Considering the need for a clothing product design strategy for the sustainable growth of outdoor brands, this study analyzed an outdoor consumer survey applying selected sustainable elements, reflected the results in design planning, suggested prototypes, and presented a design strategy. The consumer survey was conducted from July 19 to July 25, 2022, and 216 respondents were used for analysis. As a result of the outdoor consumer survey analysis of selected sustainable elements, the most preferred outdoor design concept involved the keywords 'zero waste' and 'transformable design' from a sustainable economic perspective. An outer jacket design was then created focusing on these two keywords and a prototype was produced. The SCD (sustainability, consumer, designer) design strategy was presented as a strategy for sustainable growth of outdoor brands, and the key factors of this strategy are as follows: (a) application of sustainable design elements, (b) reflection of consumer opinions on sustainability, (c) designers' sustainable mindset and decisions.

Purpose of this paper is to review series of Limits to Growth studies from its original Rome Club Report published in 1972 to the most recent one in 2012 by Jorgen Randers and finds its implications on concept and strategy of sustainable development. For this purpose first, this paper reviewed series of Limits to Growth studies in details with focus on scenarios used in simulation of world model. Second, response to the original Limit to Growth was reviewed and to see validity of its scenario based simulations, simulated results of interest variables and actual historical data up to the year 2010 was compared. Third, structure and key arguments in both studies, Limit to Growth studies and Our Common Future was explained and compared. Finally, implications of the Limit to Growth studies on concept and strategy for sustainable development was discussed. Based on the comparison, this paper argued that even if the term sustainable development was not used in the Limit to Growth at all, concept and strategies for sustainable development implied in the Limit to Growth are more clear and specific than those of Our Common Future. Since Limit to Growth studies were simulation based ones that produce detailed behaviors on interest variables, it clarifies more clearly the abstract concept of sustainable development and thus, provides specific guidelines for the direction of sustainable policy which has been suffering long from vagueness of concept of sustainable development.

The purpose of this study is to conduct classroom-friendly learning activity for sustainable development and to find out the learner's understanding level of experiences on sustainable development. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, classroom-friendly learning activity for sustainable development which is focused on the sustainable flea market is concerned about enhancing learner's understanding sustainable development. It could be emphasized a viewpoint of sustainable development, and a possibility of expanding learner's experience in dealing with sustainable development. Second, this study shows also a application of the teaching & learning strategy for classroom-friendly learning for sustainable development. Three different group of pre-service teachers were participated in sustainable flea marker activity. It is considered to make the student be able to catch up core knowledge and value of sustainable development during the classroom-friendly learning activity. In conclusion, this research asserts that classroom-friendly learning activity for sustainable development could make students improve the knowledge and value of sustainable development. It is emphasized to advance education for sustainable development as a new teaching & learning strategy.

Recently, project activity on environmental education has been overwhelmingly presented that is considered as a key learning & teaching strategy in Korea. This Study finds that Environmental project activity requires consideration of project-based Learning for sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to conduct project-based learning for eco-campus which is focused on sustainable development and to find out the learner's understanding sustainable development. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, project-based learning for sustainable development is concerned about enhancing learner's understanding sustainable development. It can be emphasized a viewpoint of sustainable way, a way of educational approach, and a possibility of expanding learner's experience in dealing with sustainable development. Second, this study showed also a results of application about project-based learning for eco-campus. Twenty three pre-service teachers conducted six different eco-campus projects. It is considered to make the student be able to catch up core knowledge and apply it during the project activity. In conclusion, this research asserts that project-based learning on sustainable development is needed to make students see the knowledge and value of sustainable development. It is considered to advance education for sustainable development as a new teaching & learning strategy.

With the rapid development of both ubiquitous computing and the mobile internet, big data technology is gradually penetrating into various applications, such as smart traffic, smart city, and smart medical. In particular, smart medical, which is one core part of a smart city, is changing the medical structure. Specifically, it is improving treatment planning for various diseases. Since multiple treatment plans generated from smart medical have their own unique treatment costs, pollution effects, side-effects for patients, and so on, determining a sustainable strategy for treatment planning is becoming very critical in smart medical. From the sustainable point of view, this paper first presents a three-dimensional evaluation model for representing the raw medical data and then proposes a sustainable strategy for treatment planning based on the representation model. Finally, a case study on treatment planning for the group of "computer autism" patients is then presented for demonstrating the feasibility and usability of the proposed strategy.

ESG is the hottest topic in recent business management or business administration. In particular, with the release of the IPCC's 6th comprehensive report in 2023, environmental issues have been further raised around the world, and ESG management for sustainable and permanent companies is accelerating by improving social and governance structures, including the environment, and thereby enhancing corporate value. This case study is analyzed based on the theory of sustainable growth, creating shared value, and corporate social responsibility. This study focuses on the case of Samsung Biologics, which is pursuing sustainable growth and management through ESG management. Samsung Biologics is the first Korean company to win the "Terra Carta Seal" award, part of a sustainable market initiative to respond to climate change, and externally, it has acquired the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, acquired the KCGS ESG comprehensive evaluation A grade, acquired the CDP B grade, and acquired the EcoVadis Gold grade. It has joined the Sustainable Market Initiative launched by King Charles III since the World Economic Forum in 2020 to chair the Supply Chain. It has joined RE100, TCFD, and UN Global Compact to lead sustainable management through ESG activities. Therefore, we would like to take a practical approach to ESG management strategies for sustainable growth through the example of this company.

This research examined the effect of KHD Leadership toward Sustainable Shareholder Value and mediated by IT & Business Strategy Alignement and Integrated Supply Chain Management. Therefore, with this research, it is expected to be able to develop the KHD Leadership in State-owned enterprises' (SOEs) Indonesian. The population in this study were all echelon 1, 2, and 3 employees in the PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, PT Pupuk Petrokimia Gresik, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, as many as N = 1002 people. The appropriate sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling (n=300 employees). The statistical analysis used is SEM-WarpPLS method. IT & Business Strategy Alignement and Integrated Supply Chain Management significant and positive on Sustainable Shareholder Value. IT & Business Strategy Alignment and IT Integrated Suppy Chain Management is a mediating variable between the influence of KHD Leadership on Sustainable Shareholder Value. Novelty in this research is the development of Ki Hadjar Dewantara Leadership as the development of the concept of Javanese leadership that grows inherent in Indonesian society, especially Javanese society and is believed to be applicable in business and industrial organizations in Indonesia, of course it can also be implemented in Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company.

This study verifies whether the sustainable tax strategy provides unique information on earnings persistence and brings about the difference of value relevance of accounting information. Sustainability is measured by the 5-year coefficient of variation in cash ETR, such as in McGuire et al.(2013), which measures variability in long-term performance of tax avoidance. The value relevance of accounting information in this study is modified by the Ohlson model(1995), which explains the value of the firm by using accounting information such as net assets and net income and other non-accounting information. The samples of this study are the firms listed on the securities market from 2004 to 2015 and the final samples are 3,133 firm-year. The results of this empirical analysis show that the value relevance of accounting information increases as firms have long-term and sustainable tax strategies. Most of the prior studies on tax strategies have examined the tax minimization strategy that minimizes the tax cost. However, this study is different in that the sustainability of the tax strategy affects the value relevance of accounting information. The results of this study will be useful for the users to make decision using the value relevance of accounting information.
