The study investigates the impact of strategic planning (SP) factors on service quality (SQ) in private universities (PUs) in Oman and how they fit together in the development of higher education institutions (HEIs). The reports of the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) in Oman revealed that the service quality in private universities is unsatisfactory. This study employs a quantitative method. Data were collected from a sample of 730 academics and administrators. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on AMOS software was applied for data analysis. The results of the structural paths showed that, among the strategic planning factors, only environmental scanning and leadership had a direct significant impact on service quality. However, mission statement and participation had insignificant direct impact on service quality. The findings suggest that environmental scanning and leadership are critical factors in predicting service quality dimensions of private universities. The findings add to the body of knowledge particularly in the Omani context, which can be useful in the neighboring countries as well. The study combines two different popular models in addressing service quality. The study also clarified the importance of each factor of the strategic planning process, which give a comprehensive picture of the university.

Securities and investment services had the most data per company on the average, and used the most data. Investors are increasingly demanding to invest through their own analysis methods. Therefore, securities and investment companies provide stock data to investors through open API. The data received using the open API is in text format. Python is effective and convenient for requesting and receiving text data. We investigate there are 22 major securities and investment companies in Korea and only 6 companies. Only Daishin Securities Co. supports Python officially. We compare how to receive stock data through open API using Python, and Python programming features. The open APIs for the study are Daishin Securities Co. and eBest Investment & Securities Co. Comparing the two APIs for receiving the current stock data, we find the main two differences are the login method and the method of sending and receiving data. As for the login method, CYBOS plus has login information, but xingAPI does not have. As for the method of sending and receiving data, Cybos Plus sends and receives data by calling the request method, and the reply method. xingAPI sends and receives data in the form of an event. Therefore, the number of xingAPI codes is more than that of CYBOS plus. And we find that CYBOS plus executes a loop statement by lists and tuple, dictionary, and CYBOS plus supports the basic commands provided by Python.

Purpose: Although numerous research has covered content on trends in the adoption and use of wearable devices, their uses across several sectors such as healthcare, gaming, and fashion, there seems to be a considerable paucity with regard to empirical research focusing on the solutions for factors that undermine the effectiveness of wearable devices in healthcare. The present research aims to highlight what has been covered on wearable devices in healthcare while highlighting the limitations for future research. Research design, data, and methodology -The present authors conducted one of the most famous qualitative literature approach which has been called as PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) statement. The selecting criteria for eligible prior studies was estimated by whether studies are suitable for the current research, identifying they are peer-reviewed and issued by notable publishers between 2017 and 2022. Result - Our results indicated that (1) Increasing the Affordability and User Education on Wearable Devices in Healthcare (2) Tackling the Technological Issues in Wearable Devices to Promote Healthcare Delivery (3) Solving Security and Privacy Issues Associated with Wearable Devices (4) Promoting Standards and Appropriate Regulations for Wearable Devices. Conclusion - To add, resolving the technological issues associated with wearable devices in healthcare will ensure that the new devices in the market will have longer battery life, multiple functions, and enhanced accuracy, thus ensuring that patients receive better care. Necessary interventions are taken on time to avoid any deleterious consequences such as proliferating mortality rates among the different patient groups.
Multiple cohorts (e.g., current students and graduates) were formed to collect information on the entire educational process from admission to graduation regarding students' educational performances at Kosin University College of Medicine. Data that had already been collected and analyzed by different committees for different purposes were grouped into a more systematic and comprehensive system called the cohort system, enabling the necessary data to be collected promptly and analyzed in accordance with the purpose of providing meaningful information in each area of the educational process. Therefore, comprehensive cohort data that can be used for mission statement revision, curriculum development and improvement, student counseling, and student selection were established and utilized. The cohort data were collected from performance evaluation indicators including self-evaluation surveys, evaluation tools for learning outcomes, academic achievement, results of the Korean Medical Licensing Examination, and career placement. Based on the results obtained by analyzing cohort data, a comprehensive cohort report has been published. The data analyzed through the cohort were reported to each committee and used in various ways. Currently, however, only some data have been analyzed and used. In the future, after complete data collection, the cohort data can be used as meaningful basic data for achieving the institution's mission and educational goals, developing and improving the curriculum, counseling students, and selecting students through the analysis of learning performance data from student admission to graduation and after graduation.
Purpose: This study aims to categorize the subjective perception of suicide of young social workers in their 20s and 30s, and to explore the factors constituting each type, and used the Q methodology. Research design, Research method: As a research method, the Q population was derived through in-depth interviews and literature research, and the final 23 Q statements were confirmed. Next, 30 social workers in their 20s and 30s were classified by normal distribution on a 7-point scale as a P sample. The collected data were analyzed using the QUANL-PC program. Result: As a result of the analysis, four types were extracted, and there were no affirmative statements commonly cited in all types, and the opposite statement is 'if someone wants to commit suicide, it is the person's job and should not interfere'. Types 4 named suicide as 'unacceptable social problem', 'signal of a request for help, relief of severe pain, and 'impulsive mistake', respectively. Conclusion: Based on this result, the elements constituting the perception of each type were analyzed, and the need for access strategies for each type of suicide prevention education and campaign, and follow-up research were suggested.

This study insists that public-private partnerships are critical for enhancing sustainable economic development and meeting the needs of society. Conclusions: It is, therefore, important for governments and policymakers to play a critical role in setting the proper framework that allows for the uptake of ESG and an enabling environment for sustainable economic development.
Statement of problem. Resonance frequency analysis has been increasingly served as a non-invasive and objective method for clinical monitoring of implant stability. Many clinical studies must be required for standardized data using RFA. Purpose. This study was performed to evaluate RFA value changes in two anodized implant groups. Material and method. Among a total of 24 implants, twelve screw shaped implants as a test group (H2-R8.5) were manufactured, which had a pitch-height of 0.4 mm, an outer diameter of 4.3 mm, a length of 8.5 mm, and external hexa-headed, were turned from 5 mm rods of commercially pure titanium (ASTM Grade IV, Warantec Co., Seoul, Korea), and another twelve implants as a control group were $Br{\aa}nemark$ Ti-Unite MK4 (diameter 4.0 mm, length 8.5 mm). Each group was installed in tibia of rabbit. Two implants were placed in each tibia (four implants per rabbit). Test two implants were inserted in right side and control two in left side. ISQ values were measured using $Osstell^{TM}$ (Integration Diagnostics Ltd. Sweden) during fixture installation, and 12 weeks later and evaluated the RFA changes. Results. Mean and SD of baseline ISQ values of test group were $75.0{\pm}3.4$ and $68.7{\pm}8.1$ for control group. Mean and SO of ISQ values 12 weeks after implant insertion were $73.2{\pm}4.7$ for test group and $72.6{\pm}3.9$ for control group. There were no statistically significant differences between groups in ISQ values after 3 months (P>0.05). From the data, RFA gains after 3 months were calculated, and there was statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion. Although there were RFA changes between groups, implant stability after experimental period shows alike tendency and good bone responses.
Statement of problem : There are many studies focused on the effect of shape of futures on stress distribution in the mandibular bone. However, there are no studies focused on the effect of the abutment types on stress distribution in mandibular bone. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of three different abutment types on the stress distributions in the mandibular bone due to various loads by performing finite element analysis. Material and method : Three different implant systems produced by Warantec (Seoul, Korea), were modeled to study the effect of abutment types on the stress distribution in the mandibular bone. The three implant systems are classified into oneplant (Oneplant, OP-TH-S11.5). internal implant (Inplant, IO-S11.5) and external implant (Hexplant, EH-S11.5). All abutments were made of titanium grade ELI. and all fixtures were made of titanium grade IV. The mandibular bone used in this study is constituted of compact and spongeous bone assumed to be homogeneous, isotropic and linearly elastic. A comparative study of stress distributions in the mandibular bone with three different types of abutment was conducted. Results : It was found that the types of abutments have significant influence on the stress distribution in the mandibular bone. It was due to difference in the load transfer mechanism and the size of contact area between abutment and fixture. Also the maximum effective stress in the mandibular bone was increased with the increase of inclination angle of load. Conclusion : It was concluded that the maximum effective stress in the bone by the internal implant was the lowest among the maximum effective stresses by other two types.
