The paper proposes RFB(Record Filtering using Bit-vector) join algorithm, an in-network strategy that uses bit-vector to drastically reduce the size of data and hence the communication cost. In addition, by eliminating data not involved in join result prior to actual join, communication cost can be minimized since not all data need to be moved to the join nodes. The simulation result shows that the proposed RFB algorithm significantly reduces the number of bytes to be moved to join nodes compared to the popular synopsis join(SNJ) algorithm.

Recently, many researchers are interested in using join queries to correlate sensor readings stored in different regions. In the conventional algorithm, the preliminary join coordinator collects the synopsis from sensor nodes and determines a set of sensor readings that are required for processing the join query. Then, the base station collects only a part of sensor readings instead of whole readings and performs the final join process. However, it has a problem that incurs communication overhead for processing the preliminary join. In this paper, we propose a novel energy-efficient in-network join scheme that solves such a problem. The proposed scheme determines a preliminary join coordinator located to minimize the communication cost for the preliminary join. The coordinator prunes data that do not contribute to the join result and performs the compression of sensor readings in the early stage of the join processing. Therefore, the base station just collects a part of compressed sensor readings with the decompression table and determines the join result from them. In the result, the proposed scheme reduces communication costs for the preliminary join processing and prolongs the network lifetime.

This paper proposes an in-network join strategy SBJ(Semi & Bloom Join), an efficient join strategy for sensor networks, that minimizes communication cost. SBJ is a hybrid join strategy that can reduce energy consumption by using a bloom filter to reduce the size of data that needs to be sent or received in sensor network. The key to reducing the communication cost in SBJ is to eliminate data not involved in the join result in the early stages of join processing. Through simulation, the paper shows that compared to other join strategies in sensor network, SBJ join strategy is more efficient in reducing the communication cost resulting in a significant reduction in battery consumption.

The Blood paralysis(血痺) is infected by a poisonous factor of wind and it disturbs the circulation of meridian. This disease is similar phenomenon to the Blutsaure(血柱) and belongs to the category like the Radial nerve paralysis, the Ulna nerve paralysis and the unstability syndrome of the lower limbs. This dissertation will inquire into symptoms, the way of treatment and the prescriptions of this disease based on the Synopsis of Golden Chamber. The Weakness and fatigue(虛勞) is occurred by several causes. This disease means all the functions of body weakened. This dissertation will inquire into pulse conditions according to the type of the Weakness and fatigue(虛勞), symptoms, the way of treatment and the prescriptions of this disease based on the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.

This thesis is written about the causes, the processes and the treatments of edema. It consists of 31 chapters. Covering 11 chapters, there are prescriptions and constructions. When one of the organs fails to work metabolizing water, you can have edema. It is the result of the accumulation of excess fluid under the skin. Edema most commonly occurs in the head facial, the palpebral portion, the feet and legs or all the body. Sometimes it is accompanied with ascites. There are three classifications in the thesis. First, according to the cause and the symptom of disease, it is divided into 5 types. Type 1. The swelling caused by the disorder of the lungs from the troubling wind. Type 2. The swelling caused by the weak spleen. Type 3. The swelling caused by abnormal condition between the kidneys and the lungs. Type 4. The swelling in abdomen caused by the weak kidneys. Type 5. The swelling (Yellow sweat) caused by the heat inside body as water outside. Second, the swelling and the abnormal symptom of five viscera. Third, the swelling accompanied with menstruation in female and with chilliness. In short, the original textbook is showed that the treatment of edema focuses on the cause and the region of fluid accumulation. When the swelling is in the upper body or the cause of diseaseis outside, the useless humidity can be expelled through sweating. On the other hand, when the swelling is in the lower body or the cause of disease is inside, it is pushed out by urination. In this book, the author presents further treatments. And these treatments are often cited by doctors after ages. Even one of them suggested that the swelling be divided by cosmic dual forces. In spite of many researches, it is too complicate for us to understand the writer’s intend. For that reason, comparing with other medical books and referring to guides explained by doctors, I have studied the textbook to help understand.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of learning desire in the health education of military drill curriculum and to furnish basic data for the effective health education at high school. A total of 594 high school students were participated in the questionnaires and the 12 domains & the 55 questions were utilized for this study. The survey was conducted from March 15 to March 27, 1993 and the collected date were analized by T-test and F-test. The results of this study are as followings : 1. In the 12 domains, respondents indicated high degree of learning desire in 'human & sex', 'nutrition' and 'disease of adult' in that order. However 'accident & disaster', 'transport & management' and 'nursing' were not highly ranked. 2. In the 55 questions, respondents showed high degree of learning desire in 'artificial respiration' & 'cardiopulmonary resuscitation', 'precautionary of adult disease' and 'sex & sex moral' in that order, but low degree of learning desire in 'the management of many wounded persons' and the 'synopsis of nursing'. 3. Comparing the degree of learning desire by grade, the 1st, the 3rd and the End grade were ranked in that order. The 1st and 3rd graders showed higher degree of learning desire in 'human & sex', and the 2nd graders in 'nutrition'. 4. Also, female students showed higher degree of learning desire than male students in general. Female students indicated it in 'nutrition', 'human & sex' and 'adult disease' in that order while male students in 'human & sex', 'adult disease' and 'nutrition' in that order. 5. The academic high school students showed higher degree of learning desire than the vocational high school students. 'Human & sex' was highest ranked at both academic and vocational high school students.

The Atrophy of lung among chronic asthenia disease is a kind of tuberculosis. It is divided in two types. One is the Atrophy of lung with consumptive fever, the other is the Atrophy of lung with consumptive cold. Four prescriptions can be used treat this disease. Pulmonary abscess(肺癰) is infected by poisonous fatcors of wind and heat. It's symptoms like coughing, chest pain, fever and phlegm with pus after coughing are appeared generally, in case of serious condition, pyemia after coughing can be appeared. This disease is applicable to lung abscess, bronchiectasis, lung gangrene. Six prescriptions can be used to treat this disease. Coughing and congestion of the head(咳嗽上氣) is called Lung-distension(肺腸). Its symptom is dyspnea caused by more expiration rather than inspiration. This disease is divided into two types like chronic asthenia type and inflammatory type. Seven prescriptions can be used to treat this disease.
