This study is aimed to define and classify GREEN TOURISM (GT) resources as the basis for rural sustainable development, and to analyze the current conditions of GT and applicable resources in Korea. For these purposes, a field survey about 24 rural villages in Japan and Korea is applied, accompanied by a questionnaire survey of 30 specialists, as well as a literature review. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The concept of GT has 3 important points: interchange between rural and urban residents, staying in villages, and residents' participation. GT resource are divided into 4 types: Agricultural, Ecological, Historical and Living resources in a space and activity program. In addition, the GT resources in Japan are more quantitatively abundant than in Korea, but Korean agricultural and ecological resources were more abundant relatively. According to the several methods above, 18 space and 14 activity programs were classified. Lastly, this study analyzed the applicable 32 Korean resources using the specialists' questionnaire survey. Among the space resources, ecological landscape, farm produce, farm-land, water, and historical landscape have higher applicability, but the applicability of sports, event, commemoration, and divine space are lower. Among the activity programs, farm produce, animal, plant, food&beverage, and living appliance have higher applicability.

Purpose: The purpose of the research is to find difficulty levels of LEED credits in each LEED level based on credits achievement in order to find important of LEED-HC credits to gain LEED-HC. Methods: The individual credits of LEED-HC v.2009 scorecards from USGBC website are analyzed. With achieved scores rate of LEED credits per each Level, all credits are reassembled in 4 different ranges (A~D); easy (A), easy-moderate (B), moderate-hard (C) and hard (D) to achieve scores. Results: 1) Achieved point rate in LEED-HC specific credits are low. These credits need to be reviewed carefully. 2) In 88 projects, 37 projects are gained Silver level which is more than projects in certification level. In order to encourage to gain LEED-HC level, Average Achieved rate to earn Certificate level needs to be risen. 3) Credits in range D rarely affect to gain platinum level. EAc1 (24 points) are critical to gain Silver and Gold level. However, EAc1 points are not effective to achieve Certificate level. Implications: This research will provide a fundamental back data to set up Korean Green building rating system for Healthcare.
Purpose: The concept of the Barrier-Free Design has steadily expanded into a basic principle of design, which can provide safe and convenient lives not only limited to the disables, elders, and pregnant women, but also to all members of the society. This is what we now know as the Universal Design. In other words, Barrier-Free Design for all is Architectural Approach of Universal Design. Integration is intended to create and manage an integrated environment instead of an individual and one-time approach to installation and maintenance of convenience facilities. Second, It is a flexible characteristic to be sustainable. In other words, they aim to be selectable to respond to change. Third, It is a characteristic of accumulation of outstanding cases. This means that not only individual schools but also entire school spaces will be applied to Universal Design to form a virtuous circle of environment improvement. Implications: The results of this study may serve as a basic concept in the design of school buildings.

This study reviewed detailed main issues of painting work and propose relevant systems and standards. In this analysis, the main issues are categorized into pre-works, main work, and others. The most recent cases are compared and analyzed for each issue. After the analysis, following conclusions are obtained, (1) In defect lawsuit system, even though surface treatment work in pre-work step is part of main work, it has been separated and regarded as a separate work. (2) Although the main painting work are not significantly different from two systems, it is still necessary to achieve a consensus to close the gap in the methodology of painting area calculation and determining whole painting or partial painting. (3) In addition, unlike the profit rate of general construction works, that of painting work remained the maximum rate and additional charge rate for works carried out in higher place are different among cases. Therefore, it is determined that establishing consistent standards is urgent.
