The endeavor to reveal reasons and backgrounds of juvenile's being delinquent has been continuing. Most of them, however, are not multi-dimensional and integrative, but one-dimensional which has had just focused on the factor of family or individual. One of the main purposes of this. study is to get implications on practical programs through the ecological-systematic analysis on factors and processes of juvenile delinquency. In this study, region has separated into two, one is of poor and the other is non, and then informations on factors and process of being delinquent were gathered by comparing between them. Eleven hundreds and sixteen cases were sampled from six junior-high schools which have met the purpose of this study. The survey had been committed with structured questionnaire which had been consisted in several variables; personal; familial; school and peer related; delinquent characteristics. Reliability and validity of each variables had been tested through pilot test. Effects of independent variables on dependent variables were analyzed according to the region through path analysis. In the analysis, remarkable differences on the processes of being delinquent had been found and three path models of being delinquent had been made on the basis of those differences. Each of them has shown different effecting patterns of personal, familial, and school and peer related variables on one's degree of delinquency. In Pattern 1, peer related variables have committed more powerful effects on the degree of delinquency than the others have. School related variables, in Pattern 2, commit most striking effects on the dependent variables. The degree of delinquency in Pattern 3 is most strongly effected by familial variables. The limitations that personal behavior oriented approach might be confronted in the field of juvenile delinquency have been proved by these results of this study. These results have given many implications to us on the needs of distinctive and integrative approaches to the problems of juvenile delinquency.
This Study aims to investigate the patterns and causes of the time to return-to-work(RTW) of the injured workers. This study collected data with structured questionnaires and finally included 791 injured workers. The Kaplan-Meier method is used for describing the patterns of the time to RTW after the injury and after claim closure. And the Cox regression is used to identify significant factors on the time to RTW after the injury and after claim closure. The results show that amom the all respondents, the 2.65% returned to work within 1 month, 28.82% within 6 months, 50.95% within 1 year, 71.69% within 2 years after the injury, and the 29.46% of the all repondent returned to work before claim closure or directly after the claim closure, the 36.41% returned to work within 1 month, 56.64% within 6 months, 67.54% within 1 year after the claim closure. And the Cox regression results of the time to RTW after the injury show that the time to RTW affected by gender, age, income, the retirement during the treatment, the RTW to the company at injured time, injury type, surgery, the claim duration, disability ratings, vocational training. Also, the Cox regression results of the time to RTW after the claim show that the time to RTW affected by gender, age, income, the return to the company at injured time, disability ratings, vocational training. As a result, some implication and policies are suggested for reducing the time to RTW of the injured workers.
Despite the increase in the demands on collaboration between health and social welfare, the success of such schemes have been limited. The extant literatures tends to be dominated by explanations for needs or short-term outcomes of collaboration rather than systematic follow-up research to apply to the frontline. At the same time, there is no attempt to apply the theories related to collaboration in order to discuss the situation. This study explores the factors hindering such collaborative working in the frontline, through semi-structured interviews with practitioners involved in two pilot projects. A theoretical framework (Equilibrium Model-Sensemaking, E-S model) which combined Equilibrium Model of 'Interorganizational Network' of Benson(1975) and 'Sensmaking' of Weick(1995) for conceptualiing aspects of collaborations such as working atmosphere and agency was applied to the empirical study of the Public Health and Welfare Office(1995-1999) and the Social Welfare office(2004-2006) pilot projects. Data were collected over three months from 8 pilot project areas with practitioners and managers from health and social welfare. The findings show significant regional differences between pilot areas, such as the presence of active leaders and co-location, had a major impact on the ability of practitioners to effectively integrate services. In other words, active leaders tended to influence practitioners' motivation, while co-location encouraging communication between both practitioners, and thus seemed to influence the practices of collaborative working. Furthermore, through E-S model, it is interpreted that this kind of positive experiences about collaborations may impact on the current practitioners' comprehensive perspective towards health and social welfare services in general. The findings could help policy makers consider the practical ways to break down the barriers between health and social welfare.

Recently, neural network-based speech recognition has been studied to utilize the adaptivity and learnability of neural network models. However, conventional neural network models have difficulty in the co-articulation processing and the boundary detection of similar phonmes of the Korean speech. Also, in case of using one phonotopic map, learning speed may dramatically increase and inaccuracies may be caused because homogeneous learning and recognition method should be applied for heterogenous data. Hence, in this paper, a neural net typewriter has been designed using a hierarchical self-organizing classifier(HSOC), and related algorithms are presented. This HSOC, during its learing stage, distributed phoneme data on hierarchically structured multiple phonotopic maps, using Kohonen's self-organizing feature maps(SOFM). Presented and experimented in this paper were the algorithms for deciding the number of maps, map sizes, the selection of phonemes and their placement per map, an approapriate learning and preprocessing method per map. If maps are divided according to a priorlinguistic knowledge, we would have difficulty in acquiring linguistic knowledge and how to alpply it(e.g., processing extended phonemes). Contrarily, our HSOC has an advantage that multiple phonotopic maps suitable for given input data are self-organizable. The resulting three korean phonotopic maps are optimally labelled and have their own optimal preprocessing schemes, and also confirm to the conventional linguistic knowledge.

While most of the public radio spectrum bands are allocated to licensed users, cognitive radio has been considered as a promising technology for the efficient spectrum utilization. In this new technology, secondary users opportunistically use the temporally underutilized licensed bands as long as they do not give the harmful interference to primary users. In this paper, we focus on the infra-structured network condition in which the cognitive radio network consists of a cognitive radio base station and multiple secondary users. Upon detecting a primary user, the entire cognitive radio network generally switches to another available channel, even if most of the on-going communications still does not interfere with the primary user. Moreover, the network re-entry process on a new channel causes the service disruption of the on-going communications. For this reason, in this paper, we propose a relaying scheme for efficient frequency usage, in which the secondary user out of the interference range of a primary user performs as a relaying node for the secondary user possibly interfering with a primary user. The entire spectrum switching is not required, and thus, we can avoid the service disruption of the on-going communications as much as possible.

This study investigated the correlation between the participation in health-related decisions and self-care competency and the factors influencing self-care competence of patients with chronic disease. The participants were 518 patients with chronic illnesses who were admitted to a public health center. Using a structured-questionnaire, the data was collected from January 1, 2019 to 31, 2019. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé tests, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The mean scores on the participation in health-related decisions and self-care competency were 3.62±0.20 and 4.57±0.34, respectively. The main variables that distinguish significant differences between participation in healthcare decisions and self-care capabilities are gender, age, education level, diagnosis, and subjective health status. Self-care competency was positively correlated with the participation in health-related decisions (r=.66, p=.043). Factors influencing self-care competence were education (β=-2.23, p<.001), health concerns (β=0.14, p=.003), subjective health statues (β=2.57, p=.011), and age (β=-0.36, p=.048). The input variables explained .56 of self-care competence. The results of the study indicate that approaches focusing on enhancing the participation in health-related decisions could potentially improve self-care competency of patients with chronic disease.
In recent days, fuel cell has received attention from the world as an alternative power source to hydrocarbon used in automobile engines. With the industrial advances of fuel cell, There have been a lot of researches actively conducted to find a way of generating hydrogen. Among many hydrogen production methods, Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell(SOEC) is not only a basic way but also environment-friendly method to produce hydrogen gas. Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell has lower electrical energy demands and high thermal efficiency since it is possible to operate under high temperature and high pressure conditions. For these reasons, experimental researches as well as studies on numerical modeling for Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell have been under way. However, studies on numerical modeling are relatively less enough than experimental accomplishments and have limited performance prediction, which mostly is considered as a result from inadequate effects of electrochemical properties by temperature and pressure. In this study, various experimental studies of commercial Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) composed of Ni-YSZ (40wt%, Ni-60 wt% YSZ)/8-YSZ (TOSOH, TZ8Y)/LSM (La0.9Sr0.1MnO3) was utilized for improving effectiveness of SOEC model. After numerically analyzing effects of electrochemical properties according to operating temperature, causing the largest deviation between experiments and simulation are that Charge Transfer Coefficient (CTC), exchange current density, diffusion coefficient, electrical conductivity in SOEC. Analyzing temperature effect on parameter used in overpotential model is conducted for modeling of SOEC. cross-validation method is adopted for application of various MEA and evaluating feasibility of model. As a result, the study confirm that the numerical model of SOEC based on structured process of effectiveness evaluation makes performance prediction better.
In order to understand the morphological differences between two different organic loadings by its upstream, and to compare with other algal groups with references, the fine structure of blue-green algae, Microcystis aeruginosa Kitzing, taken from two branches, Tongbok and Bosung stream of Lake Chuam, Korea pennisula was examined. It showed extinct differences in most physicochemical factors between both branches, except water temperature and pH values. The concentrations of total phosphorus in Tongbok branch were twice as those of Bosung. M. aeruginosa cells were enumerated totally $1.2X10^4cells/ml$ and these individuals in branch of Tongbok were close to two times as much as Bosung. In light and electron microscopy, natural M. aeruginosa colonies formed irregular shape and non-directional array in amorphous matrix. They were consisted of many kinds of cells, youngs or olds in cell division, solitary, and various size of cells. Each cell ranged from 2.61 to $5.40{\mu}m$ in diameter, and averaged as $3.54{\pm}0.19{\mu}m$. In cytoplasm, they contained a number of inclusions in various size, shape and appearances. Among them, polyhedral bodies or carboxysomes, a structured granules, photosynthetic lamellae or thylakoids, and gas vacuoles were prominent and easy to recognize. Although it was failed to find the definable morphological variations in the ultrastructure of M. aeruginosa in terms of algal habitual environments, some useful characters were founded, outer layer of cell wall, polyhedral bodies and gas vacuoles, in blue-green algal classification and taxonomy.
The olivine structured $LiFe_{0.9}Mn_{0.1}PO_4$ material was prepared by solid state method, and was analyzed by x-ray diffractometer (XRD), superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUID) and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The crystal structure of $LiFe_{0.9}Mn_{0.1}PO_4$ was determined to be orthorhombic (space group: Pnma) by Rietveld refinement method. The value of N$\acute{e}$el temperature ($T_N$) for $LiFe_{0.9}Mn_{0.1}PO_4$ was determined 50 K. The temperature dependence of the magnetization curves showed magnetic phase transition from paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic at $T_N$ by SQUID measurement. M$\ddot{o}$ssbauer spectra of $LiFe_{0.9}Mn_{0.1}PO_4$ showed 2 absorption lines at temperatures above $T_N$ and showed asymmetric 8 absorption lines at temperatures below $T_N$. These spectra occurred due to the magnetic dipole and electric quardrupole interaction caused by strong crystalline field at asymmetric $FeO_6$ octahedral sites.

Recently, about 600 cases of marine accidents occur annually in Korea. According to many studies and analyses on occurrence of marine accidents, 70~80% of marine accidents were caused by human factors. Among the human factors, navigation officers' fatigue is very important factor. Although navigation officers' fatigue serves as an important role in marine accidents, there is no method to exactly examine the degree of officers' fatigue. Accordingly, this study analyzed human factors according to types of marine accidents and extracted important five factors affecting navigation officers' fatigue through the questionnaire survey by means of literatures and 5-point scale. In addition, evaluation factors of marine accident risks caused by fatigue factors were divided and structured by using ISM. Lastly, it found out the importance of each fatigue factor drawn by AHP and decided marine accidents that were most highly caused by navigation officers' fatigue in order. At the result, weights were high as sleep time 0.385, stress 0.302, health condition 0.139, rest time 0.099, alcohol and drug 0.074 in fatigue factors, and death and injury 0.328, collision 0.308, grounding 0.195, sinking 0.094, fire accident 0.075 in evaluation factors of marine accident risks. Therefore, the control plan to lower marine accident risks should be prepared on the basis of high weight factors.
