  • The subject heading is an elaborate access tool for subject browsing and searching in information retrieval environment. The purpose of this study is to suggest the applicable facets to subject headings in Korea. First, the concepts of subject and the definitions of facets were investigated in the literature review. Second, six cases including OCLC's FAST, PRECIS, "Thesaurus construction and use", CC $7^{th}$ edition, BC $2^{nd}$ Edition, and UDC $3^{rd}$ Edition were analyzed to focus on configuration of facets as case studies. Based on the results, twenty-two facets were proposed including Topical, Event, Geography, Chronology, Personal and Corporate Name, Title, Form, Genre, Language, and Person facets as 11 top facets. Also, Topical-Thing/Entity and Topical-Action/Status, Part, Kind, Property, Whole, Material, Patient, Product, By-Product and Agent facets as sub-facets of Topical facet.

The purpose of this study is to identify the types and effects of herbal medicine for osteoporosis and osteopenia. Methods We will investigate 8 online databases (MEDLINE/PubMed, Cochrane library, EMbase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure [CNKI], J-stage, National Digital Science Library [NDSL], Research Information Sharing Service [RISS], Koreanstudies Information Service System [KISS]) without language, publication date limitation for the clinical study of herbal medicine for osteoporosis and osteopenia published between the start of the database and 2021. The frequency, duration and pattern of the any type of herbal medicine utilization will be analyzed. Results Randomized controlled trials about herbal medicine or herbal medicine extracts for osteoporosis and osteopenia should be included in the study. Cochrane risk in bias tools will be used to evaluate the methodological quality of the study. A risk ratio or mean difference with a 95% confidence interval will show the effects of herbal medicine or herbal medicine extracts for osteoporosis and osteopenia. Conclusions The results of the systematic review will reflect the current status of herbal medicine treatment for osteoporosis and osteopenia, and it can be expected to verify the validity of the effectiveness, and provide it as a basic data for the use of herbal medicine in clinical utilization.

  • In this study, we examined how the self-efficacies of North Korean defectors affect their adaptation to South Korean social culture. To this end, 209 North Korean defectors living in Seoul, Incheon, Wonju, or Ansan were surveyed. The results obtained showed shorter residence in South Korea and age were associated with greater fear of South Korean society and awareness of language and cultural differences. On the other hand, age and duration of residence were not found to affect relations between social adaptation and perceptions of low social status, discrimination, or prejudice by defectors, which suggests defectors often live in South Korea for a considerable time without overcoming perceptions of discrimination or prejudice. The factor that most influenced adaptation to social culture was self-efficacy, which affected not only socio-cultural adaptation but also self-sufficiency and the ability to promote oneself, which is essential for economic adaptation in South Korean society.

  • This paper implements a device control system based on the brain wave data. Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology can pass directly to the system without going through the operation of the language or body. By controlling the device to detect brain waves in real time according to the change of status it helps to ease life for a variety of services, such as disabled people with limited mobility or students, people who need multi-tasking. In addition, it is possible to develop an application service such as the home device control system. A device control system implemented in the paper based on the data collected from the EEG Headset associated to control the power of the smart phone and audio. Control the power ON / OFF operation by the Attention, and support service functions to control the audio by the Meditation and Eye blink. It was confirmed that the device control using the brain wave data to be operated through a laboratory test successfully.

  • Infrastructure is rapidly growing as Internet business grows with the latest IT technologies such as IoT, BigData, and AI. However, in most companies, a limited number of people need to manage a lot of hardware and software. Therefore, Polestar Enterprise Management System(PEMS) is applied to monitor the system operation status, IT service and key KPI monitoring. Real-time monitor screening prevents system malfunctions and quick response. With PEMS, you can see configuration information related to IT hardware and software at a glance, and monitor performance throughout the entire end-to-end period to see when problems occur in real time.

  • Our society is developing exponentially, but schools are not keeping up with the pace of society's development, and they are not providing digital literacy education suitable for the growth and development of students. Thus, this study identified the actual conditions and problems of digital literacy education at school sites and sought the direction of development of digital literacy education. By identifying the current state of schools in which the 2015 curriculum is operated, we sought the direction of the development of digital literacy education for our school. First, old digital devices should be replaced, laptops or smart devices should be provided for each student, and internet access should be available throughout the school. Second, digital literacy education should be provided to teachers by providing various training opportunities.Third, coding education where you can express what you think as logical thinking, Software training should increase the level of the algorithmic domain that shows the computational thinking process of discovering problems and automating a given problem into a computer programming language, there is enough robot that can be seen operating the program, digital parish will need to be delivered.

  • Purposes: The problem in the recent immigration policy and social policy changes for foreigners is that the preliminary analysis or research on the actual impact of the influx of foreigners has not been done enough in Korea yet.. This study is to examine the impact of the Korean health insurance finances on the influx of foreigners. Approach: This study analyzed the health insurance statistics for foreigners and overseas Koreans of the Health Insurance Corporation from 2013 to 2017. The data is the "Status of Health Insurance Premiums for Nationals, Foreigners, and Overseas Koreans from 2013 to 2017" submitted by the National Health Insurance Service to the Health and Welfare Committee during the 2018 National Audit Period. Findings: To summarize the analysis, first, the proportion of foreigners was only 1% of all subscribers (1.7% at work, 1.9% in regions) until 2017. Second, employees at work have a lower pay-to-pay ratio, and local subscribers have a higher pay-to-pay rate, regardless of nationality. Third, as immigrants are mostly concentrated in younger ages, they are healthy and use of hospitals is relatively low. Fourth, in terms of gender distribution, there are many women of childbearing age due to marriage immigration among foreign local subscribers, and more men use hospitals than workers who have a high proportion of males due to childbirth. In conclusion, the impact of immigration on health insurance finances is not large, and has a positive effect on finances. Practical Implications: If we simply consider the financial aspect, encouraging foreigners to subscribe to health insurance has a positive effect on finances. In particular, the more foreign workers are enrolled, the greater the financial gain. In particular, increasing the employment of foreign women through language education, vocational training, and employment support will help finance health insurance. One of the reasons foreign subscribers have a positive impact on health insurance finance is the low medical utilization rate. It can be said that young and healthy foreigners use fewer hospitals and clinics, but another aspect means that foreigners have difficulty using health insurance for various reasons. Therefore, various supports must be accompanied so that foreign subscribers can use medical services when necessary.

  • In recent universities, the new-normal era. There is a growing interest in nurturing creative thinking learners who have converged thinking necessary for the AI era based on big data. This study intends to propose the expansion of science liberal arts education necessary to meet the education needs of these universities. To this end, first the status of convergence education in universities and the elements necessary for the learners' creative ideas were examined. Second, learners who took a convergence lecture at a university will look at the development case of in which convergence thinking, creative thinking, and gaming are implemented. Based on this, we would like to propose an expanded organization and operation of science liberal arts education as a way to enhance the creative thinking of learners and their competencies through convergence classes at universities.
