부부간의 의사소통 효육성과 스트레스 인지수준 (The Efficiency of the Interspouse Communication and the Level of Stress Recognition)

  • The purposes of this research were to find out general trends of the efficiency of the interspouse communication and the level of stress recognition, to estimate the differences of the efficiency of communication and the level of stress recognition according to socio-demographic, communication variables, and to analyze correlations between stress recognition and communication efficiency. The subjects of this study were 220 couples in Kwang-ju. The major results were as follow; 1) The level of wives' stress recognition was higher than husbands' and the level of interspouse communication efficiency was median. 2) Communication efficiency showed significant differences according to number of children, the duration of marriage in wives. The level of stress recognition showed significant differences according to the hours they spend in daily communication, the typeds of communication, the satisfaction of communication in both groups of husbands and wives. 3) Marital communication efficiency was negatively correlated with the level of stress recognition in couples.

Vowel epenthesis and stress-focus interaction in L2 speech perception

  • The goal of the current study is to investigate whether L2 learners' perceptual ability regarding epenthetic vowels is interconnected with other aspects of speech recognition, such as lexical stress, sentence focus, and vowel recognition. Twenty-five Korean L2 learners of English participated in perception experiments assessing vowel epenthesis oddity, lexical stress oddity, sentence focus oddity, and vowel identification. Results indicate that accuracy on the vowel epenthesis oddity test is influenced by both lexical stress and sentence focus, suggesting that perceptual ability regarding epenthetic vowels is influenced by the acquisition of L2 rhythmic structure at both word and sentence levels. Additionally, this study identifies a proficiency effect on vowel epenthesis recognition, implying that the influence of L1 phonotactics diminishes as L2 proficiency increases. Taken together, this study illustrates the interaction between perceptual abilities in vowel epenthesis and prosodic stress in the field of L2 speech perception.

도시 주부의 가정관리 능력의 제 영향 변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influential Variables Related to Home Management Ability of Urban Home Makers)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out influential variables related to Home Management Ability of urban home makers. This study focuses on the following aspects; 1) to find out which variables of sociodemographic variables (ie. home maker's age, level of education-husband, wife, job-husband, wife, income, duration of marriage), of psychological variables (ie. degree of resourcefulness recognition, degree of stress recognition, degree of life level recognition) have significant effects on home management ability. 2) to find out which variables of sociodemographic variables have significant effects on degree of resourcefulness recognition, of stress recognition, and of life level recognition. 3) to identify the influence of significant variables related to home management ability. Data was analyzed by frequency. percentage, mean , F-test, t-test, Duncan's multiple range test. regression analysis , path analysis pearson's r. x2-test. Major findings are as follows; 1) The level of education (husband , wife)and occupation of husband were variables to have influences on home management ability. 2) a. The level of education (husband, wife) and income were variable to have influences on degree of resourcefulness recognition. b. The employment of home makers. income, and the form of family were variables to have influences on degree of stress recognition. c. The level of education (husband, wife) occupation of husband , income , and duration of marriage were variables to have influences on degree of life level recognition. 3) There were significant relationships between home management ability and degree of resourcefulness recognition and of stress recognition (r=0.13, r=-0.12, p<.05). a. The higher degree of resourcefulness recognition, the higher home management ability (x2=11.17. df=4. p<.05) b. The higher degree of stress recognition, the lower home n=management ability (x2=14.64. df=4. p<.01) 4) The education level of homemakers (β =0.15) and income (β=0.12) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of resourcefulness recognition (β =0.13) 5) The employment of home makers (β=-0.17) was a variable to have indirect influence on home management ability through the medium of the degree of stress recognition(β=-0.12) 6) the education level of husband (β=0.16) and income (β=0.32) were variables to have direct influence on degree of life level recognition. 7) The degree of life level recognition (β=0.13) and education level of home makers (β=0.17) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of resourcefulness recognition (β=0.13) 8)The degree of life level recognition (β=-0.22) the employment of home makers(β=-0.17) and the from of family(β=-0.10) were variables to have indirect influences on home management ability through the medium of the degree of stress recognition.

주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(ADHD)로 진단받은 아동 어머니의 인식, 양육스트레스, 가족지지와의 관계 (Relationship of Mothers' Recognition of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Parenting Stress and Family Support in Children Diagnosed with ADHD)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of mothers' recognition of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), parenting stress and family support in mothers of children diagnosed with ADHD. Methods: The data were collected from December 24, 2009 to July 23, 2010. The participants were 141 mothers of children diagnosed with ADHD and who lived in D city. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients with SPSS 17.0 were used to analyze the data. To determine the most effective variable (mothers' recognition, parenting stress and family support) to predict parental stress, data were analyzed using canonical correlation with SAS 9.1 TS. Results: Canonical correlation analysis revealed that professional and teachers' roles of the 3 sub-domains of mothers' recognition were the most outstanding variables in predicting parenting stress. Parental distress/parent-child dysfunctional interaction of parenting stress was the most outstanding variable in predicting both mothers' recognition and family support. Spouse cooperation in family support was the most outstanding variable in predicting parenting stress. Conclusion: The results suggest that strengthening parents' recognition of ADHD and supporting interventions are important for reducing parenting stress. Professional and teachers' roles, parental distress/parent-child dysfunctional interaction and spouse cooperation should be included in the contents of structured programs.

우리나라 청소년의 주관적 스트레스의 인지수준에 따른 구강증상경험과의 관련성 (Association with oral symptom experiences by level of subjective stress recognition in the Korean adolescents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of subjective stress recognition and oral symptom experiences including toothache, gum diseases, and oral soft tissue diseases in the Korean adolescents. Methods: The subjects were 68,043 adolescents recruited using a web-based survey, National Korean Youth Risk Behavior in 2015 by the Korean Center for Disease Control. For statistical analysis, SPSS 21.0 for Windows was used. Descriptive analysis and a Chi-square test were conducted to determine the factors associated with general characteristics, health behaviors, oral health behaviors, and level of subjective stress recognition. Finally, to investigate the relationship between the level of subjective stress recognition and oral symptom experiences, logistic regression analysis was performed. Results: Toothache related subjective stress recognition level was significantly higher in the moderate group with the score of 1.59 (95% CI; 1.49-1.68), and was greater in the high group with 2.38 (95% CI; 2.24-2.53) compared to the low group. Gum disease related subjective stress recognition level was significantly higher in the moderate group with 1.41 (95% CI; 1.32-1.51), and was greater in the high group with 1.99 (95% CI; 1.86-2.13). Oral soft tissue disease related subjective stress recognition level was significantly higher in the moderate group with 1.59 (95% CI; 1.45-1.74), and was greater in the high group with 2.55 (95% CI; 2.33-2.79). Bad breath related subjective stress recognition level was significantly higher in the moderate group with 1.48 (95% CI; 1.39-1.57), and was greater in the high group with 2.10 (95% CI; 1.97-2.25). Conclusions: Higher subjective stress recognition level was found to affect the oral symptoms experienced. Therefore, the stress management plan should be prepared through the cause identification of the main stress in the adolescents. Practical and systematic education is needed for oral health management in the schools.

성별에 따른 한의대 학생의 스트레스와 건강인식도에 대한 단면조사 연구 (Cross-sectional Study about Stress and Health Recognition in Korean Medicine Student by Gender)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate stress and health recognition in Korean medical student by gender. Methods: 393 Korean medical student participated in this study. They were surveyed demographic characteristics(gender, age, drinking, morning diet, health recognition and etc), medical stress scale, Maslachh burnout inventory, Korea acceptance and action, and Ego Resilience Scale. For statistical analysis, chi-square test, Student t-test, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis has been used. Results: In Medical stress scale and ego resilience, it is not significant difference by gender. Female students were significantly higher than male students in Maslach burnout inventory(P=0.015). Male students were significantly higher than female students in Korea Acceptance and Action(P=0.002). Health recognition have negative correlation between medical stress and academic exhaustion, and positive correlation between psychological flexibility and ego resilience. Conclusions: Through these results, we need to further study and develop strategies to reduce stress according to gender in Korean medical college.

정서지능 향상 프로그램이 아동의 스트레스 인식과 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of an Emotional Intelligence Development Program on the Stress Recognition and the Stress Coping of Elementary School Children)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 아동의 정서지능 프로그램이 아동의 스트레스 인식과 스트레스 대처에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해서 실시되었다. 경기도 S 초등학교 4학년 아동을 대상으로 사전 검사를 실시하여 스트레스 인식 수준은 높고, 정서지능과 스트레스 대처 능력이 낮은 아동대상 중 프로그램 참여에 동의한 아동 24명을 각각 12명씩 실험집단과 통제집단에 임의 배정하였다. 실험집단을 대상으로 매주 2회씩 총 10회에 걸쳐 방과 후 시간에 50분씩 프로그램을 실시하였고 통제집단은 무처치 하였다. 실험처치후 집단간 정서지능 검사와 스트레스 인식 검사, 스트레스 대처 검사 결과를 비교 분석하였고, 실험집단 아동의 프로그램 평가 및 소감문, 교사의 관찰내용 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과 실험집단의 정서지능은 통제집단에 비해 의미있게 향상되었으며 정서지능의 하위변인인 정서인식 및 표현과 사고촉진, 정서조절이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 또한 실험집단의 스트레스 인식 수준은 통제집단에 비해 의미있게 감소되었으며 스트레스 인식 수준의 하위영역 중 부모, 가정환경, 친구, 학업의 영역에서 유의미하게 감소되었다. 마지막으로 실험집단의 스트레스 대처 능력은 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 결과는 참여아동의 소감문, 프로그램 평가결과, 교사의 관찰기록 내용 분석에 의해 지지되고 보충되었다. 본 연구결과는 정서지능이 스트레스 경험과 적응과의 관계를 중재하는 변수임을 시사해주며, 정서지능 향상을 통한 아동의 스트레스 인식과 대처에 변화를 가져오는 구체적 한 방안을 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.

독서치료 프로그램이 중학생의 스트레스 인지와 반응에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 그림책 조형활동을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of a Bibliotherapy Program on the Stress Recognition and Reactions of Middle School Students: With a Focus on Picture Books and Paper Craft Art Activities)

  • 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 종이조형을 활용한 그림책 독서치료프로그램을 실시한 후 학생들의 스트레스 인지와 스트레스 반응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 정서적 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 밝혀진 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 종이조형을 활용한 그림책 독서치료 프로그램은 중학생의 스트레스 인지와 스트레스 반응에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스 인지의 하위요인 중 가정환경, 친구, 학업, 교사/학교는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 스트레스 반응의 하위요인에서는 피로를 제외하고 긴장, 좌절, 분노, 우울, 신체화, 공격성에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

치과기공사의 소음 스트레스 (Stress of Noise on Dental Technician)

  • Purpose: Production of dental prosthesis by a dental technician causes a loud noise. Thus, we investigated stress of dental technicians due to a noise using a structured questionnaire. Methods: A survey was conducted on working dental technicians across the country from July 2013 to November 2013; among 200 sets of survey distributed, 166 were completed and returned, and excluding the 11 that deemed unsuitable, 155 sets were used for statistics. The program SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the correlation among the collected data. Results: The stress of noise was found to be 2.83/5 points (2.93/5 for physical stress, 2.72/5 for emotional stress). Recognition of noise was found to be 2.71/5 points (3.39/5 for recognition of noise, 2.64/5 for accidents caused by noise, 2.29/5 for experiencing disability due to noise). For general items, the highest stress were shown for the following catogories: by gender, females (p=.008); by position, chief engineer (p=.033); by monthly pay, 2.51M-3.0M KRW (p=.023); by interior comfort, 'very unpleasant' was the highest recognized (p=.014). For the effect of time exposed to noise, its stress (p=.000) and recognition (p=.000) rose with increase of time. Conclusion: Dental technicians performs tasks in work environments exposed to extreme noise. This research attempts to re-emphasize the necessity for improving the work environment for noise and provide measures of blocking noise and precaution.

일부 중국 유학생에서 한국문화적응 스트레스와 한국전통음식에 대한 인지도, 선호도 및 섭취 빈도와의 관련성 (Interrelations among Acculturative Stress and, Recognitions, Preferences and Eating Frequency of Korean Traditional Food by Chinese Students in Korea)

  • This study investigated the interrelations among acculturative stress, recognition, preference and eating frequency of Korean traditional food by Chinese students in Korea. The acculturative stress score was $3.06{\pm}0.32$, 'homesickness' score was the highest ($3.92{\pm}0.62$) and 'guiltscore' score was the lowest ($2.28{\pm}1.04$). The rate of preferred for Korean food was low (20.5%). The places for eating Korean food were 'restaurant' (49.6%) and 'school cafeteria' (41.1%). The cooking experience regarding Korean food was 45.0% and they had cooked 'Bulgogi' (26.7%) and 'Bibimbap' (21.9%). The recognition score for Korean traditional food was $0.70{\pm}0.27$. The preference score for Korean traditional food was $3.14{\pm}0.54$, and the favorite foods were 'Galbi' and 'Galbitang' while 'Ggakdugi' was the lowest. The eating frequency for Korean traditional food was $2.15{\pm}0.82$, and 'Baechukimchi' and 'Bibimbap' were comparatively high. The acculturative stress showed no correlation with the recognition, preference and eating frequency of Korean traditional food. The recognition of Korean traditional food correlated positively with the eating frequency (r=0.175, p<0.05). The preference of Korean traditional food had a significant effect on eating frequency (r=0.274, p<0.001), and the highest positive correlation was shown in 'Ddeokbokki' (r=0.470). The explanation power ($R^2$) of recognition and preference on eating frequency was 0.098. This study showed the interrelations among recognition, preference, and eating frequency of Korean traditional food except for acculturative stress.
