  • Clustering is required to configure clustering interdependent structural technology. Clustering handles variable workloads or impede continuity of service to continue operating in the event of a failure. Long as high-availability clustering feature focuses on server operating systems. Active-standby state of two systems when the active server fails, all services are running on the standby server, it takes the service. This function switching or switchover is called failover. Long as high-availability clustering feature focuses on server operating systems. The cluster node that is running on multiple systems and services have to duplicate each other so you can keep track of. In the event of a node failure within a few seconds the second node, the node shall perform the duties broken. Structure for high-availability clustering efficiency should be measured. System performance of infrastructure systems performance, latency, response time, CPU load factor(CPU utilization), CPU processes on the system (system process) channels are represented.

A Hybrid Guidance Law for a Strapdown Seeker to Maintain Lock-on Conditions against High Speed Targets

  • This paper proposes a new guidance law, which considers the Field of View (FOV) of the seeker when a missile has a strapdown seeker mounted instead of a gimbal seeker. When a strapdown seeker, which has a narrow FOV, is used for tracking a target, the FOV of the seeker is an important consideration for guidance performance metrics such as miss distance. We propose a new guidance law called hybrid guidance (HG) to address the shortcomings of conventional guidance laws such as proportional navigation guidance (PNG), which cannot maintain lock-on conditions against high speed targets due to the narrow FOV of the strapdown seeker. The aim of the HG law is to null miss distance and to maintain the look angle within the FOV of the strapdown seeker. In order to achieve this goal, we combine two guidance laws in the HG law. One is a PNG law to null the LOS rate, and the other is a sliding mode guidance (SMG) law derived to keep the look angle within the FOV by employing a Lyapunov-like function with a sliding mode control methodology. We also propose a method to switch these two guidance laws at certain look angles for better guidance performance.

  • The medium power system for the recent electronic products that can perform the multi-function requires various multi-output, high-efficiency and low cost characteristics. To cope with these critical issues, a new high-efficiency and cost-effective multi-output LLC resonant converter is proposed in this paper. The proposed converter requires only 1 power switch instead of the bulky and expensive non-isolated DC/DC converter. Therefore, it features a simple structure, lower cost and high-efficiency. Especially, since the proposed converter can ensure the ZVS or ZCS of all power switches, it has very desirable advantages such as more improved EMI characteristics and reduced switching losses. Finally, to confirm the operation, validity, and features of the proposed circuit, experimental results from a SMPS prototype for 42" FHD PDP TV are presented.

  • This paper presents a manufacture of the multiple subjects biotelemetry system using custom CMOS IC fabricated $1.5{\mu}m$ n-well process technology. The implantable circuits of the system except sensor interface circuits including FM transmitter are fabricated on a single chip with the sire of $4{\times}4mm^{2}$. It is possible to assemble the implantable system in a hybrid package as small as $3{\times}3{\times}2.5cm$ by using this chip, It's main function is to enable continuous measurement simultaneously up to 7-channel physiological signals from the selected one among 8 subjects. Another features of this system are to enable continuous measurement of physiological signals, and to accomplish ON/OFF switching of an implanted battery by subject selection signal with command signal from the external circuit. If this system is coupled with another appropriate sensors in medical field, various physiological parameters such as pressure, pH and temperature are to be measured effectively in the near future.

  • The present paper describes a technique for installing an effective grounding grids, the major objective is forced on the experimental evaluation of the performance and characteristics with the arrangement and installation method for grounding grids consisting of the means to protect electric shock, electronics and computerized facilities against lightning, switching and ground fault surges. The study is oriented on two major areas: (1) the analysis of the ground surface potential gradient with the arrangement of grounding grids, (2) the control of the dangerous ground surface potential rise. The experiments wee carried out with the impulse currents as a function of the installation method or arrangement of grounding grids. An installation method of the inclined auxiliary grounding grid was proposed to overcome the drawbacks of equally spared grounding grids, i.e. an appropriate design concept far the installation of grounding grids was found out, It has been shown that the installation of the intwined auxiliary grounding grid can also result in a mere than 50% decrease in the maximum potential gradient on the ground surface and enhance the level of safety for persons and electronic equipments..

  • According to the rapid growth of high speed and precise industry, the application of synchronous motor has been increased. In the application fields, these fast dynamic response is of prime importance. In particular, since the PMLSM(Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor) has characteristics of high speed, high thrust, it has been used in high-performance servo drive. From these reasons, it is recently used for high precise position control, and machine tool. In this paper, a study of the sliding mode with VSS (Variable Structure System) design for a PMLSM is presented. For fast and precise motion control of PMLSM, the compensation of disturbance and parameter variation is necessary. Hence we eliminate the reaching phase use of VSS that is changed to switching function and vector control using the state observer. And we proposed to sliding mode control algorithm so that realize fast response without overshoot, disturbance and parameter variation.

  • In this paper, Dynamic Fault Tree algorithm(DFT algorithm) is presented. This algorithm provides a concise representation of dynamic fault tolerance system including fault recovery techniques with fault detection, mask and switching function. And this algorithm define FDEP, CSP, SEQ, PAG gate which captures the dynamic characteristics of system. It show that this algorithm solved the constraints to satisfy the dynamic characteristics of system which there are in Markov and also this is able to satisfy the dynamic characteristics of system which there are in Markov and also this is able to covered the disadvantage of Fault tree methods. To show the key advantage of this algorithm, a traditional method, that is, Markov and Fault Tree, applies to TMR and Dual-Duplex systems with the dynamic characteristic and a presented method applies to those. He results proved that the DFT algorithm for solving the problems of the system is more effective than the Markov and Fault tree analysis model..

QoS-Guaranteed Realtime Multimedia Service Provisioning on Broadband Convergence Network(BcN) with IEEE 802.11e Wireless LAN and Fast/Gigabit Ethernet

  • In broadband convergence network(BcN), heterogeneous broadband wired & wireless subnetworks and various terminal equipments will be interconnected. In order to provide end-to-end realtime multimedia services on such heterogeneous networking environment, as a result, two major problems should be resolved: i) Multimedia session establishment & negotiation that adjusts the differences in the capability of multimedia data processing at the end terminal nodes, ii) quality of service(QoS)-guaranteed connection establishment or resource reservation with connection admission control(CAC) in each heterogeneous subnetworks along the path. The session layer signaling(e.g., SIP/SDP) should be extended for QoS negotiation, and must be tightly cooperating with network layer signaling or resource reservation with CAC function. In this paper we propose a session and connection management architecture for the QoS-guaranteed realtime multimedia service provisioning on BcN, with Q-SIP/SDP, resource reservation protocol with traffic engineering extension, and CAC functions. The detailed interaction scenario and related algorithms for QoS-guaranteed realtime multimedia session, resource reservation and connection establishment are explained and analyzed. From the experimental implementation of the proposed scheme on a small scale BcN testbed, we verified that the proposed architecture is applicable for the realtime multimedia service provisioning. We analyze the network performance and QoS parameters in detail.

  • The transformer role is very important in power system operation and control; also its price is very expensive. Therefore many kinds of the efforts for transformer protection have been executed. So for as, current differential relay(87) has been mainly used for transformer protection. But current differential relaying method has several troubles as followings. Differential current can be occurred by transformers inrush current between winding1 and winding2 of transformer when transformer is initially energized. Also harmonic restrained element used in current differential relaying method is one of the causes of relays mal-operation because recently harmonics in power system gradually increase by power switching devices(SVC, FACTS, DSC, etc). Therefore many kinds of effort have been executed to solve the trouble of current differential relay and one of them is method using ratio of increment of flux linkages(RIFL) of the primary and secondary windings. This paper introduces a novel protective relay for power transformers using RIFL of the primary and secondary windings. Novel protective relay successfully discriminates between transformer internal faults and normal operation conditions including inrush and this paper includes real time test results using RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulator) for novel protective relay. A novel protective relay was designed using the TMS320C32 digital signal processor and consisted of DSP module. A/D converter module, DI/DO module, MMI interface module and LCD display module and developed by Xelpower co., Ltd.

  • By a tremendous expansion of Internet users, there's a number effects that cause the phenomenon of bottlenecked switching packets from routers. In order to tear down this problem, distributed system is applicable to almost every highly performed router systems. The main processor of distributed system, which manages routing table, commands IPC to delivering the forwarding table line processor that eases functionalities of the router. This makes the system having wired-speed forwarding function based on the hardware so that the performance of the network can be enhanced. Therefore, IPC, which assign a part of router, is necessary to exchange data smoothly and the constitution of IPC using Ethernet is widely adapted as a method for saving investment. In this paper, R-IPC mechanism improve the packet-processing rate over 10% through changed from defect of conventional Ethernet IPC, that is, 2 layer processing to TCP/IP or UDP/ IP into 1 layer processing for efficient packet forwarding.
