  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 비용 절감, 품질 향상, 수익성 및 유연성 향상 등에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 이를 통하여 기업의 운영과 재정, 경쟁력 등에 영향을 미치는 전략적으로 매우 중요한 의사결정인 공급업체 선정을 위한 평가 모형 및 평가방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 연구 대상 분야를 사무용품 및 사무기기 분야로 한정하여 사무용품 및 사무기기 공급업체 선정을 위한 평가요인을 1단계에서는 사무용품 및 사무기기 공급관련 요인, 제품관련 요인, 거래기업의 관리능력관련 요인으로 분류하고, 각 요인별로 세부요인을 설정하여 총 16개의 세부요인으로 분류하고, 각 요인별 상대적 중요도 산출을 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 평가 요인별 상대적 중요도는 AHP기법을 이용하여 도출하였으며, 본 모형의 실제적인 활용 가능성을 제시하기 위하여 사무용품 및 사무기기 공급업체에 대한 평가 요인별 만족도를 도출하여 요인별 상대적 중요도를 이용한 공급업체에 대한 만족도를 도출하는 평가모형을 제시하였다.

시장 거래의 요인으로서 게임엔진의 기술체제와 기술혁신 (Technological regime, innovation of game engine as market transaction factors)

  • 본 연구는 게임엔진 공급자의 기술체제와 기술혁신에 따른 Licensing 전략을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 게임엔진 공급자의 기술체제가 이질적으로 분화되고, 게임엔진의 기술체제가 이용자 친화적일수록 게임 개발기업(user)의 거래가 증가하였다. 게임엔진 공급자의 Licensing 전략을 결정하는 기술지식 변수로는 엔진 공급자의 기술체제의 이용자 친화성(User Friendliness)이 가장 설명력이 높다. 공급자의 엔진 구조의 모듈화, 게임엔진의 범용성, 암묵적(tacit) 기술지식의 명시화(cordifiablity), 게임엔진의 혁신정도가 클수록 엔진기술지식의 지원역량이 증가되고, 동시에 엔진기술의 거래 비용이 감소함에 따라 불완전한 게임기술시장에서 효율적인 시장거래가 이루어지고 있다.

공급자가 구축한 관계 특유적 무형자산의 보호수단으로서 협업의 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Role of Collaboration as Safeguard for Supplier's Relationship-specific Intangible Asset)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine whether suppliers are able to benefit by means of constructing a relationship-specific intangible asset and participating in collaboration with purchasers to actively maintain value created while mutually using inter-organizational information systems. To achieve the purpose of this study. 82 questionnaires have been analyzed from suppliers which are using electronic transactions through inter-organizational information systems. As a result, business process specificity and domain knowledge specificity, which are relationship-specific intangible assets, affect operational collaboration and strategic collaboration, which are classified by level of decision-making. Although both types of collaboration are needed to achieve both strategic and operational benefits, we find each collaboration to be uniquely promoted by a specific types of relationship-specific intangible asset. Operational collaboration is found to be an antecedent to operational benefit and strategic collaboration is found to be an antecedent to strategic benefits. No crossover between collaboration and supplier's benefits is found. Consequently, the result of this study shows collaboration is needed for domestic suppliers, which have relatively low levels of collaboration, to keep maintain relationship-specific intangible assets and to prevent the relationship termination cost when transactions have been stopped between supplier and purchaser. Also the results imply the supplier can have advantages by participating in collaboration.

비용을 고려한 신뢰성 샘플링검사 설계에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Failure Rate Sampling Plan Considering Cost)

  • This study considers the design of life test sampling inspection plans by attributes for failure rate level qualification at selected confidence level. The lifetime distribution of products is assumed to be exponential. MIL-STD-690C and KS C 6032 standards provide this procedures. But these procedures have some questions to apply in the field. The cost of test and confidence level($1-{\beta}$ risk) are the problem between supplier and user. So, we suggest that the optimal life test sampling inspection plans using expected cost model considering product cost, capability, environmental test cost, etc.

  • Up-to-date enlargement of the scale of global outsourcing has brought about the need of systematic and efficient tools for competitive supplier discovery located in various areas. A web-based business supporting system, referred to as Excellent Manufacturer Scouting System(EMSS), is being developed to serve core business functions including supplier discovery, negotiation, and collaboration between overseas buyers and domestic suppliers throughout the process of supply chain formation. In this paper, a supplier assessment model devoted to evaluation of core manufacturing capability is proposed by targeting small and medium sized mold companies. The assessment model will eventually be loaded to EMSS. Even if many well-designed models for supplier assessment have been presented in literature, most of them limit the evaluation criteria to somewhat general information on a given supplier, such as cost, delivery time, quality, rather than core manufacturing capability itself. This research is pioneering work on supplier assessment from the viewpoint of manufacturability. The proposed assessment model classifies assessment indices into six criteria, which have been drawn by intensive survey and analysis of the mold industry. Actual assessment indices for each criterion are also presented along with an exemplary evaluation result.

  • Owing to the current economic downturn, one of the most important goals of the organizations who are actively involved in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) is the cost efficiency. We focus on supplier firm's domain understanding to make the cost efficiency; therefore, we examine how the disadvantages from lower domain knowledges affect outsourcing performance moderated by outsourcing ratio and knowledge change environments. That is, if clients can endure disadvantage from service providers' lower domain knowledge, they can achieve cost efficiency by choosing lower domain knowledge suppliers with less expensive cost. To examine performance gap depending on the environments, we applied 'A Learning Model of IT Outsourcing' which is suggested by previous literature. As a result, we suggest five strategies for clients to contract with suppliers which have lower domain knowledge: (1) Prepare the strategy to endure disadvantages from the early stage. (2) Make the strategy depending on outsourcing ratio. (3) Knowledge transfer between organizations is important. (4) Make a short-term contract if they do not have good environments for organizational learning. (5) Client's knowledge change environments are more important than those of supplier's. Finally, we offer various implications for clients and suppliers in IT outsourcing.

연속적 근사법에 의한 물류시스템의 경쟁적 시간보장 의사결정 최적화에 관한 연구 (The Competitive Time Guarantee Decisions Via Continuous Approximation of Logistics Systems)

  • We show how a supplier can peg cost measures to the reliability of his time guarantees via the penalty costs considered in the framework. The framework also enables us to study the connections between the logistics network and the market. In this context, we show that even when the market base increases significantly, the supplier can still use the logistics network designed to satisfy lower demand density, with only a marginal reduction in profit. Finally we show how the framework is useful to evaluate and compare various logistics system improvement strategies. The supplier can then easily choose the improvement strategy that increases his profit with the minimal increase in his logistics costs.

  • The compatibility of the enterprises of Korea was the 'low cost and mass production'. That in because, the entire business transactions including production, accounting, personnel management, and logistics need to be integrated with a global perspective. Logistics information system is to support the management of such logistics activities and involves in a wide range of the business operations. In other words, the logistics information system is 0 accurately and rapidly deliver and process the information available for the logistics in order to promote more smoother and efficient logistics by using such information. I'll give a brief introduction to the SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) system and go into the problem that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

  • Today's environment of enterprise is changing. They have to face customers' demands with the right product, the right service and supply them at the right time. And aIso cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the Profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR for more production, and supply Inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

공급사슬에서의 위험공유 (Risk Sharing in a Supply Chain)

  • This paper suggests that the profit sharing contract can be Pareto optimal for both supplier and the purchaser. It is shown that Pareto optimal risk sharing contract can be obtained even though the decisions are made in a decentralized manner. The effect of risk attitude of the members of the supply chain is discussed. We examined various aspects of the risk sharing contract such as risk altitude, bargaining power, and cost of information system. The different risk attitude changes the optimal parameters and decision variables. Especially, we proved that, when both the supplier and the purchaser are risk averse, the purchaser orders less quantity than when the one is risk neutral and the other is risk averse. If the fixed cost for the information system is big enough to satisfy a certain condition, it is Pareto optimal not to share the profit and the purchaser takes all the risk even though he is risk averse.
