The purpose of this study is to propose the need of Masan Free Trade Zone and the strategy of successful implementation. MFTZ was established as a center of general free trade and global distribution by means the promotion of foreign investment in 1970s. To promote the development of MFTZ, it can be proposed a) successful technology innovation, b) reforming of related laws and regulations, c) the care of local government, d) strengthening of marketing activities, e) deeping of comparative advantage of investment, f) encouraging of strategic industries.

Laser cleaning has begun to attract a considerable amount of interest recently as a new cleaning technique among scientists and engineers. The unique characteristics of laser cleaning are currently finding successful applications in industry, in medicine as well as in the world of art conservation. This paper takes an overview of the laser cleaning technique itself including basic principles and characteristics, and provides an account of current trends especially with regard to practical applications. Experience with its successful applications in various fields shows that laser cleaning may be about to emerge as a real alternative to conventional cleaning methods.

Blunt carotid artery injury can lead to impaired brain perfusion due to ischemic stroke and thromboembolic events. To reduce the risk of potential neurological complications, it is critical to determine the diagnosis and management protocol as quickly as possible after a detailed clinical examination. This report presents successful surgical treatment of a young male patient who developed a traumatic left common carotid artery thrombosis after a motor vehicle accident.

Objective: In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a well-known method for the treatment of infertility. The present study aimed to compare the differences between infertile women with successful and unsuccessful IVF outcomes regarding the expression of T helper (Th) cell transcription factors and a group of related cytokines before and after exposure to their husbands' seminal plasma. Methods: This study was performed on 19 couples with unexplained infertility undergoing IVF treatment. Among the studied group, nine and 10 couples had successful and unsuccessful IVF outcomes, respectively. This study was carried out using real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results: Before seminal plasma exposure, the expression levels of T-bet (p< 0.007), $interferon-{\gamma}$ (p= 0.013), and tumor necrosis factor $(TNF)-{\alpha}$ (p= 0.017) were higher in the infertile women with IVF failure than in those with successful IVF outcomes, while those of GATA3 (p< 0.001), Foxp3 (p= 0.001), and interleukin (IL)-35 (p< 0.003) were lower. After seminal exposure, the expression of T-bet (p= 0.02), Rorc (p< 0.001), $TNF-{\alpha}$ (p= 0.001), Foxp3 (p= 0.02), and $interferon-{\gamma}$ (p= 0.001) increased in the unsuccessful IVF group, while the expression of Foxp3 (p= 0.02), Rorc (p< 0.001), IL-23 (p= 0.04), IL-17 (p= 0.02), IL-6 (p< 0.001), transforming growth $factor-{\beta}$ (p= 0.01), and IL-35 (p< 0.001) increased in the successful IVF group. Conclusion: In summary, IVF failure was associated with imbalanced Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg responses. Moreover, our results show that seminal plasma might have a positive effect on IVF outcomes via changes in peripheral blood T cell subsets.

This study aims to examine the influence of laughter therapy program on successful aging and stress of elderly by applying 60 minutes of laughter therapy program twice a week for 10 weeks to elderly. By the selection standard, 25 subjects for experimental group at cultural center located in city S, 25 subjects each for comparative group and control group are convenience sampled at senior citizen center located in city S. The data analysis of this study utilized SPSS 19,0 to conduct Analysis of Covariate(ANCOVA). As for the result of conducting laughter therapy program for 10 weeks, the experimental group showed increased successful aging of elderly and reduced stress than the comparative or control group.Therefore, this study has prepared a ground to apply and verify the scientific basis of laughter therapy program in the current condition where various aging problems are emerging due to the aging society.

From January 1990 to December 1998, 449 consecutive single-digital replantations were reviewed retrospectively in order to determine the essential number of vascular anastomoses for successful finger replantation. The correlations between the number of anastomosed vessels and survival rate were examined according to the amputated digital levels and all of the correlated results were compared with each other statistically. In zone I, The survival rate of the digits with a repaired vein was higher than that of digits treated with external bleeding method. In zone II, the equal number(s) between the arterial and venous repair was an important factor in successful replantation. And the repaired arteries more than repaired veins in number led to venous congestion and resulted in a failure of replantation, which was maybe due to the large amount of arterial input relative to small volume of amputated stump with small sized vein. In zone III, the equal number(s) between the arterial and venous repair was also an important factor in successful replantation. But unlike in zone II, venous congestion was scarcely happened if the venous drainage was sufficient with a repaired large vein alone. In zone IV, two or more arteries and veins were required for successful replantation. In conclusion, it is desirable that the repair of vessels as many as possible to increase the possibility of a good result. But digital amputations and their condition for replantation were variable, therefore, the numbers in vascular repair should to be modified and straightforward as the case may be.
