  • Objectives : The purpose of this report is a study on the correlation between parasympathetic nerve system and Back-shu points. Methods : We have studied about the correlation between anatomical distribution of parasympathetic nerve system and that of Back-shu points. Back-shu points are located on the back area as the acupoints of Bladder Meridian(BL), doing its own organic physical and pathological working and directly connected with its own organ. Results and Conclusions : 1. It is suggested that Back-shu points has correlation with parasympathetic nerve system could be Pangguanshu(BL28), Zhonglushu(BL29), Baihuanshu(BL30), Ciliao(BL32), Zhongliao(BL33), Xialiao(BL34), Shangliao(BL31), Xiaochangshu(BL27), Baohuang,(BL53) Zhibian(BL54) etc. 2. We proved acupuncture treatment on the nearby spinal area could be one of the method that could stimulate parasympathetic nerve system. 3. The symptom of parasympathetic nerve system's disorder is similar to Back-shu points' chief efficacy a lot. And we proved the Back-shu points which has relation with parasympathetic nerve system as distribution of nerve system are only located at sacral area.

  • The knowledge substitutes the traditional factors of production - land, labor, and capital - and has become one of the most important new resources. The Internet Knowledge Society is where the knowledge is the major source of development and competition. Now more than 350mi11ion computers are connected to internet servers and the internet users are more than 250mi11ion. The purpose of this paper is to propose some key factors for implementing the Police Knowledge Management System(PKMS) based on Intranet. With Information Technology(IT), the police administrative system will be much more efficient. Introducing the If into the system is critical for restructuring the police administrative system. This paper concludes as follows : ■ Knowledge is divided into tacit and explicit one. Knowledge process is divided into acquisition, accumulation, distribution and creation of knowledge. ■ The IntraNet is composed of Web server, FTP server, electric-mail server, and is constructed security system to safety. ■ All policemen are bound to serve as a new knowledge worker. ■ Police organization needs to operate data management system. The organization also needs to the Police Knowledge Management Center(PKMC). And the Police Chief Knowledge Officers(PCKO) needs to be appointed to manage the PKMC. ■ An information and knowledge infrastructure(various databases are the most important factor) should be established within the organization to promote the self-directed management, the interactive communication, and the learning ability of the members.

  • Packing house is the regional center in which packing, sorting, storage, and selling of harvested fruits are taken care of all together. It is located at the producing centers, and commercializes their apples. Apple grading policies of chief producing centers should concentrate on enhancing functions and roles of its local packing house. Consequently new packing house policies for enacting individual grading standards at national and local levels should be developed. This study is to develop Korea packing house on the basis of field survey in New York State. Increasing the utilization of packing house is the main key to the success of apple grading project. Therefore, effective arrangement and utilization of sorting facilities should be evaluated and new system which enables apple farms, local cooperatives, and corporations to joint-utilize packing house must to be established.

A practical framework of the enhancement of firm's competence through knowledge accumulations was developed as follows: First, All human factors should be armed with information based knowledge and leaded by chief knowledge officer. Second, Learning organization is necessary to develope knowledge creation. Third, Organization has to be controlled by information based control system for the effective linkage of several sort of information. Fourth, Shared culture of knowledge internalized by all members must help organization generate and articulate a new form of knowledge. Finally, Several information technologies and instrumental system may faster creation of knowledge. Especially, in this paper, focused on role of knowledge-based people. • Business organizations are trying in various ways to survive and grow up in the rapidly changing environment. A lot of organizations have introduced management innovation skills and attempted to change, but most of them have failed to realize their aims. The reason is that the members of the organization including the chief executive officers did not understand the paradigm of the change management of an organization, and gave weight to the partial efficiency instead of the change management of the organization. In this study, guidelines and principles are suggested to apply the quality management system to the change management of business organizations.

  • As technology advances rapidly, emergency medical dispatching systems must also advance. Optimal emergency medical dispatching requires the courage to practice medicine at dispatch. Modern emergency medical dispatch provides appropriate resource responses with the use of an (Advanced Medical priority Dispatch System(AMPDS) in U.S.A. The AMPDS is a systematic protocol for all aspects of the dispatch process. Based on the AMPDS chief complaint list, we initiated a basic design on pre-arrival instruction protocol and completed the scripted pre-arrival instruction protocol, using Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) protocol. Implementation of this study creates computerized emergency medical dispatching system for future enhancements, such as the AMPDS.

  • In modern war information system development makes battlefield materialize, and combat factors can maximize combat power exhibition as that apply synchronization. Information system is the core of combat power operation under NCW(Network centric Warfare). This paper proposed a new MOE(Measure of Effectiveness) that can assess the combat power synergistic effect of information system at the theater joint fire operation in NCW environment. This methodology applied the rule of Newton's second law $F=(m{\Delta}{\upsilon})/t{\Rightarrow}(M{\upsilon}I)/T$) Details factor in combat power evaluation is as following. (1) M : Network power; (2) v : Movement velocity; (3) I : Information superiority; (4) T : C2(command and control) time. We applied this methodology to the "JFOS-K(Joint Fire Operating System-Korea) in Joint Chief of Staff" in the real military affair section.
