A fundamental concepts of business environment changes and the importance of stakeholder's value creation is changing in the business. This study ISO9004: 2009 quality management system of Category 5: Strategy and Policy, Category 10: improvement, innovation and learning (Note) SBK target was to develop a model that is the company's sustained success. Three concepts of the new revision of ISO9004" in response to environmental changes," "learning", "innovation" (Note) SBK applied to the project settings and talent establish long-term vision was to establish the process as the organization's learning content was TDR for the creation of exceptional and innovative programs were introduced. As a result, (Note) SBK three years of continuous business performance indicator has grown dramatically to more than 50% continued success is going to create business models. But 100 years to accomplish the vision, ISO9004 model needs to extends the entire category as a management system to achieve the optimization needed.

In order to alleviate the environmental pressure caused by production process of thermal power plants, the application of cleaner production is imperative. To estimate the implementation effects of cleaner production in thermal plants and optimize the strategy duly, it is of great significance to take a comprehensive evaluation for sustainable development. In this paper, a hybrid model that integrated the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) algorithm optimized by grid search (GS) algorithm is proposed. Based on the establishment of the evaluation index system, AHP is employed to pre-process the data and GS is introduced to optimize the parameters in LSSVM, which can avoid the randomness and inaccuracy of parameters' setting. The results demonstrate that the combined model is able to be employed in the comprehensive evaluation of the cleaner production in the thermal power plants.

This paper evaluates the efficiency of mobile content firms through a hybrid approach combining data envelopment analysis (DEA) to analyze the relative efficiency and performance of firms and principal component analysis (PCA) to analyze data structures. We performed a DEA using the total amount of assets, operating costs, employees, and years in business as inputs, and revenue as output. We calculated fifteen combinations of DEA efficiency in the mobile content firms. We performed a PCA on the results of the fifteen DEA models, dividing the mobile content firms into those having either 'asset-oriented' or 'manpower and experience-oriented' efficiency. Discriminant analysis was used to validate the relationship between the efficiency models and mobile content types. This paper contributes toward the construction of a framework that combines the DEA and PCA approaches in mobile content firms for use in comprehensive measurements. Such a framework has the potential to present major factors of efficiency for sustainable management in mobile content firms and to aid in planning mobile content industry policies.

The present age demands a change in attitude based on a differentiated life value from city. It will provide to a fundamental solution for the gap of living level in the farming and fishing communities and recreate distinguishing comfortable communities. The purpose of this study was to deduct the formation characteristics of the townscape of Korean slow city according to analyze resources and structure of landscape. Planning of slow city's townscape is a process of imagification of filtrate unique meaning. The glob share synchronic unique values by slow city's network. Therefore instead of putting emphasis on promoting tourist business for short-term revenue, it will be under control to raise the standard of living and to be not forfeited and diluted the rights for sustainable slow city's status. Participation of resident needs in this process. Accordingly it need a strategy of landscape formation design and a interdepartmental practice system for a continuous slow city's image by renewal of disharmonious townscape in the built-up area.

The idea that city culture can be employed as a driver for urban development has become part of the new orthodoxy by which cities seek to enhance their competitive position. Such development reflect not only the rise to prominence of the cultural sphere in the city development, but also how the meaning of culture has been refined to include new uses in order to meet the main objectives of sustainable development. This study focuses on the procedure how the cultural infrastructure and historical context can be applied for urban regeneration strategy. Two successful cases (Bilbao, Spain and Yokohama, Japan) were selected for analysis of strategies as a whole, background, main characteristics of culture-led urban regeneration strategies and their effect for urban regeneration have been analyzed in detail. In conclusion, lessons for the future development were suggested in terms of resources, planning and linking strategies.

In 2004, a department of engineering education was established at Virginia Tech and Purdue university in the United States. Innovation of engineering education for improving the quality of engineering college education has been progressing. Content of subject of engineering exploration was developed newly for engineering college freshmen. And, effect of a sustainable energy design project on academic achievement for engineering freshmen at Virginia Tech in 2006 was researched. The project was performed throughout a 6 weeks period with one by 50 minutes lecture by professor and one 90 minutes workshop by TAs (Teaching Assistants) every week. To analyze the data, statistical package SPSS (ver. 15.0) was used. In responses to an open-ended question about freshmen students' perceptions of their improvement in design skills, the 3 most identified skills were teamwork, design process, knowledge. In, Korea, an innovation relating to engineering curriculum, facility, instructional strategy and so on will be required.

Companies always competing with rivals in global market ought to cope with various kinds of crises coming from substitutes, new technologies, changing consumer tastes, and government regulations, etc. In this sense, it is highly required that companies should always remain well-prepared for crisis management. Nevertheless, many companies still lack detailed and well-guided strategies about how to handle crisis. This study proposes a case study to propose an effective crisis management by using knowledge management. Cases analyzed by this study are concerned with Daewoo International Corporation (http://www.daewoo.com) and Decoline (http://www.decoline.co.kr) where crises have been successfully overcome by using effective knowledge management strategies, and company performance reached sustainable level.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to assess the empirical evidence that shows blockchain technology has been a significant contributor to the growth of maritime transport in the shipping industry. Design/methodology/approach - Employing a generalized linear model using data from 2010 to 2019, this paper presents empirical evidence to demonstrate the positive impact of the adoption of blockchain technology on the maritime transport industry. Findings - Results from Granger causality tests confirm that there is a positive unidirectional causality from blockchain technology to maritime transport. This paper also demonstrates the positive effects of information technology (IT) and GDP growth on maritime transport. On the other hand, maritime transport is negatively influenced by the tax burden. Research implications or Originality - The results of this paper suggest a potential sustainable development strategy for the maritime transport industry involving the redirection of economic resources toward blockchain technology. Adopting other forms of IT and reducing the tax burden are also useful strategies for the development of the industry.

Family businesses play a significant role in the overall economy of all countries, and the importance and weight of family businesses are increasing in various fields. Many factors are essential for a family business to grow into a long-lived business, that is, a sustainable business, but the most important one is succession. TRUST Lab at Hanyang University studied the importance of factors influencing the succession of the family business from the standpoint of the successor. As a result, it was confirmed that mutual trust is the most crucial factor, and conflict can destroy that trust. Therefore, in this study, we research conflict as a central topic for successful succession, which is the most fundamental reason for family businesses. This study was conducted as a qualitative research case study. By setting criteria suitable for the purpose of the study, we conducted interviews with ten successors who either worked or planned to work in a family-related company. Through this study, conflict management of key players is the most important to achieve a continuous succession of family businesses.

Sustainable development is the main stream of urban development in 21st century. Also, in contemporary cultural space, it is the pivotal paradigm that the development of culture complex and mixture of cultural space, educational facilities, information technology and public space. So, the purpose of this paper lies in presentation for building culture complex belt for innovation city. For this purpose, this paper has reviewed the developmental trend of cultural facilities, has analyzed cultural environment of Naju city, has set the vision and the strategy for Naju innovation city up, and finally has suggested and planned the method of culture complex belt for sustainable new town development.
