국내 키오스크의 사용자 분석과 디자인 개선 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Analysis and Design Improvement Direction of Kiosks)

  • 본 논문은 유니버설 디자인 원칙을 바탕으로 키오스크의 사용성을 높여 모든 사용자가 편리하게 사용하기 위한 키오스크 디자인 개선 방향을 연구하는 것이 목적이다. 키오스크 사용과 관련한 나이별 설문조사와 분석결과를 검증하는 추가 설문조사를 통해 필수 개선점을 도출하여 디자인 개선 방향을 연구하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 키오스크 화면 배경과 디자인 요소 간 높은 대비, yellow 계열의 색상, 아웃라인화 한 디자인 요소의 사용으로 가독성을 높인다. 그리고 10pt를 기준으로 폰트의 축소와 확대가 가능하도록 한다. 또한, 휠체어 탑승자를 고려하여 하단부 설계가 불가능한 영역과 키오스크가 낮추어져야 할 최소 높이를 도출하였다. 향후 키오스크 디자인 시에는 개인의 특성에 따라 키오스크의 기능이 다변화할 수 있도록 하는 디자인과 시스템이 필요하며 유니버설 디자인의 적용에 중점을 두어 디자인해야 한다. 본 연구는 연구대상이 한정적이므로 다양한 표본을 대상으로 한 추후 연구가 필요하며 색상과 가독성에 관련한 검증 연구도 추후 진행할 계획이다.

소비자 관점에서의 패션디자인 평가요소가 디자인 가치 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fashion Design Evaluation Factors on Design Value and Brand Loyalty from the Consumer's Perspective)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of consumers' fashion design evaluation factors on design value and brand loyalty. After confirming a research hypothesis, 247 people were selected as subjects for empirical analysis, and the results of the study are as follows. As a result of the analysis of 'the influence of consumer's fashion design evaluation factors on design value', the fashion design evaluation factors of 'convenience', 'social activity usefulness' and 'fashion ability' had an effect on the emotional design value. 'Convenience', 'functional usefulness', 'social activity usefulness', 'fashionableness' and 'aesthetic' factors affected the rational design value. 'Convenience', 'fashionableness', 'aesthetic' and 'psychological self-conformity' had a positive (+) effect on kinesthetic design values. As a result of the analysis of 'Influence of consumer's fashion design value on brand loyalty', 'emotional design value', 'rational design value' and 'kinesthetic design value' affect attitude brand loyalty, and 'emotional design value' and 'kinesthetic design value' affect brand loyalty. It was found that 'kinesthetic design value' has an effect on behavioral brand loyalty. As a result of the analysis of 'the effect of consumer attitude brand loyalty on behavioral brand loyalty', it was analyzed that attitude brand loyalty had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on behavioral brand loyalty.

데이터 기반 설계기법 도입에 따른 원전 건설관리체계 개선방향 고찰 (A Study on Improvement of Nuclear Power Plant Construction System According to Data-centric Design Technique Introduction in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 원전 산업의 데이터 기반 설계기법 전환을 위하여 관련 문헌을 조사하고 데이터 기반 설계기술에 대한 개념을 정립하였다. 또한 국내외 원전 산업 기술동향 분석을 통해 데이터 기반 설계통합시스템 Framework 개발 및 관련 주요기능을 도출하였다. 국내 원전 건설 시 최신 설계통합시스템 적용에 따라 이를 활용하는 제작사, 시공사 및 발주자의 업무수행 방식 또한 전면적인 전환을 위한 원전 건설단계별 업무프로세스 개선방향을 도출하였다. 이는 기자재 3D 모델 통합, 3D CAD 모델생성, 시공검토 Simulation 등 모델기반 현장설계 수행이 가능하며, 현장설계에서 발생하는 모든 설계도면 및 관련 정보가 데이터 기반 3D CAD 시스템으로 통합관리가 가능하여 이를 운영단계에 이관하여 O&M 단계에서 데이터 기반 운영체계가 가능함에 따라 발전소 안전 운영에 향상이 기대된다.

도로 부대시설 지주구조물 설계를 위한 풍하중조합의 신뢰도 분석 (Reliability Analysis of Design Wind Load Combination for Support Structures of Subsidiary Road Facilities)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to perform a reliability analysis of the proposed wind load combination which governs the design of support structures of subsidiary road facilities, and to evaluate whether the target reliability of the design is satisfied. METHODS : The statistical estimation method is applied and the design period of the support structure is used to obtain the statistical property of the wind load. In addition, the statistical properties of the strength of support structures are obtained from a literature review and simulation study. Actual support structures are designed by the proposed load combination and are used as the examples to examine if the target reliability is obtained. RESULTS : The result of the reliability analysis performed by using the statistical properties of load and resistance for the support structure in this study indicates that the proposed wind load combination satisfied the target reliability index of the design. Also, the convenience of the design is achieved by adopting the same design wind velocity given in the bridge design code by applying the wind velocity ratio defined for the design period of the support structure. CONCLUSIONS : It is presented that the design using the wind load combination proposed in this study achieved the target reliability index and the design wind load for different design periods can be conveniently defined by applying the velocity ratio proposed in this study.

어린이 놀이학습공간 실내디자인의 감성적 특성 (Emotional Characteristics of Interior Design for Children's Rec-Education Space)

  • This study is to analyze and determine the emotional design on domestic rec-education space, in order to propose a way to design children rec-education space. A study is on reviewing needs and verify categories of emotional design through interior design of rec-education space, A study procedure will begin with theoretical proofing of children rec-education and move on to needs of emotional design in interior design and types of analysis for it. With this procedure, we will project adequate way for emotional characteristics in rec-education space and will analyze types of it from interior design of rec-education space in nine different domestic brands. With this background, we like to present methods and reveal characteristics of it. The conclusion on this study is described as followed. First, children rec-education space has positively carried types of emotional characteristics: experimental, continuity, and symbolism. Second, Some precondition; application through types of pattern, experimentation on light in space, continuity on linear interior space composition, symbolism in abstract implementation, and physical control over designed subject, has low effectiveness on creating emotional space by applying such scale matters. Third, the actual interior design subject matters and supporting facilities' textural accommodation is inadequately built for their majority, children, whether it is direct or indirect for contact. Forth, Even though to carry emotional space needs some kinds of story telling and prerequisite sequential space composition, there are lack of applicable space compositions. For this reason, it needs on going study in emotional space for children rec-education space. Last, there are needs for researching a depth understanding and presenting different characteristics of emotional interior design by brands.

디지털디자인도구의 Geometry 변형을 통한 비정형 디자인 형태 생성 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Free-form Design Shape Creation through Geometric Transformation of Digital Design Tool)

  • 비정형형태 생성을 위한 디지털디자인도구의 활용은 작업자의 능력에 따라 극히 주관적으로 활용되기 때문에, 공통적으로 활용될 수 있는 규칙의 설정을 통해 프로토타입 으로서 비정형 생성방법의 설정을 제시하고, 보다 효과적인 비정형 디자인 형태생성방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 비정형 형태의 일반적 이론이 아닌 Concept발의-전개 단계에서 Mass구성 및 표현을 위한 비정형형태생성을 위한 디지털디자인도구의 활용 위주로 진행한다. 현대건축의 비정형적 형태는 디지털디자인도구와 디자인개념의 변화에서 시작된다. 선행연구를 통한 비정형적 작품을 사례를 바탕으로, 이를 분석하여 나타나는 형태적 특성을 디지털디자인도구의 언어를 중심으로 해석하고, 디지털디자인도구의 Geometry 변형을 통해 비정형 형태를 구현하는 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

사례분석을 통한 고령친화도시 디자인 개발방향연구 (A Study on Design Development Direction for Designing Aging Friendly City through The Case Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 고령화 사회 진입에 따른 패러다임 변화에 맞춰 고령친화도시 디자인에 대한 사례분석을 바탕으로 고령친화도시 디자인의 방향성을 제안하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 다각도의 문헌연구 고찰을 통해 고령화 사회의 현황에 대해 알아보고, 본 연구의 기초가 되는 고령친화도시의 이론적 개념을 정의하였다. 둘째, 고령친화도시 구축을 위해 관련 연구를 진행한 국내외 7개 도시를 선정하고, 각 도시별로 진행된 영역별 디자인 가이드라인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 고령친화도시 구축을 위해 고려되어야 할 디자인 요소는 안전성, 인지성, 접근성 3가지로 정리되었다. 고령자들을 배려한 도시환경 구축을 위해서는 고령자에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 위 3가지의 디자인 요소가 적용된 세부적인 디자인 가이드라인 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 고령친화도시 디자인을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

유형별 유니폼 디자인의 효과적인 상징표현 방법 (A Study on the Effective Symbolic Expression Methods of Uniform Design)

  • The objective of this study is to consider the uniform as visual communication, and analyze the expression of symbol shown on the uniform design by the pattern by applying the visual symbol in the communication and operation of the meaning. Also, it is to construct the systematic modeling method of the expression of design symbol by the pattern of uniform in th e various fields. This study is to analyze the symbolic expression method of the uniform design by the pattern by suggesting the symbolic expression method as a frame through the visual symbolic approach of the uniform design and the analysis of semantic symbol according to that. As a result, there arose simplification and emphasis and a method of symbolic expression with the national flag, a conceptual factor characteristically in the sports uniform design. The characteristics of symbolic expression of uniform design were mainly used in the symbolic expression with the customary code and symbol. Also, the uniform in the enterprises were widely used in the expression of uniform with the suggestion and code by the color. As for the characteristics of symbolic expression shown on the event uniform design, the method of symbolic expression by the pattern of uniform was grasped differently asa result of symbolic expression through the image. The method of symbolic expression suggested on this study could be used on a basis of uniform design in the future. Accordingly, this study has a meaning of suggesting the methodology of uniform design that would be a parameter.

전통문양의 활용에 관한 기존연구 분석 - 의류학 분야를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Previous Study of Traditional Pattern - Focused on Textile & Clothing related Part -)

  • This study analyzed the "research trends and the design processes" of the traditional patterns by examining the previous researches on the application of the traditional patterns. For this purpose, 96 studies which include master's and doctoral theses and research papers published in 8 Korean academic journals on Clothing from 2000 to 2010 were chosen. The findings of this study are as follows: First, when the previous researches on the application of the traditional patterns were classified according to their subject matter, they were classified into: research on clothing design, research on textile design, research on the design of cultural commodities, and research on mixed design. Second, the researches that were classified according to their subject matter were re-classified according to their year of publication. It was shown that the most active research was on the clothing design. The research on textile design, when compared with clothing design, alternated an increase and an decrease in every other year. Also, research on the design of cultural commodities were fewer than the research on clothing design or textile design although it is on the increase from 2008. Third, when classified according to the types of design, it was found that the designs based on a flora were most common. Fourth, in most cases, in the process of the designs, the designswere dispensed with the original form or were simplified. The choice of the tone of color, in most cases, were based on the concept selected by the designer. The most common method for the expression of the designs was based on the printing. Also, when it came to the presentation of the designs, the original work greatly outnumbered an imaginary work. Based on this study, it is hoped that there will be more active research on the application of the traditional designs which, in turn, can popularize the aesthetic beauty of Korea.

3차원 CAD 시스템을 이용한 설계환경 구축 및 설계자동화에 대한 연구 (A Study on Construction of Design Environment and Design Automation Using 3D CAD System)

  • In order to survive worldwide competition, today's industries are experiencing strong pressure to introduce higher quality products with lower cost and shorter lead-time. Therefore, the role of design in the process of product development is increasing in significance. In this research, two methods for improving the design capability are proposed: construction of design environment and design automation using 3D CAD system. The designers and design process are the core of product design using 3D CAD system. In order to maximize the design performance, construction of the design environment including selection of a suitable system, designer training for best use of the system, establishment of an efficient design process, and stabilization of the environment are required. A method is suggested to construct design environment by systematizing the contents of the projects and consulting experiences carried out for various categories of business such as electronic devices, motorcycles, electricity parts, sanitary wares, injection molds, and die casing molds. Design automation helps reduce tedious and time-consuming jobs, simplify complicated and error-prone modeling and drawing works to shorten the lead time and improve the product quality. To develop a design automation system, understanding the process and the related knowledge on design are very important before implementing the system using API provided by 3D CAD system. In this research, an eight-step procedure is proposed for the development of a design automation system. These eight steps are analysis of needs, determination of specification, verification of specification using 3D CAD system, inspection of related API functions, programming, field test, application in practice, and maintenance. A case study in which five design automation systems in the design of turbine generators using the proposed method is introduced in detail. These systems play important roles in the generation of various output items including 3D models, drafts, material information, and NC data. The case study shows how effectively the design time is reduced and the quality improved using those systems.
