부분시스템 합성방법을 이용한 심해저 통합 채광시스템의 효율적인 유연 다물체 동역학 모델링 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Flexible Multibody Dynamics Modeling of Deep Seabed Integrated Mining System with Subsystem Synthesis Method)

  • 망간단괴를 채집하는 심해저 통합 채광시스템은 채광선, 수직양광관, 중간버퍼, 유연관, 채광로봇으로 구성되어 있다. 최근 심해저 통합 채광시스템 연구에서는 생산성을 극대화하기 위한 다수의 채광로봇으로 구성되는 새로운 다중로봇 통합 채광시스템의 개념이 소개되었다. 본 논문에서는 다중로봇 통합 채광시스템 해석의 효율성을 향상시키고, 다중로봇 시스템의 확장이 이하도록 부분시스템 합성방법이 적되었다. 또한 유연 다물체 동역학이 적된 부분구조로 나눔으로써 수직양광관과 유연관의 대변위가 고려되었다. 일반적인 해석방법과 부분시스템 합성방법의 산술 연산 횟수를 비교함으로써 통합 채광시스템의 부분시스템 합성방법의 이론적인 효율성 연구가 수행되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 HAUSAT-2의 궤도 열 해석과 열 제어계의 예비설계를 살펴본다. HAUSAT-2의 열 제어계를 설계하기 위해서 우선 열 제어의 기본 이론 및 열 평형 방정식을 바탕으로 능동 및 수동의 각종 열 제어 방법을 고려하여 HAUSAT-2에 적합한 열 제어 방법 및 재질을 선정하였다(Karam 1998). 또한, 예상궤도인 고도 650km, 경사각 $98^{\circ}$의 태양동기궤도에서 HAUSAT-2가 처해지는 열 환경에 대한 분석 및 위성체의 각 면에 가해지는 은도 분포 및 범위를 예측하여 이를 바탕으로 열 제어계를 설계하였다. 열 해석은 기본적으로 시스템레벨의 해석, 부품레벨의 해석, 보드레벨의 해석 차순으로 진행되었으며, 현재 HAUSAT-2의 열 해석은 발열이 비교적 많은 보드의 해석까지 진행된 상태이며, 이러한 열 해석을 통해서 얻은 결과는 요구조건을 만족하지 못하는 부분에 대해 설계 변경 등을 통해서 모든 부품이 허용온도 범위를 유지하도록 HAUSAT-2의 열 제어계를 설계하였다. 향후 구조-열 모델(STM; Structure & Thermal Model)을 제작한 후 열 진공시험을 통해 열 해석 결과에 대한 검증을 수행할 것이다.

  • In this paper, we propose a controller for the position of a cart and the angle of a pendulum. To achieve both purposes simultaneously, we divide the system into the dominant subsystem and the dominated one after partial feedback linearization. The proposed controller is composed of a nonlinear controller stabilizing the dominant subsystem and a linear quadratic controller. Using the proposed controller, the controllable region is increased by the nonlinear control part and the control input minimized by the linear control part (LQR).

  • A new adaptive controller which combines a model reference adaptive controller (MRAC) and a fuzzy controller is developed for unstable nonlinear time-invariant systems. The fuzzy controller is used to analyze and to compensate the nonlinear time-invariant characteristics of the plant. The MRAC is applied to control the linear time-invariant subsystem of the unknown plant, where the nonlinear time-invariant plant is supposed to comprise a nonlinear time-invariant subsystem and a linear time-invariant subsystem. The stability analysis for the overall system is discussed in view of global asymptotic stability. In conclusion. the unknown nonlinear time-invariant plant can be controlled by the new adaptive control theory such that the output error of the given plant converges to zero asymptotically.

  • Compliance effect consideration method for real-time multibody vehicle dynamics is proposed using quasi-static analysis. The multibody vehicle model without bush elements is used based on the subsystem synthesis method which provides real-time computation on the multibody vehicle model. Reaction forces are computed in the suspension subsystem. According to deformation from the quasi-static analysis using reaction forces and bush stiffness, suspension hardpoint locations and suspension linkage orientation are changed. To validate the proposed method, quarter car simulations of McPherson strut and multilink suspension subsystems. Full car bump run simulations are also carried out comparing with the ADAMS vehicle model with bush elements. CPU times are also measured to see the real-time capabilities of the proposed method.

  • If the service provider provides mobile service with mobile switching centers that use different handoff message format, the soft-handoff between mobile switching centers is not available and the hard-handoff scheme is used instead. When this occurs, calls are often disconnected or there is an interruption of service. This can be very annoying to a mobile user. We propose the handoff subsystem of the ATM switch which provides the soft-handoff between wireless cells under the control of different MSCs. The proposed handoff subsystem transforms the handoff message format of the source MSC to that of the destination MSC. It also provides efficient routing scheme that distributes handoff packets to balance the traffic load.

과학위성 1호 Network System 개발

  • 과학위성 1호의 OBC(On-Board Computer)와 Sybsystem 간, Subsystem간, 또는 위성과 지상국간의 통신이 가능해야한다. 그리고 OBC(On-Board-Computer)나 지상국에서의 위성의 모듈들을 명령(Command)을 통하여 제어할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 모듈들을 원격검침(Telemetry)을 통하여 상태를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 위에서 언급한 기능을 수행하는 모듈이 바로 Network System이다 과학위성1호에는 총 6개의 Network System이 구현되었다. 각각의 Network System들은 여러 Subsystem들과 연결되어있고, Network System간에 또한 연결되어서 Subsystem간의 통신과 Network System에 연결된 모듈들을 제어하고 상태를 수집한다. 본 연구에서는 과학위성1호 Network System의 구조, 기능, Spec 및 연구 개발 내용을 소개한다.

  • Recently, to solve the urban transportation problem, the introduction of Light Rail Transit system has been proceeded positively. therefore, development of the Korean standard LRT system in which safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness are emphasized. The Korea Railroad Research institute study on Rubber Tired AGT system of Light Rail Transit to obtain the essential technology and engineering know-how, which leads lower LRT construction cost. In the development procedure, SE(system Engineering) is needed for combination of subsystem and optimum operation effect. This study is focused on the interface of LRT subsystem(Development of the rubber tired LRT, Power supply system, signalling and train control system, Elevated track structure for the rubber tired LRT), a important part of SE, to develop of the driverless LRT system and establish the test and evaluation.

  • There is few study which automatically diagnoses the fault from ship's monitored data. The bigger control and monitoring system is. the more important fault diagnosis and maintenance is to reduce damage caused by system fault. This paper proposes fault diagnosis system using a correlation analysis algorithm which is able to diagnose and forecast the fault from monitored data and is composed of fault detection knowledge base and fault diagnosis knowledge base. For all kinds of ship's engine room monitored data are classified with combustion subsystem, heat exchange subsystem and electric motor and pump subsystem, To verify capability of fault detection, diagnosis and prediction, FMS(Fault Management System) is developed by C++. Simulation by FMS is carried out with population data set made by the log book data of 2 months duration from a large full container ship of H shipping company.
