In this paper, we summary known suggestion system which is useful a small and medium enterprise. We don't think suggestion system of a small and medium enterprise active. We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

In Europe, London, Edinbergh, Copenhagen has adopted the traffic congestion charge system, and now the Stockholm City Council started the implementation of a similar system of its own. According to the Swedish National Road Administration, the system implementation starts in 2004 and will be completed by 2005, and so starting 2006, this charge system will be running as planned. Unlike the system of London, that of Stockholm charges the drivers differently depending on when to pass a control point, and not only that, the City Council has a plan to adopt the emerging RFID technology. Following is the summary of both technical and policy-wise considerations of the traffic congestion charge system in Stockholm, Sweden.

The use of unconditionally stable implicit time integration techniques for pseudo-dynamic test has been recently proposed and advanced by several researchers such as Thewalt and Mahin, Nakashima and Shing, etc. The developed implicit algorithms are based on the $\alpha$-Method of Huges et al. In this paper, a concise summary and explanation of implicit method for Pseudo dynamic tese is presented. Especially, The $\alpha$-C method developed by shing et al. has been in-depth evaluated for this study. Important parameters of the $\alpha$-C method have been analyzed by the simulation test.

In summary, a fundamentally new paradigm called System-on-Package could potentially become a complementary alternative to System-on-Chip, thus providing a balanced set of system-level functions between the semiconductor IC and single component package beyond the year 2007. The concurrent engineering and optimization of IC and package could overcome the fundamental IC issues presented above.

This research paper describes how to summarize music lyrics using the TextRank algorithm. This method can summarize music lyrics as important lyrics. Therefore, we recommend music more effectively than analyzing the number of words and recommending music.

This paper surveys recent works in line impedance estimation. Inverters used in distribution system are often connected to the grid through LCL filter. Different methods are investigated for estimating the line impedance. Advantages and disadvantages with brief summary for each method are presented. Simulation results for a specified grid are shown for two main different methods and the results are compared with estimation error.

This paper presents a summary of the Scientific Research Training (SRT) in Liaocheng Teachers University, which is a representative of normal universities and teachers' colleges in China. This presentation is a short summary of the Finnish process for selection and characterisation of potential sites for geological deep disposal of spent nuclear fuel. The process lasted nearly two decades from 1983 to 2000, and was concluded by the Government's Decision in Principle (DiP) on the construction of a repository in Olkiluoto. This presentation gives an outline of the early site selection criteria and a description of this process.
