초고층 건축물 리프트카 양중계획수립을 위한 자원기반의 양중부하 산정 모형 (A computation model for Resource-based Lifting loads of the lift-cars for super high-rise buildings)

  • 초고층 건축물은 일반적 건축물에 비해, 구조, 환경적 분야 뿐 아니라 시공 분야에서도 골조공사와 마감공사의 시공방법, 재료, 공사관리 등에서 차이점이 있다. 특히 초고층 건축물 시공에서 요구되는 다양한 관리기법 중 양중계획 및 관리는 핵심적인 분야이며, 건설공사에 필요한 인원 및 자재와 같은 자원을 리프트카와 같은 양중기계장비를 이용하여 효율적으로 수직이동하여야 한다. 그러나 리프트카의 경우 초기 수립된 계획과 실제 운영에 차이가 발생하는 경우가 많고 이러한 비효율성으로 인해 문제가 발생하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 양중작업에 사용되는 리프트카를 대상으로 건축마감공사의 자원물량에 근거한 양중부하 산정 방법 및 예측 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 그 결과 리프트카 운행시간 및 사이클타임을 계산하여 총 양중장비 가동시간 및 양중가능 물량을 산출할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 양중장비조합을 위한 의사결정 지원 모델 구축을 위한 연구로 발전시켜 나갈 것이다.

  • In this study, computer applied engineering(CAE) techniques are fully used to efficiently conduct structural and dynamic analyses of a huge composite rotor blade using super-element. Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is used to predict aerodynamic loads of the rotating wind-turbine blade. Structural vibration analysis is conducted based on the non-linear finite element method for composite laminates and multi-body dynamic simulation tools. Various numerical results are presented for comparison and the structural dynamic behaviors of the rotor blade are investigated herein.

  • In the design of super-tall towers, engineers often find the conventional frame systems used in countless buildings in the past decades incapable of providing the required form, performance and constructability demanded by super-tall heights. The strength of the diagrid as a structural system in high-rise towers is the total flexibility it affords the designer as an adaptable, efficient and buildable scheme. Using fundamental engineering principles combined with modern computational tools, designers can take minimum load path forms to create rationalized diagrid geometries to create optimized, highly efficient towers. The use of diagrid frames at SOM has evolved as a structural typology beginning with the large braced frames on the John Hancock Center and continued in modern applications proving to be a powerful system in meeting the demands of supertall buildings.

트러스근을 사용한 슈퍼데크 플레이트의 구조성능평가 (Structural Performance of Super-Deck Plate Slab System with Truss Type Bar)

  • This paper presents the results of an experimental research project on 7 Super Deck Plates with continuous or simple beam types. The test parameters included the distance of truss, depth of deck plate and the type of beam. The test results are as follows ; When thickness of deck plate was increased, maximum strength was improved When the distance of truss bar was reduced from 20cm to 15cm, the mean value of maximum load was increased to 1.21 times. Continuous beam shown superior to simple beam, such as 5.03 times high strength, low deflection at yield point.

  • 지오흐리드로 보강된 포화점토상에 축조된 줄기초가 낮은 빈도의 반복하중을 받았을시 발생 되는 열구침하량을 산정하기위한 실내모형 실험을 실시하였다. 실험을 실시하는 과정에서 초기 단계에는 기초에 허용정적 하중을 가하였고 연속적으로 반복하중을 가하였다. 정적하중과 반복 하중강도에 따른 기초의 최대영구침하량에 관하여 기술하였다.

고효율 수퍼히트펌프에 관한 전산 해석 (Computer Simulation of a Super-Heat Pump System)

  • A super-heat pump system composed of a suction line heat exchanger, low and high stage economizers, and a screw compressor is simulated to examine the energy performance and design options. CFC12, HCFC22, HFC134a, HCFC22/HCFC142b, HFC32/HFC134a, and HFC125/HFC134a are used as working fluids for comparison. The results indicate that the proposed system charged with appropriate mixtures is up to 33.4% more energy efficient than the normal system with CFC12. The performance of the super-heat pump system charged with mixtures was influenced by such factors as the temperature matching, heat source temperature difference, low stage economizer, and high stage economizer. The fluids with a larger liquid specific heat such as HFC134a would have more benefits when a suction line heat exchanger is installed. 40%HCFC22/60%HCFC142b mixture seems to be a good candidate to replace CFC12. On the other hand, 25%HFC32/75% HFC134a would be a good long term candidate to replace HCFC22.

Mechanical performance and design optimization of rib-stiffened super-wide bridge deck with twin box girders in concrete

  • The present study fundamentally investigated the mechanical performance of the rib-stiffened super-wide bridge deck with twin box girders in concrete, which is a very popular application to efficiently widen the bridges with normal span. The shear lag effects of the specific cross-sections were firstly studied. The spatial stress distribution and local stiffness of the bridge deck with twin box girders were then investigated under several typical wheel load conditions. Meanwhile, a comparative study for the bridge deck with and without stiffening ribs was also carried out during the investigation; thereby, a design optimization for the stiffening ribs was further suggested. Finally, aiming at the preliminary design, an approximate methodology to manually calculate the bending moments of the rib-stiffened bridge deck was analytically proposed for engineers to quickly assess its performance. This rib-stiffened bridge deck with twin box girders can be widely applied for concrete (especially concrete cable-stayed) bridges with normal span, however, requiring a super-wide bridge width due to the traffic flow.

  • To acquire a performed and practical solution that is free from chattering, this study proposes the use of an adaptive super-twisting algorithm to drive a single-phase induction motor. Partial feedback linearization is applied before using a super-twisting algorithm to control the speed and stator currents. The load torque is considered an unknown but bounded disturbance. Therefore, a time-varying switching gain that does not require prior knowledge of the disturbance boundary is proposed. A simple sliding surface is formulated as the difference between the real and desired trajectories obtained from the indirect rotor flux oriented control strategy. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control structure, an experimental setup around a digital signal processor (dS1104) is developed and several tests are performed.

  • In this report, numerical investigations have demonstrated, that the displacement underneath a moving loading reach a maximum value, if the speed of the load is equal to propagation velocity of the maximum wave. The load speed for which the maximum displacement occurs is called critical speed. The critical speed divides the velocities in a subcritical and a super-critical region. By means of calculations the dynamic behaviour of the slab track-soil is investigated. (omitted)

화염노출에 의한 송전선로 인바 강심의 온도 및 인장하중 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Temperature and Tensile Load Analysis of Invar by Flame Exposure on Overhead Transmission Lines)

  • This paper describes the conductor temperature and tensile load analysis of invar by flame exposure on STACIR(Super Thermal-resistance Aluminium-alloy Conductors Reinforced) overhead transmission line based on real fault phenomena. Firstly, short-circuit fault by flame exposure is analysed by EMTP/ATP simulation, then the cutting causes of Al layer are also discussed. And then, the conductor temperature is calculated based on IEC 60949 according to 3 kinds of materials including invar, Al conductor and ACSR when same load current respectively flows in 3 kinds of material, they are compared each other. Finally, the tensile load tests are performed with various samples including new invar, used invar for a long time and invar exposed flame.
