마르세이유 거대 주거동의 건축설계 특성(特性)과 단면 3층 단위체 기원(起源)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Design Characteristics and the Origin of Three-story Section in the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles)

  • The Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles was an experimental project that Le Corbusier had been waiting for since 1920s in order to explore his ideals and visions in mass housing and city planning. As a leader of the first generation members in CIAM, Le Corbusier tried to give a new form and an order to the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles in both building design and city planning level. The purpose of this research is to investigate the design characteristics of the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles in three different levels of built environment with a particular emphasis on the process through which an original form is derived from its contextual settings. In the level of city planning, Le Corbusier aimed to reshape traditional low-rise urban housing by deploying several Unites spaciously. Le Corbusier believed that the spacious deployment of Unites would bring us both the functional economy in the city and the natural amenity in the suburbs. As Unite d'Habitation would be called frequently as vertical garden city, the influence of suburban garden city on Unite d'Habitation is apparent. In the building level, the binomial harmony of individual-collectivity was pursued by providing three different public floors and by combining 23 different family unit types in the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles. In order to visualize the concept of object-type, family units were prefabricated and inserted into the structural frame of the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles. Two family units are combined to make a three-story section with street corridor in the middle. This three-story section unit is very original as it has access corridor every third floor and each unit could have considerable depth with the help of the living space of two story height. In consideration of formal and plan similarity as well as contextual edivdence, it is concluded that the three-story section of the Unite d'Habitation is derived more from Narkomfin Apartments than from the monastery at Ema or Immuble Villas.

자율주행차량과 건축의 결합을 위한 고층 구조 시스템 제안 및 설계 적용 (Proposal and Design Application of High-Rise Structural System for Combining Autonomous Vehicles and Architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose future-oriented high-rise buildings where the vehicle is parked at the top of the building. At the same time, the vehicle is used as a part of the building along with the advent of the era of autonomous driving. The suspended structure is proposed as a suitable structural system for architectural planning. This system is free to design because there are no limitations on column planning compared to conventional designs. In particular, the low-floor plan can be used as an open space because colums are not arranged in the lower-floors. Thereby opened low-floor plan has advantages that visual perception of the space is improved, noise problems along the side of the street is solved and planning underground parking spaces are easier. These advantages can solve the problem of overlapping columns with vehicle traffic in the building. However, there are some problems that the suspension structure is mainly a formal form and the usable area is small compared to the core area because it is a core-oriented structural system. In this regard, a new structural system was proposed by combining the concept of suspended structure and cable stayed column. Therefore, this paper analyzes the existing style of high-rise housing suspended Structure and proposes a new structural system and the concept of design for autonomous vehicles.

전통시장 아케이드 공간의 리모델링을 위한 이용자 태도에 관한 연구 - 대구서문시장 이용자 설문을 바탕으로 - (User Preference for Improved Remodeling of Arcade in Traditional Market - Based on user surveys in Daegu Seomun Market -)

  • Fifteen years after the modernization of traditional markets, commercial facilities and some 1,000 markets across the country contacted arcade operators, there are no specific guidelines on installation standards, exact guidelines for public facilities, and guidelines on law, maintenance and management yet. Therefore, it is necessary to derive a plan that reflects the mindset of the market project and the users as basic planning data for making arcade remodeling of traditional markets more advanced. As a research method, case studies and surveys were conducted and the details are as follows. Through the case study, this study drew suggestions that were available and needed in Korea on the planning plan of arcade space in the developed traditional market and conducted user preference. The survey participants are 150 users of Daegu seomun market. In addition, the survey contents are approached with the concept of remodeling remuneration, so the total number of questions is 47 including 'accessibility', 'comfort', 'openness', 'safety' and 'integrity', which are five elements of the arcade plan. The survey method assessed the importance and satisfaction of each questionnaire on a 5-point scale, and the survey results were compared with technical statistics and means using the SPSS statistics package. The results of user awareness and image survey, in which the installation and remodeling of the ventilation system of the crosshairs are mentioned in the event of fire or in the case of daily ventilation, are important factors in safety. The user-conscious survey, analyzed in 'integrity', indicates that the use of multi-purpose space is required, and that the layout of street stalls and parking and user movements should be integrated. Mac of this study is going to present direction of remodeling plan and behavior analysis by analyzing user preference data for advanced remodeling of arcade in traditional markets.

농어촌 취약지역 접근성 변화에 따른 생활서비스와 공간구조 변화에 관한 연구 - 고흥군 사양도 사양마을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Change of Living Service and Spatial Structure according to the Change of Accessibility in Vulnerable Areas in Rural Areas - Focusing on Sayang Village, Goheung-gun -)

  • This study investigated changes in the spatial structure of rural villages in Sayang Village, where accessibility restrictions to island areas were improved, and analyzed the spatial composition of houses according to changes in the living environment. First, despite the island's vulnerable transportation requirements being resolved by the completion of the land and bridge in 2018, the local economy continues to stagnate due to a vicious cycle of local living services and job losses. Second, when a survey of residents' changed living services was conducted through the continuation of the specification map, the scope of living areas was expanded by analyzing the frequency and place of visit of fresh food purchases, use of convenience facilities, and medical visits. Third, it is judged that the naturally formed village is composed of small roads to the inside of the village due to the disorganized street system and the form of walking instead of vehicles. Finally, as a result of analyzing the residential space of houses in fishing villages, the aging rate of houses over 30 years old was 62 (91.2%), and the average area of the first house space built was 65.2m2 to 14.1m2, an increase of 17.8% of the total area.

  • 국내 교통부문 온실가스 총배출량 중 자동차 연료소비에 의한 $CO_2$ 배출량은 가히 절대적인 비율을 차지하고 있는 것으로 파악된다. 본 연구는 자동차, 그 중에서도 특히 승용차의 주행거리에 영향을 미치는 도시구성요소로서 도로망의 형태 그리고 건물규모와 건물용도의 공간적 배치에 주목하고, 이들 변수를 통해 승용차의 주행거리 및 $CO_2$ 배출량을 간접 추정하는 모델을 제안한다. 모델의 개발은 연역적 방식에 의한 수리모델의 구성, 시뮬레이션을 통한 모델 행태의 평가, 그리고 국내 5개 중소도시를 대상으로 한 실제 사례분석을 통해 모델을 조정하는 순으로 진행된다. 연료소비량에 기반한 하향식, 총량적 추정방식과는 대조적으로, 본 연구에서 제안되는 모델은 상향식, 미시적 성격을 갖는 것으로서, 도시구성요소 및 인간활동의 공간적 배치를 다루는 도시계획 및 설계 분야에서 그 활용도가 특히 높을 것으로 기대된다.

한국과 중국 여성의 캐주얼 스타일 비교연구 - 2008년 여름 서울과 상하이의 스트리트 패션을 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study of Casual Styles Between Korean and Chinese Women - Focusing on 2008 Summer Street Fashion in Seoul and Shanghai -)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the fashion industry of Korea and China by providing the basic informations of Korean fashion company planning to launch into the Chinese fashion market, and also presenting the Korean fashion style to the China, by the way of searching the sameness and differences of the casual style. The direct picturing method and comparative analysis were applied for the methods of study. The whole body pictures were taken from the major fashion streets of Seoul and Shanghai, then clear 250 photos were selected in each city. The period for two weeks from 1st, July to 14th, July 2008, and from 10AM until 5PM. The results of study are as follows. The sequential order of frequency is easy casual, jean casual, romantic casual and character casual in Seoul and Shanshai. In case of easy casual, there were many similarities of the preferences in the items, colors and coordinations, while showing the differences in the styling of the clothing. Taking the jean casual, there were no specific differences in items between two cities except the styling of clothing in which the tidy style were more prevalent in Seoul, while the sexy style were more predominant in Shanghai. The main item of romantic style was the one-piece dresses. This was preferred in the style of A-line or H-line with short length, in Seoul while X-silhouette showing the body line with knee-length skirts were more popular in Shanghai. Finally the frequency of character casual is below 5% in both cities. In the items, the skirts were more preferred as a bottom in Seoul in contrast with the pants being more prevalent in Shanghai, the sleeveless top popular in both cities. The modest style were noted in Seoul, the sexy style were more prevalent in Shanghai. However many similarities between two cities were found in the speed of acceptabilities of fashion.

Fuzzy Logic을 적용한 간선도로 상의 교통감응 신호제어 (Development of the Traffic Actuation Signal Control System Based on Fuzzy Logic on an Arterial Street)

  • 교차로의 신호시간 계획이나 간선도로 축의 제어에 있어서 가장 대표적인 문제는 수시로 변화하는 교통상황이다. 또한 이러한 변화로 인해 정확한 교통 데이터를 얻기 힘들고, 그에 대한 분석 또한 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 불명확한 교통데이터를 이용하여 교차로 및 간선도로의 제어를 하기 위해, 인간의 사고와 유사한 추론이 가능하다고 판단되는 Fuzzy Logic을 적용함으로써 불명확한 상황에 대하여 수학적인 함수로 표현되지는 않지만 언어적인(Linguistic) 제어가 가능하도록 하여, 기존의 교통제어 방법보다 교통상황에 민감하게 대처할 수 있는 새로운 제어전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 "영상검지기를 이용한 실시간 교통신호 감응제어(김성호, 1996)"의 독립교차로의 신호 제어 부분을 기초로 하여 간선도로 상의 연속진행 제어에 대한 전략을 제안하고, 그 효과를 기존의 제어 방법에 의한 효과와 비교·분석하였다. 또한 각 제어 방법에 대한 분석을 위하여, 교통 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어인 TRAF-NETSIM을 이용하여 각각의 효과를 비교하였다.

광주시 공원녹지 이용자의 이용 행태에 따른 만족도 (Users' Satisfaction from the Use of Park and Greens based on their Utilization in Gwangju-si)

  • As population concentration, high-rise, and high-density progresses amid rapid industrialization and urbanization in Korea, green areas in the city have decreased significantly and the natural environment has deteriorated day by day due to various development projects. In order to cope with these social changes, many studies related to park and green areas have been conducted, but in the case of Gwangju-si, only studies on green areas such as vegetation structures, street facilities, and recreation forests have been conducted on park green areas. The situation is not losing. Therefore, in this study, a survey was conducted on Gwangju citizens to understand the usage behavior and satisfaction of park green areas, and to provide basic data for future park development and reorganization. As a result, first, to induce a variety of static and dynamic activities in order to increase the park satisfaction of Gwangju citizens, it is possible to create a park that has not been formed as soon as possible, and by planning programs with various themes. Second, it is necessary to expand green space services in marginalized areas by creating water streams, flower pots, and rooftop greening around the lives of Gwangju citizens, and create park green spaces with themes using cultural and historical resources for each administrative district. Third, in order to solve the dry landscape in some urban areas, it is necessary to establish a three-dimensional landscape plan by creating a variety of green areas such as potted plants, green areas, and street trees, and by giving functions of park green areas such as expanding leisure and convenience facilities.

대학촌 가로의 보행환경 개선을 위한 보행자 멀티에이전트(Pedestrian Multi-Agent) 모델링 (Pedestrian Multi-Agent Model in College Town Streets)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 쾌적하고 안전한 보행환경 조성을 위한 계획지원 도구로서 보행자 멀티에이전트 모형(Multi-Agent Model)과 보행시뮬레이션 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이때 본 연구에서 한명의 보행자는 하나의 에이전트로 간주되었다. 보행자 멀티에이전트 모형은 실세계와 같이 보행자 에이전트가 개인적 속성을 유지하면서, 주변 환경에 반응하며, 상호 학습을 통해 이루어지는 개별행동을 그대로 반영할 수 있게 하였다. 개발된 모형은 진주시 가좌동 일대의 대학촌에 적용하였으며, 모형의 적합성 검정을 위해 모형의 예측치와 실측치를 비교하여 $R^2$=0.781로 높은 값은 얻어 모형이 유의함을 확인하였다. 모형의 적용에 있어서 사례지역의 물리적환경은 수치지도를 기반으로 하고, 지역 내 상가의 업종, 규모 등을 현장 조사하여 ArcGis 데이터베이스로 구축하였다. 관련연구를 통한 보행자행동 규칙을 정한 다음, 시뮬레이션 시스템은 Flash MX 액션스크립트를 이용하여 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 이용하여 건물의 매력도가 증가되었을 때와 거리에 이벤트가 발생되었을 때를 가정하여 각각의 경우에 보행자밀도의 변화와 보행환경의 변화를 시뮬레이션 한 다음, 적절한 보행환경개선 방향을 제시하였다.

3차원 시뮬레이션을 활용한 가로수종별 이미지 및 선호도 분석 - 대구광역시 동대구로를 대상으로 - (Sensibility Image and Preference Analysis of Street Tree Species using 3D Simulation - Focused on Tongdaeguro in Daegu Metropolitan City -)

  • 본 연구에서는 도로경관에서 중요한 요소인 가로수에 대한 감성적 이미지를 평가해보기 위하여 3차원 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 수종 계절별 경관이미지를 제작하였다. 대상지는 대구광역시 수성구에 위치한 동대구로로 설정하였으며, 평가 수종은 개잎갈나무, 메타세콰이어, 튜울립나무, 느티나무로 선정하였다. 제작된 이미지를 바탕으로 설문을 실시한 결과, 여름경관에서는 느티나무의 선호도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 가을 및 겨울경관에서는 메타세콰이어의 선호도가 높게 분석되었다. 감성적 평가요인을 도출하기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 심미적 요인, 인지적 요인, 개성적 요인, 자연적 요인, 공간적 요인이 도출되었으며, 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 모든 계절에서 공통적으로 심미적 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 메타세콰이어의 경우 겨울경관에서 다른 수종에 비해 선호도 및 긍정적 의미의 감성이미지가 높게 평가되었으며, 심미적 요인의 감소가 다른 수종에 비해 적은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 수종의 종류 및 계절변화에 따른 감성이미지의 정량적 평가를 통해 쾌적한 도로경관 조성을 위한 객관적 자료 제시 및 경관계획에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
