A survey was done among 824 college students using the scales on department satisfaction, career maturity, and career stress and the following results were found. First of all, department satisfaction, career maturity, and career stress had statistically significant differences based on students year, age, academic records, entrance motive, peer relation, and health condition. Secondly, the subfactors of department satisfaction, namely, course satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, general satisfaction, and recognition satisfaction, showed statistically significant differences according to age, gender, academic records, entrance motive, peer relation, and health condition. Thirdly, the subfactors of career maturity, namely, determinacy, participation, independence, tendency, and compromise, had statistically significant differences according to year and age. Lastly, career maturity and department satisfaction considerably influenced career stress: when department satisfaction and career maturity were lower, career stress was higher. These results indicate that department satisfaction and career maturity correlate with career stress. Therefore, in order to decrease career stress, college students who maintain a low level of department satisfaction and career maturity should receive active guidance and education.

  • This study analyzed the factors influencing the satisfaction of school students in Covid-19. The subjects of the study were surveyed in all 5th-6th grade of elementary school students, 1st-3rd grade of middle school, and 1st and 2nd grade of high school students in G metropolitan city. A total of 13,672 students participated in the survey, of which 13,613 were used for final data analysis. A hierarchical regression analysis of factors affecting students' life satisfaction showed that 22.2% of school life factors, 4.7% of home life factors, and 10.7% of daily stressors. The most influential factor in Covid-19 was home life satisfaction. Next was appearance stress for elementary school students and academic stress for middle and high school students. This can be seen as a result of Covid-19, which increased non-face-to-face classes and increased time for students to spend at home, which led to a greater impact on students' satisfaction in life. Nevertheless, middle and high school students can still see that academic stress has a significant impact on life satisfaction. Through this, it is necessary to support students to facilitate relationships, communication, studies, and leisure at home in the context of Corona 19. Especially, various educational policies must be accompanied so that the educational gap due to non-face-to-face classes does not deepen depending on the family environment.

  • This study analysed Emergency Medical Technology(EMT) students' satisfaction in clinical practice. It was discovered that satisfaction was a means of 3.61(${\pm}0.70$) and the factor which had a significant influence on satisfaction was desired job area (F=3.98, p=0.004). The factors which were significant to satisfaction were practice beginning grade(t=0.43, p=0.038), period of practice(F=2.82, p=0.025), and departments(F=11.81, p=0.000) In respect to significant positive correlations between practice procedures and satisfaction, observation frequency (r=0.221, p=0.000) and practice frequency(r=0.170, p=0.002) had significantly positive correlations with satisfaction. Based on the results above, it is suggested that to enhance EMT students' satisfaction in clinical practice, students should have clear points of view on their job and practice beginning grade and practice period should be properly considered according to characteristics of students. Also, effective practice programs which carefully consider peculiarity of Emergency Medical Technology should be developed further.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore improvable proposal of instruction through analyzing learners' needs and satisfaction for college of engineering. Based on the online survey date with undergraduate students in Seoul National University, recognition difference between students in college of engineering and all students in SNU was identified. Among several factors influenced on learners' satisfaction in class, it is shown that satisfaction to facilities is higher than any other factor related to instruction. Generally, satisfaction with teaching in class is lower while satisfaction to an extrinsic support to students is high. Therefore, instructors should be more concerned about teaching in class. Learners' satisfaction with instructors' feedback to assignments and tests is significantly higher in college of engineering. However, learners' satisfaction with the progress of classwork and assignment students should perform regularly is lower than one in other colleges.
