured wavefronts were generated. To validate the effectiveness of the high-order Zernike polynomials, we applied both low- and high-order polynomials to the wavefront reconstruction process. Consequently, the peak-to-valley (PV) and RMS errors notably decreased with values of 0.011λ and 0.001λ, respectively, as the order of the radial Zernike polynomial increased.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of strengthening exercises of hip abductors on muscle strength and ambulation for patients with ACL reconstruction. Methods: The subjects were randomly assigned to the intervention group (general exercise plus strengthening of hip abductors) or the control group (general exercise without the strengthening of hip abductors). Both groups participated in a six-week exercise protocol after the surgery for ACL reconstruction. The knee strength test (quadriceps, hamstring, hip abductor) and gait analysis were performed in pretest and post-test. Results: Muscle strength was measured using the Biodex system III model (Biodex Medical System, Inc, NY, US). The results showed no significant difference in knee strength (quadriceps, hamstring) between the two groups (p>0.05), however, there was a significant difference in hip abductors (p<0.05). The gait analysis was measured with Gaitrite system (CIR System Inc, US). Results of comparison between groups showed a significant increase in the step length of both groups. (p<0.05), and there was a significant difference in the affected leg of the intervention group(p<0.05). Conclusion: Exercise of hip abductors for patients with ACL reconstruction provides significant benefits with respect to improvement of muscle strength in hip abductors, increasing the stride. This result indicates that a training program designed for ACL reconstruction patients should include strengthening of the hip abductor. We think that further study is needed to determine the relationship of hip muscles and knee joint for patients with ACL reconstruction.
