This paper deals with control system design strategy for electrolmaginetic suspension (E.M.S.) system. For a successful control of E.M.S. system, the nature of E.M.S. system is deeply studied in the view point of non-linear, open-loop unstable, time-varying, non-minimum phase system. To find a special control treatment for E.M.S. system, analyses and simulations for various models are carried out. As one of the successful candidates, adaptive control concept is introduced and sample hardware system using digital signal processor is implemented.

신변보호사 자격제도는 경비지도사 자격제도와 함께 민간경비산업 종사자의 전문성을 담보해 내는 양대 축이라고 할 수 있다. 2006년에 민간자격을 시작된 동 제도는 2013년에 국가공인 자격제도로 인정받게 됨으로써 보다 충실한 관리와 운영을 요구 받게 되었다. 향후 동 제도의 운영개선을 위해서는 다음 몇 가지를 개선할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 현재 경찰관 중심으로 되어 있는 일부면제 규정을 보다 확대하여 신변보호의 현장에서의 실무능력이 인정되는 범위까지 보다 확대할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 합격자 결정절차를 개선하여 문제지와 가정답을 공개하고 이의신청절차를 거쳐 최종 합격자를 발표하도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 상대방의 숙련도와 호흡에 따라 좌우되는 실기시험의 우연성을 배제하고 객관성을 높이기 위하여 평가사범제를 도입할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 현재 절대평가제로 되어 있는 합격자 결정방식을 전환하여 시장수급 상황에 따라 합격자 수를 미리 정하는 상대평가제를 도입을 검토하여야 한다. 다섯째, 대학생 중심으로 되어 있는 응시대상층을 보다 확대하여 다양한 계층에서 응시할 수 있도록 시험과목 등 검정제도 운영 및 관리를 정비할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 실기시험이 있는 특수성으로 인해 이와 관련된 가산점 적용대상을 보다 확대하여 현장에서의 신변보호서비스를 실질적으로 제공할 수 있는 경우에는 보다 용이하게 동 자격취득에 도움이 되도록 문호를 넓혀야 하겠다.

Background/Aims: Data on dexamethasone, cytarabine, and cisplatin (DHAP) as a mobilization regimen, compared to high-dose cyclophosphamide (HDC), for up-front autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is limited. Methods: Consecutive patients with aggressive NHL treated with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (CHOP) or rituximab-CHOP who underwent chemomobilization using HDC or DHAP plus granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) for up-front ASCT were enrolled from three institutions between 2004 and 2014. Results: Ninety-six patients (57 men) were included. Sixty-five patients (67.7%) received HDC; and 31 (32.3%), DHAP. The total CD34+ cells mobilized were significantly higher in patients receiving DHAP (16.1 vs. $6.1{\times}10^6/kg$, p = 0.001). More patients achieved successful mobilization with DHAP (CD34+ cells ${\geq}5.0{\times}10^6/kg$) compared to HDC (87.1% vs. 61.5%, respectively; p = 0.011), particularly within the first two sessions of apheresis (64.5% vs. 32.3%, respectively; p = 0.003). Mobilization failure rate (CD34+ cells < $2.0{\times}10^6/kg$) was significantly higher in patients receiving HDC (20.0% vs. 3.2%, p = 0.032). On multivariate analysis, the DHAP regimen (odds ratio, 4.12; 95% confidence interval, 1.12 to 15.17) was an independent predictor of successful mobilization. During chemomobilization, patients receiving HDC experienced more episodes of febrile neutropenia compared to patients receiving DHAP (32.3% vs. 12.9%, p = 0.043). Conclusions: The DHAP regimen was associated with a significantly higher efficacy for stem cell mobilization and lower frequency of febrile neutropenia. Therefore, DHAP plus G-CSF is an effective for mobilization in patients with aggressive NHL who were candidates for up-front ASCT.

This short review was aimed to provide the information for the people who are interested in genetic counselor education and certification system in Korea. A large part of this study is indebted to HJ Kim's articles on the genetic counselor system, the global standards of genetic counseling curriculums, training program accreditation (TPA), and a certification process for genetic counselors (CPGC) in the US and Japan. The US and Japanese educational systems showed a high degree of similarities in curriculum, accreditation, and certification programs. Based upon this review, we hereby propose that the Korean Society for Medical Genetics should take a key role in providing the TPA and CPGC for non-MD genetic counselors. Requirement for the entrance to a Master's degree genetic counseling program should be open to successful four year undergraduate students for all areas, provided the candidates demonstrate the abilities to master the graduate level study in human genetics, statistics, psychology, and other required subjects. Besides accredited program graduates, eligibility for certification should also include the qualified candidates of genetic counseling with no formally approved education, but with a sufficient amount of clinical experience.

한국어 형태소 분석은 일반적으로 입력된 문장의 분석 후보를 다수 생성한 후, 그 중 최적의 후보를 선택하는 과정을 거친다. 분석 후보를 많이 생성할수록 올바른 분석이 포함될 가능성이 높아지지만 동시에 모호성이 증가한다는 문제가 생긴다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 단일 후보를 생성하는 규칙 기반 분석 모형을 제안한다. 분석 규칙은 품사 부착 말뭉치를 통해 자동으로 추출되기 때문에 규칙 구축비용을 필요로 하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 높은 분석성공률을 보인다. 분석이 성공한 경우에는 단 하나의 분석 후보만을 생성하기 때문에 최적 후보 선택 단계에서의 모호성이 효과적으로 감소되고, 계산 복잡도 역시 줄어든다. 규칙 모형으로 분석이 실패한 경우를 대비해 기존 확률 기반 모형을 결합함으로써 형태소 분석 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.

컨포멀 코팅은 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)를 보호하는 기술로 PCB의 고장을 최소화한다. 코팅의 결함은 PCB의 고장과 연결되기 때문에 성공적인 컨포멀 코팅 조건을 만족하기 위해서 코팅면에 기포가 발생했는지 검사한다. 본 논문에서는 영상 신호 처리를 적용하여 고위험군의 문제성 기포를 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 알고리즘은 문제성 기포의 후보를 구하는 단계와 후보를 검증하는 단계로 구성된다. 기포는 가시광 영상에서 나타나지 않지만, UV(Ultra Violet) 광원에서는 육안으로 구별이 가능하다. 특히, 문제성 기포의 중심은 밝기가 어둡고 테두리는 높은 밝기를 가진다. 이러한 밝기 특성을 논문에서는 협곡과 산맥 특징이라 부르고 두 가지 특징이 동시에 나타나는 영역을 문제성 기포의 후보라 하였다. 그러나 후보 중에는 기포가 아닌 후보가 존재할 수 있기 때문에 후보를 검증하는 단계가 필요하다. 후보 검증 단계에서는 합성곱 신경망 모델을 이용하였고, ResNet이 다른 모델과 비교하였을 때 성능이 가장 우수하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘은 정확률(Precision) 0.805, 재현율(Recall) 0.763, F1-점수(F1-score) 0.767의 성능을 보였고, 이러한 결과는 기포 검사 자동화에 대한 충분한 가능성을 보여준다.

As a number of new college students is gradually decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

About 90% of Thai-style addresses have similar features; e.g. the beginning of each address line is diagonal. In this paper, we propose a method for locating destination address block (DAB) on Thai envelopes based on features of Thai-style addresses. Firstly, we decompose image into smaller blocks and remove all blocks not meeting criteria. Secondly, we search for the DAB candidates. Lastly, heuristic rules and typical features are applied to identify the destination address block. Experimental results using 2,700 envelopes of handwritten and machine printed Thai envelopes show a successful address extraction rate of 91%.

Therefore, in order to achieve the expected results, the education of mathematics should develop what every nation has on its own and apply them to school education.

(사)한국포장기술사회(회장 이한영)는 제114회 기술사 자격시험에서 9명의 포장기술사가 합격했다고 밝혔다. 올해 탄생한 포장기술사는 ▲강호상 (주)삼화플라스틱 부사장, ▲김기돈 신안포장산업(주) 부장, ▲김병기 파리크라상 과장, ▲박인경 롯데중앙연구소 책임연구원, ▲서상욱 한국건설생활환경시험연구원 선임, ▲윤찬석 국가식품클러스트지원센터 부장, ▲정부기 (주)신세계 부장, ▲정현구 삼성전기 선임, ▲조해룡 (주)연우 부장 등으로, 이로써 국내 포장기술사는 총 160명으로 늘어났다. 포장기술사는 포장분야의 최고 기술전문사로 일상생활에 밀접하게 연관되어있는 포장의 기술적 발전과 적합한 사용을 위해 노력하고 있다. 현재 국내 포장기술사는 (사)한국포장기술사회를 중심으로 국내 포장문화 진흥에 주력하고 있다. 제114회 포장기술사 합격자들과 만나 포장에 관한 이야기를 나눠보았다.
