Cultural Idea and Space Development

  • The ideology of space development can be classified into three types: national security, scientific inquiry, and commercialism. Korea and Japan have influenced the space development innovation system by different proportions. In the rhetoric analysis of Kim Young Sam, Kim Dae Jung, Roh Moo Hyun, and President Lee Myung Bak, the periods when Korea's space development began in earnest, the pragmatism (commercialism) of strengthening industrial competitiveness through space development has been consistently emphasized. But it also maintains national security and scientific inquiry as ancillary.

물류협력지수의 개발 및 측정에 관한 연구: 공동물류사업을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development and Measurement of Logistics Partners Cooperation Index(LPCI): Focused on the Joint Logistics)

  • Purpose - Over 90% of Domestic logistics industry is small enterprise and they are experiencing growth stagnation due to price-based competition structure rather than constructing logistics service of high added value. In order to get over this situation and pursue the development of logistics industry, strengthening its competitiveness, through inter-enterprise cooperative network build-up, would be a key alternative. Therefore, in this study, an index for measuring inter-enterprise cooperation level of Joint logistics business will be developed as a typical collaborative business model in logistics industry. Moreover, a strengthening competitiveness method suggests a developmental step and a key management index to mature in logistics industry. Research Design, Data, Methodology - This study is an index development research for measuring inter-enterprise cooperation level of logistics industry. Such a level was measured by performing a survey by targeting enterprises that participated in Joint logistics business. The targeting enterprises are typical cooperative models in logistics industry. Measurement items were developed which were based on the presented items in existing research. Question items were composed of selection type questions as answering Yes/No. They measures implementation status of corporate activity and detailed activity items measuring qualitative level. Total samples were based on 116 enterprise samples including 90 logistics enterprises and 26 shippers. In addition, by evaluating the importance for Joint logistics business recognition with personnel working level, the weight of measuring variable was extracted. This study has built an assessment tools (LPCI) on Joint logistics business cooperation level in a situation where there are no previous studies on joint logistics business, this study is meaningful for other studies. Results - As a result of analyzing LPCI presented in this study, the score of logistics enterprise was represented as 59.9 points based on full score of 100 points and that of shippers as 47.2 points and cooperation level among enterprises participated in Joint logistics business was revealed to be very low. In particular, as a result of measuring the importance between logistics enterprise and shippers, the difference by each measurement standard was represented among those enterprises. This difference is considered to be a key factor that cooperative operational conformity between logistics enterprises and shippers is represented to be low. Conclusions - As most joint logistics business, being promoted at present, is sharing facility and information with joint logistics business, it is hard to find such a joint logistics business in reality based on cooperative business model in main cooperation agents. Therefore, competitiveness of logistics industry could be strengthened by promoting joint logistics business based on their mutual cooperation among enterprises. In other words, it is to secure sustainable competitiveness of joint logistics business together with creation of new market by inter-enterprise cooperation based on integration of basic logistics business.

대형선망어업의 축소 동향과 경영대응 방향 (Trend of Reduction and Direction of Management Response in the Large Purse Seine Fishery)

  • This paper examines the trend of restructuring and direction of management response in the Large Purse Seine Fishery. The large-scale fishing industry is one of the most popular fishing areas in the coastal area, and it has been developed by providing exclusive supplies of many types of catchy fish, such as mackerel and horse mackerel through physical productivity in fleet operations. However, the Large Purse Seine Fishery has been declining in profitability due to the deterioration of the business environment since 2000. It is at a crossroads whether it will disappear or regenerate as it is. The Large Purse Seine Fishery's current problems are: firstly, the continued deterioration of the fishery business balance and worsening labor problems, secondly, insufficient freshness management and quality control after landing, and thirdly, import competition. The fourth is the intensification of the market competition, which is the evolution of fishing variability and the increase in the proportion of small fish. The fifth is the reduction of the operating fishing ground due to the suspension of mutual fishing in Korea and Japan. To address these problems and suggest management response directions for the survival of large-scale fishing businesses is as follows. First, a sustainable production system should be established through strengthening resource management and promoting international fisheries cooperation. Second, the profitability of fishing management should be improved by introducing a low-cost supplier system and securing a stable labor force. Third, we should improve the leading and quality control of catch, improve the high value-added value of catch through brand development, and secure competitive advantage with imported produce. Finally, the government should establish a cooperative system among private sector, government, and research institutes to push ahead with these tasks and strengthen the competitiveness of the front and rear industries.

정보기술기기 후발사업자의 경쟁력 강화전략;기술제휴 사례를 중심으로 (Strategy for Strengthening Late Mover's Competitiveness in the IT Equipment Market)

  • 정보통신의 발전은 다양한 정보기술기기의 출현을 지지하고 있다. 그리고 정보기술기기는 디지털 콘텐츠의 제작, 응용, 유통의 기능을 중심으로 그 수요가 증대되고 있다. 이러한 정보기술기기 시장의 성장은 기업에게 새로운 사업 기회를 제공한다. 하지만 정보기술기기 산업은 정보기술력이라는 장벽이 존재하여 기업이 쉽게 추격과 진입을 결정하기 어렵다. 때문에 일부 기업은 동종업계 타사와의 기술제휴를 통해 경쟁력의 기반을 갖추기도 한다. 다만 동종업계 기술제휴의 경우, 시장에서의 관계는 경쟁 관계일 수밖에 없다. 이러한 시각에서 본고는 외국 기업과 기술제휴를 통해 정보기술기기 시장에 진입한 국내 후발업체가 제휴사와의 경쟁에서 우위를 점하기 위한 전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 그리고 이를 위해 기술제휴 사례 연구를 진행하였으며, 사례에서 나타난 통계치를 바탕으로 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 본고는 과학적인 수요예측을 통한 가격정책 수립, 브랜드 아이덴티티에 초점을 맞춘 시장의 사전조사 및 사후관리, 고객관리 접점의 효과적 구축 등이 필요함을 확인하였다. 디지털 콘텐츠의 제작, 응용, 유통을 담당하는 국내 정보기술기기 사업자의 성장은 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 발전에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

사회적경제기업의 마케팅역량이 시장지향성을 통해 사회적성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of marketing capabilities of social economy enterprises on social performance through market orientation)

  • 본 연구는 사회적경제기업들을 대상으로 마케팅역량이 시장지향성을 통해 사회적성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 사회적경제기업들의 마케팅역량을 가격경쟁력능력, 유통경쟁력능력으로 분류하고, 시장지향성을 고객지향성, 부서간협력, 경쟁자지향성으로 구분하였다. 또한, 사회적경제기업들의 특성에 맞춰 성과검증은 사회적성과로 구성하였다. 총 216명의 사회적경제기업의 임직원들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 자료를 수집하였고 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 마케팅역량은 시장지향성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 시장지향성은 사회적 성과에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시장지향성은 마케팅역량에 있어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회적경제기업의 마케팅역량 강화가 사회적성과 창출에 중요한 요소임을 시사한다. 사회적경제기업은 마케팅역량 강화를 통해 시장지향성을 높이고, 이를 통해 사회적 가치를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 게임 스트리밍 애플리케이션 리뷰 분석: 디지털 경쟁력 강화를 위한 연구 (Analyzing Game Streaming Application Reviews Using Text Mining Approach: Research to Strengthen Digital Competitiveness)

  • 코로나 19로 인해 라이브 스트리밍 서비스 시장의 성장이 가속화되고 있어 라이브 스트리밍 모바일 애플리케이션의 다운로드와 리뷰의 수도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 게임 스트리밍 서비스 기업 중 하나인 트위치(Twitch)의 모바일 애플리케이션을 대상으로 하여 텍스트마이닝 기법 중 LDA 토픽모델링을 통해 총 8개의 토픽을 추출하였는데 그중 7가지 불편요인들이 추출되고, 공기어 분석 방법을 활용해 사용자 리뷰를 분석하여 사용자가 주로 느끼는 5가지 불편요인들을 탐지하여, 최종, 광고, UI 디자인, 기술문제를 해결하는 동시에 디지털 경쟁력도 강화할 수 있는 솔루션을 제공하였다. 본 연구에서 제공한 솔루션은 향후 트위치(Twitch)뿐만 아니라 타 라이브 스트리밍 서비스 기업에도 디지털 경쟁력을 향상할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 향후 본 연구에서 제공한 솔루션의 유용성 및 신뢰성을 판단하기 위해 진일보 연구할 가치가 있다.

녹색체험마을 활성화를 위한 정책과 과제 -조직과 리더육성을 중심으로- (Policies and Tasks for Promoting Villages for Farm Experience)

  • In the development of policies and projects for regional development, consolidating region's organization and organizational leadership that could establish and operate voluntary developmental plans along with active participations by regional people are important. There have been successful cases of regional agricultural products emphasizing regional characteristics by strengthening functions and autonomy of the local government based on the premise of increasing mealable relationship among local industries and maximizing the characteristics of local resources and local resource utilization. However, effective pursuing is difficult due to lack of organization and leadership. Centering around local units with their importance recognized playing the core role in the development of rural areas, other important issues are activating civic organizations essential for local development based on town units and agricultural amenity resources in rural areas by seeking methods of rearing organizational leadership, improving rural incomes by strengthening local competitiveness through environmentally-friendly agricultural products based on local units, and developing and activating farm experience related with green tour. The types of organization and leaders are analyzed by investigating approved cases of farm experience. According to the results of the analysis, we seek the methods of promoting organizations and leaders for promoting farm experiences in villages and methods of constructing support organizations for promoting farm experience centering around local government units (such as city, Kun, Eup, Myun and village).

The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction, Hospital's Reputation and Loyalty

  • 본 연구는 환자가 지각한 의료서비스품질이 만족, 병원명성 및 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 기존 고객의 이탈을 막고 재이용의도를 증진함으로써 병원의 수익성과 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 전략적인 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 구조 모형 분석과 확인 요인분석을 위해 AMOS 20.0을 사용하였고, 실증분석을 위하여 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 의료서비스품질은 만족과 명성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 의료서비스품질은 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 주었다. 만족은 명성과 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 충성도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 환자들이 만족할 수 있는 서비스 품질 개선과 환자와의 관계 구축의 중요성을 인지하고 관계강화를 위한 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

  • 최근 ICT와 의료 기술 및 서비스의 융합 강도가 높아지면서 ICT 기반 의료기기 및 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스 개발 등의 부가가치가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료분야 데이터 백업 이슈 등에 대한 시장 환경 분석을 통한 사업 타당성 검토와 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 거래 유형 분석을 통해 의료 분야의 새로운 융합 비즈니스 모델을 도출하고, 향후 고객 확보 및 시장 확대, 경쟁력 강화 등을 위한 사업화 활용 모델의 개발 방향을 제안한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스의 새로운 융합 비스니스 모델을 설계 할 때 산업의 핵심 역량 강화 전략 및 제휴 연계 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

우리나라 내수면어업의 경쟁력 강화 방안 (A Study on the Reinforcement of the competitive power of Korean Inland Fisheries)

  • Fisheries resources living in inland have continuously reduced due to over-fishing and development thoughtless for the environment. Inland fisheries that target the fisheries resources have been also confronted by several problems such as insufficiency of inland fisheries management systems, inconsistent fisheries management system, inferior infrastructure of inland fisheries, and decreasing fishermen's real income. These problems have demotivated fishermen who want to focus on fishing and farming activation. Therefore, this paper provides alternatives of reorganization for turning to sound and healthy inland fisheries industries by reviewing Korean inland fisheries management systems. The reorganization should be preferentially granted resource management by water system considering geographical conditions, seed release, and establishment of fisheries order for maintenance of sound and healthy inland fisheries. Also, the reorganization should be moved toward the competitive strengthening of "company unit" for inland fisheries, the nourishment of fisher-oriented fisheries management system, strong relationship among inland fishermen, the systematic management of inland fisheries, the strengthening of guidance service for inland fisheries, the extension of infrastructure related to fisheries production, the development of inland fisheries policy including public people, and the improvement of inland fisheries system and law reflecting various users of inland fisheries.
