생육 개시 기준 질소비료 추비 시기가 이탈리안 라이그라스의 생육특성, 사료가치, 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Supplementary Nitrogen Fertilization Application Time according to Regrowth Date on Growth Characteristics, Feed Value, and Productivity of Italian Ryegrass)

  • 본 연구는 IRG의 재생시기 판별과 추비시기를 제시하기 위하여 2019년부터 2021년까지 천안지역에서 수행되었다. 이탈리안 라이그라스(IRG) 재생 시기를 판단하기 위하여 지상부로부터 3 cm 부위를 예취하고 1 cm가 재생되는 시점을 재생시기로 판단하였다. 재생시기는 2020년과 2021년 각각 2월 15일 2월 12일로 나타났다. 시험처리는 4처리로 무비구, 재생기 추비 시용구(IGP), 재생기 기준 10일 이후 추비 시용구(10GP), 재생기 기준 25일 이후 추비 시용구로 하였다. 재생기에서 2월 평균온도가 2020년보다 2021년에서 더 낮아 IRG의 재생 시기가 3일 더 늦었다. 추비시기에 따른 IRG의 평균초장은 IGP 처리구와 10DGP 처리구에서 가장 크게 나타났으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 평균 건물생산량은 추비시기가 늦어질수록 건물생산량은 점차적으로 감소 하였으며, 추비를 하지 않은 무비구는 IGP 대비 65.2 % 수준이었다. 평균 CP 함량은 무비구에서 가장 낮았고 추비시기가 늦어질수록 높아지는 경향이었다. 그러나 평균 NDF 함량 및 평균 ADF 함량은 처리간에 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다(p>0.05). 월동 후 이탈리안 라이그라스의 재생기에 추비를 하는 것이 건물생산량이 높았으며, 추비시기가 늦어짐에 따라 건물생산량이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 추비시기에 따라 이탈리안 라이그라스의 생산량이 영향을 받는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 기후변화에 대응하는 추비시기 설정에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

뱀장어용 배합사료의 적정 Cu와 Mn 첨가량에 관한 연구 (Quantitative Requirements of Copper and Manganese in Formulated Diets and Its Interrelation with Other Minerals in Young Eel)

  • 주요 단백질원이 북양어분(White fish meal)인 뱀장어용 배합사료에 각종 무기물질중 Co per와 Manganese에 대한 첨가 적양을 검토하기 위한 뱀장어 사육실험을 실시하였다. Cu 첨가 사육실험 결과, 5 $\mu$g/g 첨가구가 성장 및 사료효율이 가장 좋았고, 다소 비만도가 높은 결과를 보였다. 한편 가장 높은 농도인 20 $\mu$g/g 실험구에서 Cu에 의한 약해는 나타나지 않았으며, 무첨가구는 첨가 실험구보다 간 중양이 다소 낮은 경향을 보였다. 그리고 근육 및 간에서의 Cu 함양, 골격에서의 Al 함양은 사육중 Cu 함양에 비례하여 증가하며, 간에서의 Zn 함양은 반비례하였다. Mn 첨가 사육실험 결과, 20$\mu$g/g 첨가구에서 가장 종은 성장을 나타내었으며, 40$\mu$g/g 첨가구에서 사료효율이 가장 좋았다. 근육, 간 그리고 골격의 Mn 함양 및 간의 Cu 함양은 Mn 첨가양에 비례하여 증가하였다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때 북양어분을 주 단백질원으로 하는 뱀장어용 배합사료에 Cu 및 Mn의 적정 첨가양은 각각 5$\mu$g/g과 30$\mu$g/g 정도가 적합하다고 사료된다.

Re-Birth Design Analysis for Developing Sustainable Fashion Products

  • Sustainability in fashion cannot ignore fashion attributes required for the design of rapidly changing and innovative products. This study examines "Re-Birth Design" development and provides a means to apply academic and industry perspectives to the investigation of Re-Birth fashion product development. This study defines "Re-Birth Design" as stock that has been designed and launched through distribution channels, subsequently returned unused, then improved and reborn into a new product for redistribution. This study analyzed specific cases. We selected 100 designs for Re-Birth from 11 brands of "K" fashion company in Korea, to be successfully sold in 2014. These cases are used in the analysis and are categorized into design types. As a result of the analysis, "Re-Birth Design" had five levels: Level 1. Changes in supplementary materials such as adding or removing decoration, Level 2. Changes in patterns or materials (changes within the product), Level 3. Partial changes in design (leading to a new design), Level 4. Complete deconstruction and rebirth of the design, and Level 5. Complete deconstruction followed by the use of the design source for a new product that is not a garment. This study analyzed products owned by brands, as well as successful cases of Re-Birth designs that reused existing resources, reduced energy consumption, and increased environmental and economic efficiency by recreating new products that could be resold.

현행 수준별 수업 분석에 기초한 수준별 교육과정의 성공을 위한 처방 (A perspective on the 'Differentiated Curriculum'based on the results of implementing current 'differentiated classes' in mathematics)

  • Many schools of the secondary level have been recently carrying out 'differentiated class'based on ability grouping between classed(DC). They are usually consisted of three levels; high level available to enriched course, middle level, and low level available to supplemental course. Phrhaps, almost all of the schools might nave executed DC before 2000 year. To do this, a lots of teachers have to develop differentiated teaching and learning materials for themselves. But, these mateirals are usually consisted of differentiated mathematics not on 'content'but on 'items'. So, for the successful 7th differentiated curriculum, the issues such as teaching and learning methods, materials, and evaluation system should be considered in depth focused on DC. .Decide issues related to DC(for example, mathematical contents, methods, activities, class speed,extra)based not on teachers or experts but on students. .Differentiate teaching and learning mateirals according to DC and develop the materials(including guidelines, supplementary books, multimedia, extra) based not on mathematical items but on mathematical contents. .Introduce new mathematical concepts or laws using not only not only definition and explanation but also concrete examples or problems. .Suggest differentiated diverse projects related to mathematical subjects suitable to enhance students` thinking ability to each class. .Have students to develop projects successfully by collecting, representing, analyzing, and interpreting data through communications in a cooperative learning environment.

실내 포름알데히드 농도에 미치는 식물의 영향 (Plant Effects on Indoor Formaldehyde Concentration)

  • Formaldehyde is a typical indoor air pollutant that has numerous adverse health problems in modern living conditions. Phytoremediation that use plants to remove contaminants from polluted media can be applied to improve indoor air quality. Two sets of experiments; 1) two rooms in newly built auditorium and 2) a bed room in 2-year-old apartment; were performed to investigate plant effects on indoor formaldehyde concentration. It was observed from the experiments that plant can help decontaminating formaldehyde at low concentration level (0.1 ppm) but the effects decreased considerably at hish concentration (1ppm). The purification effects of indoor plant also showed the periodic pattern due to its physiological activity. More purification was observed as increasing plant density in the bed room but the formaldehyde concentration returned the original concentration level in two days after removing plants. It was suggested from the results that air purification using plants is an effective means of reduction on indoor formaldehyde level, though, reduction of source is highly desirable when the concentration level is high. The results also suggest that introducing supplementary purifying aids and/or efficient ventilation could be considered due to periodic removal pattern of plant.

  • 본 논문에서는 수준별 학습을 위한 웹 기반 교육도구를 설계 및 구현 하고자 하였다. 구현한 시스템의 구성은 크게 교사가 사용할 관리자 영역과 학생이 사용할 사용자 영역으로 나누어져 있다. 관리자 영역에서는 학습자의 학습을 도울 수 있도록 하기 위하여 단원별 강의안 등록, 수준별 평가문제의 출제 및 평가를 위한 기능을 제공한다 사용자인 학생은 누구나 사용자 등륵만 하면 사이버스쿨(Cyber shool)에 로긴(Login)하여 자신의 수준에 맞는 학습을 하고, 평가를 받을 수 있다 평가 후에는 즉시 자신의 점수를 확인하고 점수를 따른 보충학습, 또는 심화학습을 할 수 있다. 본 시스템에서는 학습자들에게 수준에 맞는 학습을 제공함으로써 학습의 흥미를 유도하고, 학업 성취도를 향상시키고자 하였다.

물가변동회계정보의 유용성에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Usefulness of Price - Level Change Accounting Information)

  • The author has intended to seek for the usefulness of price-level change accounting information through financial statements of general price level. The accounting information obtained from financial statements of general price level, must be useful to the reasonable judgment of financial statement users or to the economic decision making, This thesis may be summarized as follows : 1. Financial statements arranged by historical cost accompany many problems as accounting information. In other words, at the time of inflation, they have little usefulness as accounting information. 2. In order to correct the little usefulness of the financial statements arranged by historical cost, the author examined this matter centering around FASB statement No. 33. 3. The price level change accounting eliminates the contradiction of the accounting information obtained from the financial statements arranged by historical cost. 4. In the general price level change accounting, money value is presumed to change according to the level of general price and, then, the money value for goods must be revised. 5. In the general price level change accounting, the division between monetary items of asset and debt, and non-monetary items, is important. 6. The general price level change accounting based upon historical cost accounting, has objectivity as accounting information like the cost basis accounting and larger usefulness than the cost basis accounting. In conclusion, the price level change accounting increases its usefulness as accounting information and, therefore. (1) the information on the general price level change accounting is desirable to be disclosed as supplementary information for the traditional financial statements, and (2) the general price level change accounting should be induced to the listed Companies in Korea under continuing inflation for improving the usefulness of financial statements as accounting information.

포름알데히드로 오염된 실내공기의 정화에 미치는 식물효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Plant Effects on Decontamination of Polluted Indoor Air with Formaldehyde)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effect of plant as a botanical air purification on the indoor pollution by formaldehyde. Three indoor plants such as Dracaena marhginata, Spathiphyllum and Dracaena reflexa, were placed in the artificially contaminated reactor under laboratory condition. Both plant and soil effects on removal of formaldehyde from contaminated indoor air were observed. Reductions in the formaldehyde levels appeared to have been associated with soil medium factors as well as plant factors. The effect of soil on formaldehyde reduction was high in the early stage of the experiment and the results suggest that sorption could be more important factor than microbial degradation in the initial dissipation of contaminants in the soil. It was suggested that the effect of plant on formaldehyde reduction might be related to the plant species, total leaf surface area of plant, degree of contribution of soil medium, and exposed concentration level. The results of this study showed that air purification using plants is an effective means of reduction on indoor formaldehyde level, though, utilization of soil media with high sorption capacity and/or supplementary purifying aids were also suggested when the source is continuous or exposed concentration level is high.

한국인의 일상식이를 섭취하는 여대생들의 칼슘 대사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ca Metabolism of College Women eating Usual Korean Diet)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of calcium supplementation on calcium metabolism in seven healthy college women, aged from 19 to 21 years old. For this purpose, metabolic studies were conducted for two weeks. During the first week, the subjects ate experimental diet which nutrients composition was similar to their usual intake. And during the consecutive second week, they ate the same experimental diet supplemented with 500mg of calcium daily. The results were summarized as follows ; 1) Fecal excretion of calcium increased significantly (P<0.05), but urinary excretion of that did not show any change after supplementary intake of calcium. 2) Mean apparent calcium absorption was 28.5% and retention was 182mg/day when subjects ate the experimental diet without calcium supplementation. Calcium retention was significantly ate the experimental diet without calcium supplementation. Calcium retention was decreased to 24.1% by additional intake of calcium. 3) Phosphorus balance did not show any change after additional intake of calcium. 4) Serum calcium level was also not changed by additional intake of calcium. 5) Serum calcium level increased significantly(P<0.05) but serum phosphorus level did not show any change after additional intake of calcium. The above results showed that supplementation of 500mg calcium daily can be helpful to increase calcium retention as well as the peak bone mass in young women eating usual Korean diets.

케로신을 연료로 하는 10톤급 액체로켓엔진의 냉각 기구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cooling Mechanism in Liquid Rocket Engine of 10tf-thrust Level using Kerosene as a Fuel)

  • 케로신과 액체 산소를 추진제로 하며, 10톤을 설계 추력으로 하는 우주 발사체의 2단용 액 체로켓엔진의 재생 냉각 특성 에 대한 해석적 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 보조적인 냉각 방법으로서 노즐 확장부에는 대기로의 복사 방열에 의한 냉각을 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 케로신을 연료로 하는 10톤 추력의 2단용 액체로켓 엔진에서 재생 냉각과 복사 냉각에 의한 냉각 기구만으로는 냉각 방법으로 적합하지는 않다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 새로운 냉각 방법으로서 막냉각 기법이 도입되었으며, 액체로켓엔진의 열적 불안정성을 제거하는데 효과적인 냉각방법임을 알 수 있었다.
