The Spatial Image contents of Geomorphology 3-D environment is focused by the requirement and importance in the fields such as, national land development plan, telecommunication facility management, railway construction, general construction engineering, Ubiquitous city development, safety and disaster prevention engineering. The currently used DEM system using contour lines, which embodies geographic information based on the 2-D digital maps and facility information has limitation in implementation in reproducing the 3-D spatial city. Moreover, this method often neglects the altitude of the rail way infrastructure which has narrow width and long length. This As the results, We confirmed the solutions of varieties application for railway facilities management using 3-D spatial image contents and database design. Also, I suggested that U-city using railway modeling about matching methods of high density elevation value using 3-D aerial photo with laser data are best approach for detail stereo modeling and simulation.
The most widespread techniques for DEM generation are stereoscopy for optical sensor images and interfereometry for SAR images. These techniques suffer from certain sensor and processing limitations, which can be overcome by the synergetic use of both sensors and DEMs respectively. In this paper, different strategies for fusing SAR and optical data are combined to derive high quality DEM products. The multiresolution wavelet transform, which take advantage of the complementary properties of SAR and stereo optical DEMs, will be applied for the fusion process. By taking advantage of the fact that errors of the DEMs are of different nature using the multiresolution wavelet transform, affected part are filtered and replaced by those of the counterpart and is tested with two sets of SPOT and ERS DEM, resulting in a remarkable improvement in DEM. For the analysis of results, the reference DEM is generated from digital base map(1:5000).

Recently, the quantity of using information go on increasing geometric-progression. At the same time, the management of information is effected on the most organization's effective operation so that many user call for the powerful equipment which expound. access more information. As information searching technology is concentrated about the object of information based on a letter mainly, an effective searching technology for the object of multimedia such as a still image, a video and a sound must be studied. As a monitor of computer is 2-D, it difficult for one to grasp the whole aspect at a look glance like a library. Accordingly, some condition is necessary. First, it acquired the virtual video, turning a camera around by 30 degrees with a camera of 15mm lens, giving a warping and distortion. Second, it improved the books for user to search easily, adding to the video in existing books information system. The original text suggests some way which can embody the video searching technology under the base of personal computer.

A kojic acid derivative, kojic acid 7-O-$\beta$-D-tetraacetylglucopyranoside(KTG) was synthesized. Regio-and stereo-selective glycosylation at 7-postion in kojic acid with $\beta$-D-pentaacetylglucose was achieved with high yield(80%) by the use of Lewis acid and organic base in nonpolar solvent. KTG was hydrolyzed in methanol by the aid of sodium methoxide to give kojic acid 7-O-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside(KGP). KGP is freely soluble in water and soluble in methanol and ethanol. Its structure was comfirmed by $^1$H-NMR and $^{13}$ C-NMR. Tyrosinase activity inhibition of KGP was measured with mushroom tyrosinase compared with ascorbic acid, kojic acid and arbutin. KGP showed higher tyrosinase inhibition activity($IC_{50}$/=33.3 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml) than ascorbic acid(63.2 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml) and arbutin(91.8 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml) but lower inhibition activity than kojic acid(8.3 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml). To test free-radical scavenging activity, we used 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) as a free-radical source. Free-radical scavenging activity of KGP was very low($SC_{50}$/>1000 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml) compared with ascorbic acid($SC_{50}$/=2.68 $\mu\textrm{g}$/ml) and arbutin($SC_{50}$/=180$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml). Melanin formation inhibition of KGP was measured in B16 melanoma, compared with kojic acid, arbutin and Vitamin C. Inhibition activity of KGP for melanin formation was not found within test concentrations.
The olfactory organ of a Korean endemic species, Pseudobagrus koreanus, was investigated to describe its morphology and histology and analyze correlation between habitat environment and its ecological habits and characters, using a stereo microscope, a light microscope, and a scanning electron microscope. Its external morphology showed tubular anterior nostril at the tip of the snout and slit posterior nostril at the base of the nasal barbel. The olfactory chamber showed the rosette structure consisting of numerous lamellae radial and parallel to the medium raphe. The olfactory lamella has the sensory epithelium with olfactory receptor nuerons, supporting cells, basal cells, lymphatic cells, plasma cells and the non-sensory epithelium with stratified epithelial cells, mucous cells, lymphatic cells. In particular, 1) 41~43 (n=20) lamellae, 2) lymphatic cells and plasma cells, 3) mucous cells including neutral polysaccharid may be olfactory characteristics relevant to a stagnant or a standing habitat environment, nocturnal habit dependent on olfaction, and taxonomic characters compared at least to other catfish species.
Current technology for radioactive waste disposal facility is operated as part of KURT site characterization in terms of reliability assessment is conducted to expand. In this study, a geological model of KURT surrounding area on the basis of flow characteristics of the site-scale hydrogeological study was about. Distributed in the study area into four boreholes were plotted using the stereo net NS, NW, EW, Low-angle fracture group was able to identify the components of geological models and include top soil layer, belt of weathering, Low-angle fracture zone, fracture zone was divided into. Separated by fracture of the hydraulic test of through the groundwater aquifer that provides the flow hydraulic conductivity and insulation hydraulic affecting the slope of the normal distribution for the size and direction by performing statistical analysis of fracture in the direction of local ns The advantage was confirmed. In addition, Low-angle fracture hydraulic conductivity of the value of 3.61e-07 m/s has a value greater than the major fracture, the fracture zones exist in the base rock and base rock and the hydraulic characteristics of the different methods applied and had to have a different interpretation judged by was.
The purpose of this study was to perform a clinical test using ez NANOsence II RGP contact lenses for the effects of visual acuity and cornea on subjects with abnormal refraction status. One hundred twenty one adults (twenty nine males, ninety two females, range = 17 to 43, mean = 22.86) were recorded. The subject's history including, the symptoms from previous lens wear, were studied. The subjects were observed, both pre and post lens wear, for any symptoms and signs of change of the eye. The Visual acuity and the binocular status were tested at the far distance using the contact lens. The refraction test was performed on the naked eye using the objective method (Topcon KR-8100, Japan). The Stereopsis test was performed at the near distance after contact lens wear by the Titmus fly (Stereo Optical Co., U.S.A) and TNO (TECH, The netherlands). The contrast sensitivity diagnosis was performed at 1m distance after contact lens wear by the contrast sensitivity chart (pelli-Robertson, USA). The corneal topography was analyzed on the naked eye after lens wear by ORB scan (Bausch Lomb, U.S.A.). The ultra structure of surface on the contact lens was observed using SEM (JMS-5800, Japan). The chemical component's of the contact lens was analyzed by EDS program. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The longer of contact lens wear period, The subjects have acquired the most improved visual function. 2. Subjects had experienced few side effects wearing the contact lenses. 3. The lenses were easy to use by the subjects. 4. The longer of contact lens wear period, the power of cornea had more decrease. but the base curve of cornea had more increase and corneal astigmatism was decrease (p<0.01). Also, the thickness of corneal center was few decrease. 5. Longer periods of using the contact lens showed stereopsis and contrast sensitivity at more normal values. 6 The corneal topographical after lens wear showed most subjects with similar morphology for different wear periods. 7. The surface ultrastructure of the new and used contact lens was the similar fine shape. 8. The chemical component's of in the new and used contact appeared to have similar results. In conclusion, this study showed that the surface ultrastructure and chemical component's of the new and used contact lens are similar. In addition, the subjects had improved the quality of vision and few experienced any side effects during long periods of contact lens wear. Also they have decrease of corneal astigmatism during the long period of lens wear. Our test has showed that the chemical composition and fine structure of contact lens have related to the visual function on contact lens wearer. In this paper, we suggested that ez NANOsence II RGP contact lenses had a moderate effect for correcting vision of abnormal refraction eye.

Kojic acid is well known for its anti-pigmentation effect with tyrosinase inhibition activity. However, kojic acid is a unstable compound. In order to improve stability, kojic acid derivative, kojic acid $6-O-2',3',4',6'-tetraacetyl-{\beta}-D-glucopy-ranoside\;(KTGP)$, was synthesized with $O-pentaacetyl-{\beta}-D-glucose$ through the regio- and stereo-selective glycosylation of 6-OH group of kojic acid. High yield $(80\%)$ was obtained by the use of Lewis acid and organic base in nonpolar solvent. Hydrolysis of KTGP with the aid of sodium methoxide in methanol afforded kojic acid $6-O-{\beta}-D-glucopyranoside$ (KGP), which was confirmed by $^1H-NMR\;and\;^{13}C-NMR$ KGP is freely soluble in water and soluble in methanol and ethanol. Inhibition activity of KGP for tyrosinase was investigated by measuring the activity of mushroom tyrosinase compared with those of ascorbic acid, kojic acid, and arbutin. The free radical-scavenger activity was determined by the 1,1-diphenyl- 2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. In toxicity assay, KGP was much less toxic than kojic acid and arbutin, Therefore, glycosylation of kojic acid may be useful for the development of stable kojic acid derivatives.
