The energy management technology for an independent fuel cell-battery hybrid system is developed for a household usage. To develop an efficient energy management technology, a simulation model is first developed. After the model is verified with experimental results, three energy management schemes are developed. Three control techniques are a fuzzy logic control (FLC), a state machine control (SMC), and a hybrid method of FLC and SMC. As the fuel cell-battery hybrid system is used for a house, battery state of charge (SOC) regulation is the most important factor for an energy management because SOC should be kept constant every day for continuous usage. Three management schemes are compared to see SOC, power split, and fuel cell power variations effects. Experimental results are also presented and the most favorable strategy is the state machine combined fuzzy control method.

본 연구는 미국 켄터키 주에 소재한 머레이 주립대(Murray State University)가 제공하고 있는 주제별 맞춤형 정보제공(Library on Blackboard) 시스템의 기능들을 중심으로 현존하는 대학도서관 서비스가 온라인상에서 어떠한 정보기술을 통해 변형되어 제공될 수 있는지를 살펴보았다. 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 미국 대학교육에서 온라인 강의와 원거리 교육의 비중이 점점 늘어나는 추세이다. LMS(Learning Management System)는 새로운 대학 환경변화의 중요한 도구이다. 대학도서관의 정보제공 기능도 대학교육 환경의 변화에 발맞추어 발전해 왔고, 이에 따라 이용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위한 LMS와 연계한 맞춤형 정보검색 시스템을 개발하기에 이르렀다. LMS와 연계한 도서관 서비스는 학생들의 연구형 과제해결을 위한 정보수집에 적합한 검색시스템과 유용한 정보들을 한곳에 모은 가상 분관의 기능을 제공하기에 더욱 사용되고 발전해야 한다. 이 시스템을 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 Contents Management Systems의 사용과 과목별 접근방식으로 변환이 중요하다.

This study examines the role of Leadership style and Organizational culture in predicting employee Performance. The aim of the research is: 1) to know the direct effect of Democratic Leadership on employee Performance, 2) to know the direct effect of Democratic Leadership on organizational culture, 3) to know the direct effect of Organizational culture on employee Performance, 4) to test the role of Organizational culture as mediation the effect of Democratic Leadership on employee Performance. The respondents were all employees at the Education Office East Java. The sampling method was used to collect data from 106 employees at the Education Office East Java, Indonesia, using surveys and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the Path Analysis with SPSS statistical software. The study had four findings. Firstly, Democratic Leadership has a significant effect on employee Performance. Secondly, Democratic Leadership also has a significant effect on Organizational culture. Thirdly, Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Fourthly, organizational culture mediates the effect of Democratic Leadership on employee Performance. Furthermore, the direct effect of Leadership style and the mediation role contribute to knowledge. The results showed that implementing Democratic Leadership supported by a conducive organizational culture guides employee to perform better.

Indicators of environmental conditions describe the state of the environment and the quantity and quality of natural resources. This study deduced the evaluation items to assess each sub-indicator for agricultural water quality and conducted the surveying using the Delphi method based on agricultural water quality experts. Considering its importance, environmental, state, and management indicators showed that state indicator such as COD concentration for surface water and $NO_3-N$ concentration for groundwater was ranked as first and followed by amount of fertilizer. Its indicators were correlated with state and environmental indicators in surface water and groundwater. The best management indicators were calculated to assess the agricultural surface water and ground water quality. The indicator could be used in established policies for management and conservation of water resources.

This research aims to analyze the impact of Financial Risk (FR), Information Asymmetric (IA), and Earning Power (EP) on Real Earning Management (REM) of listed trading companies in IDX Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of FR, IA, EP, on REM through Operating Cash Flow, Production expense, and Discretionary Expense. The study employs an unbalanced panel of data set from 2014 to 2018 on the activity of all trading companies (15 in total) as selected samples of 48 feasible samples from 144 existing data. The sample used a non probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. This research was classified as causative and tested by multiple linear regression model with cross-sectional analysis. The result indicated a significant impact of FR on REM through PROD and DISX but not through COF. How ever, IA, and EP showed significant impact on REM by means of COF but not go by PROD and DISX..The findings in this study contribute to the users of financial reports particularly the stakeholders in defining the determinants of real earning management practices among firms when it comes to decision making.

Purpose: This study attempted to analyze how the ego state of flight attendants affects their job satisfaction and customer orientation using Berne's (1966) transactional analysis and further compare the difference between job satisfaction and customer orientation depending on demographic characteristics, position, and ego state. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to flight attendant of major airline companies. The proposed research model is tested using 164 valid questionnaires using SPSS 23 and Smart PLS 2. Results: This research indicated the only free child ego sate among ego state factors of flight attendant was found to have a positive impact on job satisfaction. In the relationship between ego states and customer orientation, all ego state factors were found to have a significant influence on customer orientation. Conclusions: The study offered a theoretical and empirical foundation for future research by empirically identifying the relationship between ego state factors and customer orientation in the in-flight service and suggested the strategic implications to increase job satisfaction and customer orientation based on the psychology and ego state of flight attendant.

In today's society it is often required to state objectively conformity of products (including services) to specified requirements. Conformity assessment bodies (CABs). can objectively state such conformity. These CABs perform conformity assessment activities that include certification, inspection, testing and calibration. A system to accredit CABs conformity assessment services should provide confidence to the purchaser and regulator. Certification of management system is one of means of providing assurance that the organization has implemented a system for the management of the relevant aspects of its activities, in line its policy.

세션상태 정보(session-state information)가 안전하지 않은 메모리에 저장되거나 또는 랜덤 난수 생성기 (random number generator)가 공격자에 의해 제어된다면 특정 세션에만 사용되는 난수 값과 같은 임시적인 데이터(ephemeral data)는 쉽게 노출될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Bresson과 그 외의 그룹 키 교환 스킴을 개선한Nam과 그 외의 그룹 키 교환 스킴이 세션상태 정보노출 공격에 안전하지 않음을 보인다. 그리고 이러한 안전성의 결함을 보완한 개선된 스킴을 제안한다.

The aim of the study is to implement a factor analysis of the determinants of pricing in a state-regulated competitive market using economic and mathematical modelling methods and to develop ways to improve the pricing environment of the market under study. The purpose of the work defines the main objectives: (i) to investigate the features of the competitive model of the Ukrainian flour market; (ii) to analyse the current price conjuncture of the flour market and the dynamics of the main determinants of pricing; (iii)to develop ways of improving the price situation on the flour market on the basis of the factor analysis on the results of economic and mathematical modelling. In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the research results, the following methods were applied: the logical-dialectical method of scientific knowledge in the study of the main theoretical aspects of flour market functioning, the method of logical generalisation and synthesis, comparison, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis, the graphical method, etc. It has been shown that pricing in a state-regulated competitive market has its own characteristics. For example, in the flour market the price of goods cannot be influenced by producers (sellers) by any methods, therefore determinants of pricing by indirect influence have been taken into account. The five-factor power model of wheat flour price has been constructed. It was substantiated that the price of wheat flour in Ukraine is mostly influenced by consumer price index (0.92 %). The received complex model of wheat flour price may be used also for medium-term forecasting and working out the ways of price formation optimization in the flour market.
