The purpose of this study was to meta-analyze and compare the effect sizes of socioeconomic status and psychosocial factors on self-rated health among older adults. Also, to examine whether those effect sizes had been affected by certain moderator like gender through meta-regression analysis was attempted. A total of 487 effect sizes computed from 80 studies published in Korea before 2013 were analysed. The results of this research were as follows. Firstly, spousal support had the largest effects, followed by income, educational level, occupation, support of children, assets, non-family support, family support and social activities. Secondly, while the positive effect of non-family support on self-rated health increased for women than men, the positive effect of income decreased. The findings suggest the following; The importance of spousal support should be recognized for later life's health and the health support for those who had been bereaved must come first. Income security policies and non-family support for elderly women must be strengthened.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediation effect of social support in the influence of anxiety over aging of the elderly group on successful aging. The results of analyses are as follows: First, as anxiety over aging of the elderly group increased, the successful aging decreased. Second, in the relationship between anxiety over aging of the elderly group and social support, the social support decreased as anxiety over aging increased. Third, in the relationship between social support and successful aging, an increase of social support led to an increase in successful aging. Fourth, Old man in relationship to and successful aging of ageing in the social support mediated effect parts of their identified. Thus, this study suggests measures to decrease the anxiety over aging of the elderly group for the successful aging and proposals for the further studies in an aging society.

The purpose of this study is to present segmentation strategies by analyzing SMEs' perceptions of SME support program. That's why we used the research report of the NST(National Research Council of Science & Technology), which is advanced cooperation way between GRIs and SMEs based on market demand. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a difference in the demand for the SME support program depending on the type of cooperation and the cooperation experience with GRIs. This implies that a differentiated support strategy is required for the establishment of successful partnership between GRIs and SMEs. The result of this study suggests the direction of open collaborative ecosystem formation in the future based on the support strategies of each cluster. And it is expected to help SMEs improve the competitiveness and efficiency of support through effective customization support do.

This study also examined the influence of academic stress on major satisfaction of college students and the influence of self-efficacy and social support. The subjects of this study were 320 students attending K university in B city. The 295 questionnaires were collected and 291 questionnaires were finally analyzed except for 4 questionnaires that were insufficient. Major satisfaction had a statistically significant negative correlation with academic stress, and major satisfaction had a statistically significant positive correlation with self-efficacy. Also, major satisfaction had a statistically significant positive correlation with social support. Finally, as a result of examining the effects of each factor, academic stress, self-efficacy, and social support had a significant effect on major satisfaction except for informational support in social support. In order to increase the satisfaction of college students, it is necessary to study the factors that can lower academic stress and develop the program accordingly. It is necessary to develop educational methods and programs that can increase self-efficacy and social support. This is considered to have a positive effect on the satisfaction of college students.

This study was conducted to find a method of improving social support in college students by analyzing the effects of interpersonal sensitivity and social support on college life satisfaction. To achieve the purpose of the study, questionnaires were distributed to 475 students in six colleges located in Busan Metropolitan City and the collected data were used for analysis. Then, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistic program. The major study findings are as follows. First, interpersonal sensitivity negatively influenced social support. Second, interpersonal sensitivity negatively influenced college life satisfaction. Third, social support positively influenced college life satisfaction. Fourth, social support had a mediating effect in the influence of interpersonal sensitivity on college life satisfaction. These study findings demonstrate that there is a need to develop a psychological counseling program for reducing interpersonal sensitivity of college students and improving social support and expand an interpersonal relationship and family relationship improvement program.

The achievement of the long-term relationship is commonly executed by a salesperson that is eventually very crucial to enhance the customer retention in the insurance industry. It indicates there is an urgency to improve the competence of salesperson and organization support to build and maintain bonds of long-lasting loyalty with the individual customers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of planner's competency and organizational support on sales performance, and to verify empirically whether MDRT goal orientation mediating role between competency, organizational support and sales performance. The results of this research are as follows: firstly, product and customer competence, digital competence, network competence positively affect sales performance. Secondly, sales support positively affect sales performance. Thirdly, meditating effect of MDRT goal orientation were significant found between the planner's competency and sales performance. Moreover, in the relationship between sales support and sales performance, MDRT goal orientation have a fully mediated effect. This means customer management through excellent competency, organization support to insurance trend change, and competence development through MDRT goal orientation positively affect sales performance.

This study is to investigate the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between acculturative stress and mental health of multicultural youth. The results of the study were as follows: 1.573 of the 4th(middle 1) to 6th(middle 3) of the multicultural youth panel were analyzed by AMOS 22.0. First, the acculturation stress of multicultural youths had a positive effect on mental health. Second, acculturation stress of multicultural youths had a negative effect on social support. Third, social support of multicultural youths had a negative effect on mental health. Fourth, social support of multicultural youths had a mediating effect on the effect of acculturation stress on mental health. This result shows that the stress of multicultural youths in the process of adapting to the dual culture negatively affects social support, and this social support has a positive effect on the mental health of multicultural youths.

This study examined the effects of preschool teachers' social support and mindfulness on job exhaustion. The study subjects were 138 preschool teachers in OO city. As an analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and multiple regression analysis was performed on the causal relationship between the variables. An examination of the effect of social support on preschool teachers on job exhaustion found that the material support factor, a sub-factor of social support, had a negative effect (-) on job exhaustion. Second, the sub-factors of mindfulness, decentered attention, and present awareness had a significant negative effect on job exhaustion. A higher the current awareness, the decentered attention of mindfulness, and the material support factor of social support perceived by preschool teachers indicated lower job exhaustion. These results provide the basic data for the preparation of measures for reducing job exhaustion of preschool teachers.

In this era of convergence, which is characterized by the integration and combination of technology and industries, broadcasting and communications, offline and online, and devices and services, the content industry is also experiencing rapid changes including inter-genre exchange, the creation of new industries, and customized demand. Specifically, IT-based digital content industries such as the online game, e-book, mobile contents and web portal industries are no longer restricted to the boundaries of video, music and games but are being expanded into the realms of education, medicine, fashion and sports thanks to CT innovation of 3D, CG, AR/VR, VFX, etc. As such, various countries have come to recognize the convergent content industry as a new growth engine that will pick up where the IT industry left off, and are forming policies for its development accordingly. This research aims to optimize the system of content taxonomy which is currently genre-focused and unable to support technological development and convergence, and to discover and select star contents to be rigorously developed with governmental support. In this paper, 20 star contents in 8 areas were selected, and these are expected to create tremendous cultural and economic value through ongoing technological and industrial development.

With the development of virtual reality (VR)-related technology and the advent of the 5G era, VR-based streaming games or content have been developed and transmitted at high speed. Although VR technology is also being applied in education, health care, manufacturing, and production fields, its main application is for entertainment. VR technology has been developed based on hardware and various contents have been developed accordingly; however, the number of VR content with high entertainment value is insufficient, and there are primarily hands-on contents. In this paper, we propose a method for developing an writing tool that can enhance the productivity in the development and editing of VR content and create VR contents based on a timeline by reflecting the storytelling rather than by a simple empirical type to solve the bias in content style. The proposed VR content writing tool is expected to increase the productivity in VR content development and contribute to the creation of various styles of content. Its implementation can enable developers to create specific stories in a timeline and support several animation effects.
