프로젝트의 성공 가능성을 높일 수 있는 요인들에 대한 연구결과는 지속되고 있지만, 측정지표에 대한 선행연구는 건설분야를 제외하고는 SW 분야에서는 아직 초보적인 단계이다. 특히, 범위(Scope)는 프로젝트 관리에 있어 중요한 부분으로 지표의 발굴이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 WBS의 작성을 위해서는 명확한 Project Scope Statement가 제시되어야 한다는 전제하에, Project Scope Statement와 WSB 간에 서로 영향을 미치는 요인들을 연구하고자 한다. 또한 명확한 범위정의라는 성공목표를 위한 세부적인 지표 도출을 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 SW 프로젝트 측면에 있어 범위관리 관련 주요요인을 분석하여 범위관련 제반 문제점을 사전에 탐지하기 위한 PI, KPI를 정의 발견하는데 있다.

Recently, mathematical reasoning has been considered as one of the most important mathematical thinking abilities to be established in school mathematics. This study is to investigate the mathematical problems on the content of 'Set and Statement' and 'Sequences' in high school according to the four types of reasoning, namely Making Conjectures, Investigating Conjectures, Developing Arguments, and Evaluating Arguments. Those types of reasoning were reconstructed based on Johnson's six types of reasoning suggested in 2010. The content is dealt with in 'Mathematics II' textbook developed and published according to the mathematics curriculum revised in 2009. The subject of this study is nine types of textbooks and mathematical problems in the textbook are consisted of as two parts of 'general problem' and 'evaluation problem'. Finally, the results of this study can be summarized as follow: First, it is stated that students be establishing a logical justification activity, the highest reasoning activity through dealing with the 'Developing Arguments' type of problems affluently in both 'Set and Statement' and 'Sequence' chapters of Mathematics II textbook. Second, it is mentioned that students have an chance to investigate conjectures and develop logical arguments in 'Set and Statement' chapter of Mathematics II textbook. In particular, whereas they have an chance to investigate conjectures and also develop arguments in 'Statement', the 'Set' chapter is given only an opportunity of developing arguments. Third, students are offered on an opportunity of reasoning that can make conjectures and develop logical arguments in 'Sequences' chapter of Mathematics II textbook. Fourth, Mathematics II textbook are geared to do activities that could evaluate arguments while dealing with the problems relevant to 'mathematical process' included in 'general problem'.

It was just over 20 years ago that the victim who had been seen as the forgotten man in criminal justice system for a long time started to participate in criminal proceedings and state his opinion. Other countries such as America and Japan provide crime victims with the opportunity to state freely about facts of damage as well as their opinions in criminal proceedings at present. However, Korea gives the victim the right of statement as a witness, though the statement of crime victim's opinion is the constitutional right. That is, as crime victims are not free from perjury they cannot actively state their views. Meanwhile, if the freedom of crime victims' statement is guaranteed in law and victims can state opinions with their own voice, victims' statement of opinion will help the victims treat and relieve their psychological damages. For these reasons, it is desirable that Korea, like the U.S. and Japan, gives crime victims the right to state their opinion without fear of perjury in criminal proceedings not as witnesses but as the aggrieved party.

To construct ligh rail transit, many local autonomous entities investigate the feasibility of project. Especially, many studies attempt to find the probability of private inducement and the method. The purpose of this paper is to develop the light rail transit financial analysis system for private sector, based on the procedure and the method of the financial analysis. This system consistes of the income and cost module. As a result, provide the cash flow, income statement and financial profit statement for the result. We hope that it is contributed to analyze the feasibility of the finance conveniently.

Purpose. To efficiently manage hospitals, this study aims to analyze the general characteristics, common-type balance sheet, common-type profit and loss statement and financial ratio of a tertiary general hospital and use the results as basic data for future hospital development by comprehending causes for problems and analyzing hospital management. Methods. By using information about a tertiary general hospital, located in A Metropolitan City, provided through Alio (www.alio.go.kr), a public organization information provider, Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, and Ministry of Health and Welfare, this study used data during 3 years(2011 to 2013) by analyzing the general characteristics, common-type balance sheet, common-type profit and loss statement, industrial mean ratio and financial ratio of hospitals. Results. This study came to the following conclusions through the general characteristics, common-type balance sheet, common-type profit and loss statement, industrial mean ratio, financial ratio, circular chart and ROI by analyzing the data from 2011 to 2013. Conclusions. Overall, A Tertiary General Hospital showed an increase in fixed cost due to the construction of J Hospital and even in the size of capital and assets. It also showed an increase in medical profit, but the increase of its medical cost was higher, resulting in a financial loss. Especially, this hospital showed a slight decrease in net profit, featuring a reduction in inventory turnover. When the management of A Tertiary General Hospital was predicted based on such features, this hospital is expected to improve its profit structure through the opening of J Hospital, and it is necessary for this hospital to increase and sustain the turnover rate of inventories accumulated by managing them better.
