The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of housing product through housebuilders' strategies. As a methodology for this study, literature survey and questionnaire survey were used. Questionnaires were delivered on mail to 232 housing-builders and return rate was 34.1％. In summary, housing product was characterized long gestation period, periodically building cycle, future uncertainty of market volatility, maximization of land development gain, utilization of public fund for continuous building activity, moral hazard by accidental bankruptcy. Therefore private housebuilding could be defined speculative industry.

We review the well known analogizes between variations and harmonic maps. Second section contains rapid summary of the harmonic maps. In the third section we establish some basic properties of the Laplacian on Sphere. In particular we compute its spectrum and eigenfunctions.

In search and rescue mission the leeway formula based on the field experiments are utilized for the estimation of wind effect on distressed targets. This paper summarized the leeway formula from the available references. In the summary the environmental data collection method and experimental conditions are described along with the formula. Also the formula currently used in CASP of the U.S. Coast Gurard and CANSARP of the Canadian Coast Guard are discussed.

Fuel flexibility remains a critical issue related the development of low emission lean premixed combustion system and the combustion adjustment technique. To cover the this work scope with our own technology, KEPCO had focused on operational technology related to GT combustion control. The main purpose of this paper is summary of the research works on fuel flexibility in KRPCO Research Institute recently. Furthermore, the specifications of test facility and research work in the future in KEPRI were also explained briefly for expected collaborative research team in Korea.

The overall design criteria for the optimal design of a small LEO satellite power system are described in summary. The analysis result of the KITSAT-I whole orbit data suggests the efficient power opertion for KITSAT-I and also gives some crutial information for developing a new satellite power system.

본 논문에서는 서로 다른 프레잉 워크를 가진 사용 환경에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 서비스하는 시스템에 대해 논한다. 본 논문에서 논하는 제안된 시스템은 MPEC-21 멀티미디어 프레잉 워크를 기반으로 사용자가 요구하는 컨텐츠를 능동적으로 생성 또는 선택하여 서비스하는 적응형 서비스 시스템이다. 제안된 시스템의 효용성을 알아보기 위해 시나리오 기반 하에 교육용 컨텐츠에 적용하였으며, 실험 결과 제안된 시스템은 효율적으로 서비스됨을 보여준다.

A summary of the main results from an international comparative study for the high-frequency base balance is given. Two buildings were specified - a 'basic' and an 'advanced' building. The latter had more complex dynamic response with coupled modes of vibration. The predicted base moments generally showed good agreement amongst the participating groups, but less good agreement was found for the roof accelerations which are dominated by the resonant response, and subject to measurement errors for the generalized force spectra, to varying mode shape correction techniques, and different methods used for combining acceleration components.

In summary, the BLS experiments was applied to investigate the magnetic properties of $Co_{40}Fe_{40}B_{20}$ thin films. We find that the exchange stiffness constant decrease with increasing Ar gas pressure.

중복제거 파일 시스템은 가상머신 이미지와 같이 서로 중복되는 데이터가 많은 파일에서 용량을 줄이기 위하여 많이 사용된다. 중복제거를 위하여 많은 경우 서머리 벡터와 인덱스를 함께 사용하고 있는데, 이는 메모리를 많이 소모하고 인덱스 구조에 따라 여러 번의 하드 디스크 접근을 해야 하는 한계가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 서머리 벡터를 인덱스 내에서 활용하고 하드디스크를 접근하는 횟수를 감소할 수 있는 인덱싱 기법을 제안한다.

In this study, toward a theory of creativity in organizations. In order to attain the objective of this study, a theory was review on the basis of preceding studies. Organizational creativity has yet studied in organizations. Therefore, in this study investigated literatures that appear to enhance and restrain creativity. Finally, I've discussed not only summary but also the direction of future study.
