DDA and FTA make global business environments more competitive. These environments require Korean firms to face an unlimited competition and to resolve their dispute by ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution). Thus, Korean Companies should be more concerned with ADR system and should utilize ADR to settle their dispute effectively and efficiently. However, ADR and KCAB isn't well recognized in Korea. So, the major purposes of this study are to expand the recognition of ADR and KCAB through SWOT Analysis of KCAB in Korea. Based on the results of my study, I suggest KCAB the following guidelines. First, KCAB work closely with the concerned research association as KSSA to make a guideline books of efficient dispute resolution. Second, KCAB improves their service quality and tries to utilizes various opportunity factors well. Meanwhile, Korean government assists KCAB with funds as well as improvement of dispute resolution system as the establishment of ADR Law. Consequently, to expand ADR in Korea, revolution of KCAB Staffs' consciousness and Korean government's assistance are very needed.

Purpose: This study provides an overview of the Product Liability Act which was revised in 2017 and took effect in 2018. It analyzes the effects of the revised Act on corporate management from internal and external perspectives to present coping strategies so that companies can synthetically respond to such effects. Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, experts like companies, academia, governmental institutions, and consultants were invited, and Delphi techniques were applied to derive means, standard deviations, and Content Validity Ratio. Results: In this study, based on two expert questionnaire surveys, strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment of companies and opportunities and threats of the external environment were derived, followed by provision of S/O, W/O, S/T, and W/T strategies. Conclusion: To fundamentally remove the causes of accidents on their products, the relevant companies should strengthen the activities to increase product safety. They shall cooperate with suppliers to arrange the measures to speedily secure safety of consumers.

Information technology, such as IoT, Big Data, Drone, Cloud etc., is evolving every year. Information Society is changing Intelligence Society and Creative Society. A new Construction Projects Management System Roadmap is required because it is difficult to reflect the current IT environments based on the CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support) master plan, which is performed to establish every five years since 1998. This study was prepared for the Roadmap with a focus on Construction Management System based on the 4th CALS master plan, which was performed to establish the 2012 year. To this end, the construction environment and several information systems were investigated and analyzed. The problems of the construction project information system were derived using SWOT analysis, the vision, goal, direction, strategy, main tasks, specific tasks, and timetable of the Construction Project Management System are presented. This roadmap is designed to be used as operational indicators of a future construction project management system.

As China's economic growth pole has shifted from the coastal area to the Midwest and the inland since the beginning of 2000, construction of China's inland ports was promoted in the coastal area. The inland port functions as offshore port, thereby streamlining import and export logistics and customs clearance and so on. The purpose of this study is to identify the competitiveness and potential of China's inland ports via functional and geographical classification, as well as SWOT-PEST analysis. According to the results of the study, inland ports can be functionally categorized as sea port-based, industrial-based, distribution-based and customs clearance-based. The majority of the sea port-based inland ports are located in the eastern part of China while industry-based and distribution-based inland ports are situated in the Midwest. On contrast, the inland ports in Northwest mainly perform the function of customs clearance to promote international trade with neighbouring countries. The inland ports in the eastern region have high competitiveness owing to a large volume of international trade in the region, whereas those in the Midwest have high potential. The 'One Belt to One Road' initiative proposed by the Xi's Government is expected to play a significant role in promoting the development of inland ports in the Midwest and border areas.

Recently, Construction market is contracted by economic slump and regulation. As the solution of this plan, construction productivity is gathering strength. However, the study on the productivity in construction section is insufficient until now. Construction section has many factor about productivity. The point of this study, we analysis the factor of construction productivity improvement and relationship with system thinking. And we show the strategy of construction productivity improvement.

Recently, construction industry has came to a crisis due to stagnation and saturation of the domestic construction market. So, many construction companies in Korea has turned their eyes upon extending the business market abroad, in order to overcome such obstacles. Even though the overseas expansion has been exploited since the mid-1960s, there still lies many problems : excessive focusing on the plant construction, a shortsighted policy of government. In this paper. we analyze the characteristics of advancement into overseas construction market and deduce the problems. then propose the new strategies based on SWOT Analysis.

Recently, Global Shale gas development has expanded, increasing shale gas production has transformed the energy market.As a result of the reduction of energy facilities, in order to overcome the management deterioration of domestic casting valve industry and enter the enlarged shale gas plant, tried to confirm the SWOT factor through the second questionnaire based on the questionnaire survey of related industry experts and previous studies. As a strength-strategy, presented three factors besides collaboration with domestic companies, suggested four factors including product development specialized in shale gas plant as a weakness complement. The National Library of Korea, Sejong, which celebrates its 10th anniversary, has been performing the duties of a specialized library for policy information while also serving as a public library for Sejong citizens. However, there are concerns about whether it is desirable for the National Library of Korea, Sejong, to continue to provide both policy information services and public library services simultaneously. In order to establish the identity of the National Library of Korea, Sejong, and strengthen its core competencies and services, a prior investigation of the current status and stakeholder groups is necessary. This study diagnosed the current status of the National Library of Korea, Sejong, and conducted a SWOT analysis, and then surveyed and analyzed stakeholders (National Library of Korea, Sejong, employees and relevant policy agency employees) related to policy information services to identify the library's core role and identity, and perception of policy information services. Based on this, this study presented ways to improve the library's core competencies and future direction as a specialized library for policy information.

Avionics is a compound word of aviation and electronics that began to be used in the late 1930s. In the components or sub-systems installed to the aircraft, avionics is something that works by electronic technology. In the past, the aircraft mate, the flight engineer, and the radar operators performed the work on board the aircraft but the modern aircraft have replaced these tasks with avionics. the aircraft mechanics who maintain and manage such complex aircraft must have expertise and technics with the development of avionics to maintain aircraft airworthiness. This paper is about the introduction of domestic avionics qualification system and the development of avionics maintenance technology. For this, the SWOT analysis is performed by identifying the internal and external environment. And recommend the strategy and direction of domestic avionics qualification and education system.

급변하는 동북아 항만물류환경 속에서 부산항이 동북아 물류중심지로 발전할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해서 SWOT/AHP 분석을 이용하여 부산지역 항만물류클러스터를 둘러싸고 있는 대내외적인 환경 중 중요한 요인들을 파악하여 각 요인들에 대해 쌍대비교 평가를 수행한 후 우선순위를 도출하여 부산지역 항만물류클러스터를 발전시킬 수 있는 전략적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 도출된 우선순위를 바탕으로 전략수립의 단계는 제시하였지만, 전략별 세부추진방안은 구체적으로 제시하지 못하여 차후 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.
