본 연구의 목적은 최근 10년간 일본의 5대 종합상사의 경영활동과 경영성과에 대한 데이터를 이용하여, 에너지 자원사업에서 나타난 경영성과의 의의 그리고 에너지 자원사업에 있어서의 국제물류기능에 대한 고찰을 수행하는 것이다. 연구내용으로는 선행연구 분석, 종합상사의 경영성과 분석, 에너지 자원사업의 국제물류기능에 대한 분석으로 구성된다. 분석방법으로는 회계 및 재무 데이터에 대한 통계적 분석과 조직분석, 사례분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 일본 종합상사가 2000년대 10년간 에너지 자원사업에서 성공적으로 높은 매출 성장과 순이익을 달성한 사실을 밝힌다. 종합상사의 에너지 자원사업부문의 성공은 자원보유국에 대한 적극적 개발권익 확보와 국내외 관련회사에 대한 장기적 투자, 관련회사간의 공급연쇄체계 구축이라는 기업노력에서 성공 이유를 찾을 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구는 에너지 자원사업의 수직적 통합에서 국제물류기능의 중요성을 재인식하고 국제물류의 사업투자에 힘을 쏟는 종합상사의 역할을 설명하고자 하였다. 종합상사는 에너지 자원사업의 하류영역에서 상류영역에 이르는 비즈니스를 유기적으로 조직화하여 왔고, 최근 중류영역에서도 종합상사의 조직화기능, 투자사업기능, 정보 분석 및 제공기능을 충분히 발휘하고 있다. 종합상사의 국제물류기능의 강화는 에너지 자원의 생산, 물류, 유통판매에 이르는 비용을 통제할 수 있어 상품의 가격과 품질의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 도움을 줄 것이다.

To meet the needs of the information age, the Korean government has placed a high priority in building the IT -capable workforce. Though a sizable financial resource was committed in implementing the policy, its effectiveness was not examined yet. The policy for the workforce development should be assessed continuously so that any misdirections are detected and redressed. The present study addresses four potential problems that would not allow the government to switch from a quantity-based policy to a quality-based policy. These are ① Korean universities' labor supply chain. ② moral hazard problems. ③ financial capacity of students, ④ horizontal policy orientation. The paper also proposes solutions to the mentioned problems. The government should foster an environment in which provide the concerned parties(universities. private institutions. students. etc,) with incentives to participate actively and promote the market principle of labor supply and demand. Such an ex-ante approach is believed to improve the system's efficiency compared to the extant approach based on ex-post KPI figures. If the four issues are not redressed. the market failure is likely to occur. The government should not make direct involvement in developing manpower, but rather be a linchpin to pull all concerned parties together. By doing so. the government should be able to fill the gap among parties in the system. One government role would be like defining workforce categories and promoting their career paths. Such role will also trigger universities and private institutions to pursue differential strategies along the supply chain of a particular workforce type.

최근의 건축공사는 고층화되어 가는 추세이며 원가절감과 공기단축, 생산성 향상 등이 요구되고 건설자동화의 도입을 통한 총생애자동화시스템의 도입이 시급히 요구되는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 초고층 빌딩 건축에 주로 사용되는 커튼월 공법과 제조업에서의 SCM기법, 최신의 RFID기법을 이용하여 초고층 건축물 커튼월의 자동화 관리시스템을 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. SCM기법이란 생산에서 판매에 이르는 전단계의 과정을 연결, 관리하는 것을 의미하고 커튼월은 빌딩 건축에서 골조공사의 공기단축과 단순화를 위해 가장 많이 활용되는 건식공법으로 건설공사에서 가장 제조업에 가까운 형태의 공사로 볼 수 있다. 또한 RFID는 SCM의 구현방법으로 자재의 흐름과 생산프로세스, 그리고 정보관리 시스템의 도구로 사용되며 이들을 활용한 총생애자동화시스템은 생산과정 뿐만 아니라 사후관리 과정에도 효율적이며 높은 생산성과 경제성 향상에 기여한 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 글로벌 리딩 기업의 공급사슬관리(SCM)가 프로젝트 관리자(PM)의 역량과 지속가능 성과공유에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖는다. 연구방법은 설문지에 의한 실증조사방법으로 조사 후 통계분석 방법을 통해 수행하였다. 연구대상은 SCM 기업의 PM 426명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 글로벌 리딩 기업에서의 SCM의 몰입과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 PM의 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 PM역량이 촉진되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 신뢰구축과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 지속가능성과 성과공유가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 유용성을 지지해 주었다. 반면 정보공유와 신뢰구축은 PM의 역량을 높이는데 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타내 기각되었다. 이는 SCM에서 단순구성원의 정보공유나 신뢰구축만으로는 PM의 역량을 높이는데 큰 도움이 되지 않음을 의미한다. 즉, 글로벌 리딩 기업에서의 SCM은 몰입과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 PM의 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 PM역량이 촉진되고 또한, 신뢰구축과 비전 및 목표공유가 높을수록 지속가능성과 성과공유가 높아지는 것으로 나타나 이들 변수의 유용성을 지지해 주었다. 반면 정보공유와 신뢰구축은 PM의 역량을 높이는데 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나 기각돼 이는, SCM에서 단순구성원의 정보공유나 신뢰구축만으로는 PM의 역량을 높이는데 큰 도움이 되지 않음을 의미한다.

As environmental concerns continue to grow, green supply chain management (GSCM) is attracting attention as an element of competitive advantage for companies. This study examined internal GSCM practices to show how they influenced the end-point of the supply chain from the perspective of the end-consumer. It identified the effects of environmental concerns on consumer purchasing behavior mediated by the company image of internal GSCM practices. Data were collected through an email survey of Korean consumers. Reliability and validity were verified using SPSS 18.0. Cronbach's alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that environmental concerns had a positive impact on such practices, and the image of internal GSCM practices was found to have a significantly positive effect on consumer purchasing behavior. Companies will have to actively reflect environmental factors in their operational activities, and GSCM implementation will become a necessity. A positive image of internal environmental management and eco-design, which are key elements of internal GSCM practices, strengthened the company's eco-friendly image and ultimately affected consumer purchasing behavior. This suggests that it is important for companies to evaluate their environmental attitude and make eco-friendly products from a consumer's perspective, making it a differentiation strategy for a company in building an eco-friendly corporate image.

The today many companies are tilting to enjoy the dominant position in the globalization of global market. The past business management is focus on the price and quality, but many companies are doing our utmost for customer satisfaction of various needs of customers. Therefore, The efficient logistics management is a core element in the competitiveness of company that respond more quickly and effectively to market. Now, The companies are building an integrated SCM(Supply Chain Management) system that is able to manage and operate procurement, production, distribution & logistics activity. Among the IT infra, The RFID technique is received special attention for this successful SCM System, continuously it is being researched and developed. Also, they recognize RFID techniques that offer various services at supply chain flow, create value of company. This study propose implications in other industry for biz model development and direction based on RFID in many industry through case study for development of the distribution logistics information system on using RFID.

Recently, securing stable supply of fresh food is deemed as one of the important tasks. Accordingly, now the presence of cold chain along with the needs of a comfortable and healthy life is growing as the online market expands and the contactless industry grows, however, cold chain is being studied only in the aspect of ground and sea transportation. And, due to global warming and strengthening global environmental regulations, we believe that it is necessary to convert the existing road-centered logistics system into a railway-centered logistics system, a low-carbon transportation means. Therefore, in this paper we calculated the maximum energy required by the reefer container as a basic research necessary for constructing the low temperature distribution and cold chain based on the reefer container railway, and conducted a study on methods of supplying the reefer container power utilizing 1. tramline, 2. battery, 3. generator. The results of this paper can be utilized as a foundational study for building a cold chain based on a reefer container dedicated to freight trains in the future.

본 연구의 목적은 세계 자동차 산업의 글로벌가치사슬을 살펴보고 한국 자동차산업이 세계적인 경쟁력을 확보하고 있는지 분석하고자 한다. 또한 한국의 대표적인 완성차업체인 현대자동차의 가치사슬을 살펴보고 사례를 통해 성공요인을 찾아보고자 한다. 현대자동차 공급사슬의 구축 과정을 살펴보고 공급사슬 구축이 현대자동차 성장에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 분석하고 부품기업들의 수직적 분업구조에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 한국 자동차산업은 기계 기술 중심에서 전자 통신기술을 중심으로 융 복합화가 추진되면서 이업종 간 교류가 확대되고 있다. 현대자동차는 국내 최초로 수직적 계열화를 도입하여 사업부문에서 원가절감 및 고가 자동차 생산으로 경쟁력을 확보하였고, 부품의 자체조달로 가격경쟁력의 우위를 확보했으며 공격적 경영 및 판매를 통해 국제경쟁력을 높여가고 있다. 현대자동차는 미국, 인도, 터키, 체코, 러시아, 브라질에 공장을 설립 운영하고 있다. 구조조정과 인수합병 등을 통해 현대모비스를 비롯하여 51개 계열회사를 운영하고 있으며 이를 중심으로 독자적인 수직적 분업구조를 구축하고 있다. 현대차는 해외 모듈기업에 대한 의존도를 극복하고 모비스를 중심으로 공급가치사슬을 유지하고 있다.

A Study on the Curtain Wall parts that appear to cause problems and to improve information exchange system by applying the model of SOA-based development directions are suggested. Availability of the IT industry than other industries that have closed in the field of construction such as SOA. IT systems for the compatibility of the information being sought may be applied. In the future adoption of SOA and Web service-based approach to information exchange with suppliers and improving the efficiency of information for the construction to cover the entire field of research will be conducted as a SOA system.

Today, the form of competition among companies quickly changes in new paradigm. In the past company activity was performed independently, but now dependently. With global age, that change is essential, the introduction of a system that integrates a series of courses is needed for the success of members. Nevertheless, those change are very slow in construction industry, that causes a lot of loss in project process. Construction industry produce structures with collaboration of other industries. There are difficulties that only one company make it, alone. In this trend, cooperation is essential. but the process of original brings a lot of loss From this perspective, this study will prove dependencies of construction industry. Draw out each factor from industrial cooperation, those analyze correlation with system dynamics. In conclusion, this study performs a basic research about 'Integrated Management System' of construction project.
